Casino Complaint Stryyke Entertainment

I still have an outstanding issue with Stryyke that was reported as PAB and haven't heard from Max since May. ....

This is the one case I've been speaking about. As I read it the parameters of this PAB changed mid-stream and that makes the whole business many times harder to resolve. That said there's no denying that I've been dragging my heels on this one and need to bring the curtain down on it ASAP.

ME: Had a cash out on 11,Dec 2008 with Stryykee.
I did not get any payment so i figured to try to looked for help and found SBR.
On SBR is looked like NO ONE got payed by Stryykee, but everyone had the exact same issue.
When contacting Stryykee, you got a e-mail telling you will get payed soon.
So after 4 weeks of NO-Pay,i posted an "complain form" at SBR.
SBR took my case and said they had LOTS of other in the same situasion.
After another 5 weeks of nothing happening from Stryykee or SBR,(im just filling out complain mails to Stryykee every week), i found another place on the internet called casinomeister.com. ;)
There i found Max,and i filled out the "complain" form.
After 2 days,i got all my money payed from Stryykee.
Since then i have followd the stryykee issue over at SBR for over a year now,and everything is the same as always. NO ONE get any money from Stryykee without bullying them.

For me it clearly looks like Styykee has some ties with the Meister and pay ONLY the players who posts their issues here.

Anyways
STAY ALLLONG WAY FROM STRYYKEE

"Ties"? Like what for instance?

Maybe they just sit up and pay attention when something comes their way from us, no? Isn't that a good thing? Isn't that what you would want them to do, at the very least?

Actually we had a pretty crappy relationship with them until they approached us at ICE in January. They said they wanted to get serious about doing better and we said "go for it!". That's where things have been since. Not sure why a productive working relationship means "some ties with the Meister".

If you allow me to submitt a PAB against Stryyke i will do it .

Under the circumstances I think that would be best, go for it!

"Ties"? Like what for instance?

The only "ties" i was referring to was your ICE meeting.
And i only meant that Stryykee will please visitors on CM,at ONCE,and everyone else when it pleases them.

All credits to YOU,:lolup::lolup::lolup::notworthy
But that does not make Stryykee any more..........:eek2:

I read a report by Steve Russo from May about Stryyke:

It didn't pay the player, it ignored both his e-mails and ours, and its website is displaying a fake licensing seal from the Malta Lotteries & Gaming Authority.

Even today, the fake seal is there on the website at xxxwww.stryyke.com.

They might have changed their licence from Costa Rica to Malta by now? But when the player in Russo´s report wrote to Malta Gaming & Lottery Authority they definately had a fake seal.

I see this as a rogue behaviour!

I've been waiting for a small withdrawal to come through for 3 months, no reply to emails etc. Will PAB when I get back from holiday.

But they have two licenses according to Malta:

Licensed Operators: Class 1 on 4
Link Removed ( Old/Invalid)

Licensed Operators: Class 2
Link Removed (Old/Invalid)

Class 1 Remote Gaming License
Applies for operators who offer games which are based on repetitive events and the gaming risk is managed by the operator. This type of license covers casino table style games, lotteries and slots. Since the licensee bears the full risk of the gaming activities conducted, the winnings are therefore guaranteed by it.

Class 1 on 4 Remote Gaming License
Shall be an online gaming license for all types of games of chance and games of skill operating on an existing Class 4 licensee.

Class 2 Remote Gaming License
The license covers operators who manage risk based on a singular event using markets. This license covers the traditional fixed odds betting and some forms of pool betting.

Class 3 Remote Gaming License
This license is for operators who organise player to player games but they do not partake in the risk and receive only a commission. This license is suitable for betting exchange providers, pools and poker rooms.

Class 3 on 4 Remote Gaming License
Shall be a licence to promote and abet gaming from Malta. For operators who promote or abet gaming from Malta on an existing Class 4 licensee.

Class 4 Remote Gaming License
This license is for software vendors who intend to host and manage remote gaming operators having any class of the above. They cannot partake in the gaming risk and can only receive a commission.

