[SportsInterAction Casino] Watch Out!!

I made a withdrawal from my SportsInterAction Casino account on February 16,2005 .
I finished the wagering requirements before withdrawing and did not break the casino rules .

One week later,I received an email from SportsInterAction Casino.
They said that I have 2 accounts and needed my Photo ID and utility bill.
However,I have only 1 account.
But I still sent the documents to them and explained that I had just one account.

After 3 days,they informed me that they were wrong and I do in fact have only 1 account.
But they needed my Photo ID and utility bill in English.
I translated the documents into English and sent to them again on February 28,2005.
At the same time I noticed that they changed their terms&conditions and the bonus was uncashable!! :what:

Now,they do not reply and I am still waiting my withdrawal.
I hope that SportsInterAction Casino is not another nasty cheater!!

I will keep tracking the problem and post the result here no matter what's happen.

Most of the bonuses from playtech casinos are non-cashable. I dont know about this one as I havent played there yet. Normally,however,if the bonuses are non-cashable,the amount is deducted from your withdrawal once you start you cashin process. If it wasnt deducted,then the whole balance is withdrawable. Please keep us posted of developments. If they pay you,great,and they have their name cleared. If not,and they dont give you a valid reason,let us know as a warning to others.
 
DAY 17 : How long should I wait?

I have read their T&C when registering and I was sure that the BONUS is cashable.

But they changed their T&C on Feb. 27,2005.
So the BONUS is uncashable now. :(

Anyway,they should reply the email and pay me
the original deposit plus the winnings,right?
However,they do not reply me till now.

I will keep tracking and post the result here!
 
The bonus at this casino has always been uncashable. I have been an affiliate for them from the start and know this first hand.

Possibly, but I know other players (including myself) that have played there very recently and been able to withdraw the bonus money.

Their casino site is confusing as far as T&C go, with one page saying it's sticky and another saying you can cash it out. One page had also said the WR were 8X, yet another said it was 20X (turned out to be 20X).

i have the same problem...............i won 3 weeks ago.......cashed out.........and still no money into my neteller account. sent them id last week, got e mail off them on monday saying cash in processed, and will be into neteller by tuesday, looked in neteller on thursday, and still nothing, sent them an e mail and reply was we are having an influx of withdrawls to neteller, and your money will be in your net account today, guess what, still no money in! so phoned this evening and man said it was processed on the 29th of feb! he said net must of declined this transaction, so accounts will try again to put it in my neteller. so i phoned neteller also myself, and they said this is bull and they never tried to put this money in...giving this untill monday..then i am going to pitch a bitch if not sorted........and by the way mate....this bonus was not sticky when i played this casino 3 weeks ago.....and i have also noticed that i now cant log into my account........not happy here........

i agree with your last statement... bryan, i am getting nowhere with this casino, i cashed out on the 13/2/05, had e-mail off them that my cashout was processed onthe 28th, and would hit neteller account, after about 7 e mails to them, and 1 costly phone call, i am getting nowhere. i have an e mail off them on saturday to say my neteller winnings didnt go through my account, but when i ask net, they tell me they never tried to put this money in my net at this date, i also was told off them that the manager is looking into this. i have mailed him, because it was friday when i was told of this situation. but no response off manager today either, and in between this, i recieved an e mail saying they had an influx of payments to neteller, so this is the delay. but hold on .i thought this was put in my account onthe 28th??? i was going to pab to you bryan for help, but i am trying to give this casino a chance to sort this out, but aint getting anywhere. whats your advice bryan please? thanks in advance.
 
By the way, I believe MarcoCC's issue has been resolved. From the casino:

He opened a couple of accounts same name etc - different email details and contact details. The various CSR's that were dealing with this, obviously missed this - but our accounts picked it up and asked the player to register his card to confirm details etc. which he has now done...The actual WD has been processed - and he should have the funds in the next 48 hrs

I received this yesterday, so hopefully he'll see his funds by tomorrow at the latest.

Oops, I effed up. This was someone else's compliant that wasn't even posted. In fact MarcoCC has not submitted a PAB, so I don't think I can help him.

I like working with SIA, they do have delays in withdrawals, for one reason or another, but once it's brought to their attention, they get right on it. At least that's been my experience with them so far.

They are working real hard, to keep things running smoothly, and if a complaint appears, they get right on it.

i have replied to this thread to say the problem is resolved, i got my money today. and i cant thank JINNIA enough! this woman has bent over backwards to help me! sent numerous e-mails to and from all partys involved! made relentless phone calls! and we had a few laughs a long the way. what a very professional woman she is........and when riled.....beware! tremendous stuff jinnia, and if there is anything i can ever help you with also, dont hesitate to ask me! also many thanks to bryan who asked me to pab, this wasn't needed. but very kind of bryan also to help sort this situation out.

As far as I'm concerned these guys at SIA are totally unreliable. I do believet that they are NOT treating seriously their clients. Here is my case -

me -the T&C has been just changed to 20x, when I was depositting it was 8x.....
help desk - Ok. yes I do see that and the rollover will be honoured at 8x. I will leave a note on your account stating that and also bring this to the attention of my supervisor and casino management

and a few days later....

me - could you tell me when I can expect the answer from you?

Help desk - from what I have been told the bonus requirements were always 20x, the promotion page did show 8x but it was still 20x so unfortunately we will not be to change the rollover to8x

Are they responsible for the content of their own website?
 
I was told (2nd March) that my withdrawal had been processed but I haven't received it. I emailed them and was told 'we have been experiencing difficulty regarding NETeller withdrawals'.

I wonder if they are having difficulty accepting deposits - mine went through in seconds.

I am happy to see that Wobble33's problem have been resolved,
however I did not receive my money from SIA.

I sent over 10 emails to SIA but did not receive any response.
I tried to talk the problem with Customer Service Representative
but they always had different reasons.

Could you tell me what should I do now?

Funny excuses?!

I tried to nag SIA's live supporter today. :D

He told me that their Account Department need a
"CLEARER" copy of ID & Utility Bill,so I have to scan
and send the documents again.
Is it a funny excuse?
But I still did what they said.

Guess what happened????

The live supporter said that he did not receive my email.
I tried again.....again...... and again..............!
I also tried to send the email via another email account.
But the live supporter said "Nothing received."..........

I am sure that there were no problems with my email accounts
because I tested and asked the ISP.
I asked for him to send me a test email,I received and
replied.But the live supporter still said "Nothing received"!

Finally,the live supporter said that he will leave for an hour and
he will check it later. :o

Lots of funny excuses,right?

I will put the scanned documents in my website
and told them to download it later.
This time,I guess they will say : "My computer can not connect
to internet." or "My computer doesn't have Web Browser." :D

Still waiting

I am still waiting (for more than a month now). I sent them clearer scans of two different picture ID cards and now I received this message:

This email is to inform you that a response has been received from our Head accountant. She states that the scans you have sent are unacceptable and therefore your withdrawal can not be sent.
It is uncertain as to what other documents you may be able to provide in order to have this issue resolved

Just pitched a bitch. Hope this helps.
