I would like to thank whoever kindly intervened in a dispute between myself and Sporting Index/ Everymatrix it would appear that this matter has been resolved. I should add Sporting Index have been both helpful and professional throughout.

I would like to leave the matter open just until I receive my refunds.

I had emailed you on the 4th to let you know I had received and was working on your PAB. Responding to that email would have been sufficient to update us on the status of your case, but no harm done. Good to hear they got things settled for you. Please let me know -- via email is probablly best -- what schedule they have given you for your pay-out. Assuming it's not excessively long keeping your PAB open will not be a problem, assuming you agree to let me know when the payments are complete.

Standard note to PABers: please remember that any future PABs you may wish to submit to us (that is, PABs that come after your first) will, in general, only be considered if they concern sites that are on the Accredited Casino List (