Confirmed from the LGA

Just in from Malta:

We can confirm Stryyke Entertainment Ltd. is still listed and licensed with a Class 1 on 4, and Class 2.

This is one reason why I prefer to do my own due diligence and not defer this to other websites.

also check the link to OCR that Nash provided where Ms Blenheim from LGA said that Stryyke isnt licensed by them. Gives you confidence in LGAs professionalism:rolleyes:

They currently dont have any poker room. In one year they moved from Ongame to Cake and from there to nowhere. Prolly kicked out from both networks, at least they were dumped by Ongame.

I have sent Steve an email AND a PM here now.

I honestly can not tell you if they have a Malta license or not.

What I can say is that the MGLA denied they had a license and that when I contacted Stryyke (twice) about the complaint we received they did not reply.

They could have denied this claim when I first wrote to them (before posting the report) or after I contacted them to let them know that the report is up and giving them the URL.

Of course, to me, this is a minor point in the report. The major ones were the complaint sent in by the player about the casino and the fact that the casino ignored all inquiries about it, both from him and from Gambling Grumbles.

Hmm. Odd.

I haven't a clue why they would have told you that Stryyke doesn't have a license. Maybe you misspelled the name like I do all of the time, and didn't know who you were referring to :p

They (LGA) came back to me rather quickly, which was pretty unusual considering the experiences I've had in the past. At the moment we have two outstanding PABs that have been submitted. The clock is ticking...

They are still listed at LGA as having a Class 1 on 4 license. So dont know if they are sloppy to update their website or if the LGA rep was on crack. And Stryyke has an LGA logo on their site.

They are a super rogue anyway.

LGA is on crack and meth. JHV=scuter on Webzcas's forum fyi! The departed scuter was spot on per the link to his post below pursuant to Spiderlegz's post aka quote above!!

I very much hope that those PABs are settled successfully. Despite a few comments (not by me) on various bulletin boards, I don't see Gambling Grumbles as being in competition with Casinomeister. Instead, I see both of us as trying to help players (while at the same time being fair to casinos).

It really doesn't matter which of us achieve this end in a particular case -- just that one of us manages to do so.

Got it figured out. The email posted at Dave's site, the one that everyone keeps referring to, was made in error. When Frances initially replied to JHV/scuter, she thought he was referring to Poker. She made a mistake. When JHV/scuter corrected her via email, she wrote back, apologized, admitted she made an error, corrected herself and that was it.

Funny how JHV/scuter didn't add those emails as well. But I guess that would have taken the drama out of the thread :p

Nevertheless, there seems to be a problem here. We're still waiting word from the senior staff at Stryyke. Hopefully we'll have something by tomorrow.

You have all my respect. As long as there are online casinos, there will always be complaints :p

Just thought I'd mention that a few folks have taken us up on our offer re: Stryyke issues and have filed their PABs in the past several days. Those PABs are now in Stryyke's hands so fingers crossed and all eyes on Stryyke now.

Maybe you misspelled the name like I do all of the time

I thought about that after you posted it and went back to check through my files.

The player who wrote to me with the complaint spelled it as "Strykke" throughout all of his correspondence with me. He gave me the e-mail address which he was using to write to them and spelled it as "strykke" in that, too.

Not being familiar with Stryyke, I accepted his spelling and the e-mail address he provided.

This would certainly explain why the casino never responded either to my e-mails or his -- it never received them.

The current report on Gambling Grumbles will be taken down (although it may take a few days as our tech guy is out sick). I will start all over and write to Stryyke at the correct address (and with the correct spelling) and, hopefully, when I re-write the report it will have a much happier ending.

I am very glad that I brought you into this, Steve!

In your report they have spelled it right:

"Lotteries & Gaming Authority – Malta provides Player Protection by active monitoring of operators who trade under the Maltese Remote Gaming Regulations. The company Stryyke Entertainment Ltd. Casino you refer to is not registered or licensed by the Lotteries & Gaming Authority in Malta and therefore is not regulated by LGA.

To me this looks like a combined problem of your spelling and LGA's very strange answers from now and then.
