Parimatch Complaint

Hello good evening, my problem with parimatch was a block of my account, I was unable to make withdrawals, and in bad faith they deducted my profit amounts and voided my entire balance.
At first they asked for additional information so far so good, I sent everything as it was requested, photo with my personal document and a written paper some information they asked for and my bank statement for the last 30 days
After sending the next day they sent the following email


We regret to inform you that unfortunately your betting account did not pass verification.

Because of this, the Administration decided to cancel your bets and void your balance in accordance with the rules of the No79 company.

This paragraph of the rules states:

"The betting company reserves the right to invalidate the betting contract entered into (including the agreement before or after the start of the event), to refuse to perform the obligations arising from such contract (including refusal to pay any winnings) or to refund any bet placed, if:

It has been determined that:

- The client has multiple game accounts (multiple registrations, multiple accounts), including a new full name. The betting network does not recommend that two or more customers place bets from an IP address (one device, local network);
- The customer uses other people's data to register new gaming accounts, including their family members;
- Bets are placed by an agitated group of customers in collusion to circumvent the restrictions imposed by the Betting Network;
- The customer is suspected of using any software that automates the process of setting bets;
- The gaming account is used to play in arbitrage situations;
- A gaming account is not used to place bets and other products offered by the betting network;
- There is an abuse of loyalty programs."

The company's decision is final and not subject to review.

Since I did not violate any of their rules, all deposits and withdrawals were made in my name and there is no other account of my family members or groups and nothing of the kind, I believe they acted in bad faith because I was being very profitable, and when contacting through the chat they stated that there was not really a loss because the withdrawals were greater than the deposits
 
There does not appear to be a rep for Parimatch listed, unless I am mistaken. So, an option for you is to consider submitting a complaint. This, will not guarantee resolving your issue with Parimatch, but it could see you get a faster resolution to your situation.
