That is a little ridiculous. No of course not. Sure I dont mind elaborating! For your perspective, a little while ago, I was having a very hard time, luck was bad and well, my personal life was going through hell. I lost two friends in a week and a 1/2 then another just this past week, so I was pretty upset and when I last played at 32 Red and Dash, I did horribly, reaaally bad, and I make frequent deposits and have basically stayed with the same couple games. In the past, I have complained, I dont do this often, "only" when I feel like the games haven't been running up to par or my payout is bad. Of course, I know you cant win all the time but my play was limited to less then 5 mins. So, I emailed 32 Red. And they gave me a few credits, nothing major, but enough to show me that they value me as a player and they appreciate my loyalty. A few weeks or so back, I posted a thread about "experiences at MG casinos" I wasn't really giving anyone a bad rap, but also not a positive one either. And I really wanted to know how others were doing as well. If I emailed a different casino and complained, they wouldn't really care. They have been more then generous to me and not only that but actually cared that I was having a hard time. Through past emails and calls they have showed more care then some of my so-called friends. That's all. I figured I owed them that. And they "are" the best. imo The payouts are good and I can almost always play for a while on my deposits. Their percentage payouts are higher, because as I was told, "they want the player to have a bit of fun" I have played at many other MG casinos and lost my deposits really quickly, and I have emailed and they basically said "better luck next time" With the exception of Wild Jack, I have recently been playing there more, and also, their support has been great as well. It's not about free credits as I am not hurting to deposit, it's about showing the player you care, and value them and their loyalty, and to me, that makes a world of diference in gaming. So, again, thanks to 32 Red, for listening to me and showing me they care and value me as a person and player! Hope that clears it up for you?!

p.s. And I dont want anyone to get the wrong idea either. I am not a player that whines and cries everytime I dont fair so well. After my horrible play, I was actually sitting here crying and then the next day emailed after I gave it alot of thought. I dont like to humble myself and would much rather put in another deposit in which I did, probably about 8 in 2 days. So, it wasn't like "Oh, I am having no luck, I will email for credits!" This was after many deposits and trust me, my deposits well out way my withdrawals. Not that i couldn't of withdrew, many times I have been up to over $800 and ended up playing it all out.
