I opened an account a few months ago in 2019 I made 4 deposits and claimed the welcome bonus each time and managed a cashout, I sent in docs, pic of debit card etc and the withdrawals were paid out everything ran like clockwork just like almost all of the sites I have played on in the last 15+ years
I had a nice win on DOA2 a few months ago but very crap run of luck for months doing at least £50 deposits. Fast forward to this friday I made a deposit on a fully verifed account so lately I tried like some do on here of making a small deposit, so I got the weekly Conquestador text deposit £10 get 30 free spins on the Yggdrasil Aldo's Quest so I deposit and play Sweet Alchemy and get the balance to almost £40 and think right I will cashout and play the freespins, so this is not a massive deposit compared to my usual nor a big withdrawal, a couple of hours after withdrawal I get an email.
Well my account is already verified months ago deposited with and withdrawed to, so now I am asked for bank account with name and address showing, well I have a Nationwide bank account anyone that has one and logs into their banking will know there is nowhere on their site that displays the name and address of the person it is not possible, so the screenshot I sent them shows at the top of the screen the sort code and the account number, these match the sort code and bank account number on the picture of the debit card I sent them, the bank account is unique so it's reasonable to say it belongs to me, they have a provisional license with my name on and address, they have a picture of a letter from my bank showing the same name and address, I have even sent a screenshot of a Paypal account registered in 2005 showing the same bank card and bank account registered with Paypal, but they keep on insisting I show a RAW PDF file, anyone who uses Nationwide online will know there is no option of a raw PDF download, theres like CSV, cimb (sp) and something else, but no "raw PDF"

Kindly note that the whole document has to be visible in the picture and the quality of the document has to be in such high quality that all details can clearly be seen.
Please upload the requested documents to your account page You can also send the documents to us via e-mail. We will notify you when the documents have been verified.

Now I am asked to verify Trustly even though the deposit method was a debit card previously used to successfully deposit and withdraw to months ago.
So I write back that I did not deposit with Trustly, send a screenshot showing my bank account with the same sort code and account number on the debit card that was previously withdrawn to, the bank account number is unique, they have a picture of a bank account with a sort code and an account number, that match a bank card with my name in all caps next to it, and a letter from my bank sent to my house with the same name and address on it.

And the last email I get was asking for a PDF statement when Nationwide does not give an option for a PDF download, today is my birthday and I have spent some of it banging my head against a brick wall, they have more that enough reasonable proof it's my account, I have been playing online for 15 years and gone through so many KYC but this one is an absolute ballache. I have told them I don't have an option to download to raw PDF so what do they do, go and ask me for a raw PDF. I even sent a picture showing the 3 choices of download I have on Nationwide's site and none are .PDF format.
