anyone else getting the runaround from Superior???, despite sending securiy docs 6 days ago, they have yet to accept them, blah blah...

seems like a general stall... cashout on 13/3, no request for security docs, sent them in myself...

CS unable to help, UK phone no dosent work...

Is sloto cash not employing same stalling tactics?? - I'm sure I seen a thread somewhere

Kenny Superior Casino to me always have a fast reply.
I never had any problem with them.
They treat players with respect also.
Maybe someone at Superior Casino has had a bad day or something.
I will keep an eye out on this thread to see if they do reply.
I don't like any place that I promote that ignores the players.

got a swift rsponse from the casino rep, basically saying that the holidays had held a few things up... however 24hrs on and still no acceptance of my security docs, cmon superior, you have had em a week!! - live up to your casino name

God give them a chance they came here to reply that is one good start.
I would give it a day or two at least.
The time change may have a part in this also.

patience is not a virtue I have been blessed with...

bear in mind that I cashed out on 13th March, only repsonse I ever got from superior was confirmation of withdrawals, I sent security docs in off my own back after some research (they never asked for docs) - so in reality I have been waiting 2 weeks, since withdrawal
 
Might seem like an obvious suggestion to some, but I'd get all the docs in and approved before making your first deposit at any casino. And just because I'm a tough customer, I like the acknowlegement that they received and approved them, in writing. :rolleyes:
