Hi everyone,
First let me tell you a little about Spin32 and where we came from. We started in online poker and have been in operation since 2006. All the founders and team members have been in the online gambling and gaming business since 2001.
We have been working with plus five gaming and there sister company aliquantum gaming for 6 years and wanted to bring a new type of casino and gaming platform to our members. So we have developed with our partners a gaming offering that supports many game providers and game types.
We will be providing new games from many different providers all under one account. We will be providing other games including poker, sports and mobile games plus bingo.
We offer support in English only and we have dedicated hostess support which is classed as 2nd line support. Spin32 is a white lable operator with a very close relationship with our software development partner and payment providers.
With regards members being able to join Spin32 some of our gaming partners have rules regarding countries that they don't accept players from I can only say sorry for the confusion. We have made the platform open to register from any country as we will be providing games for all countries in the near future.
minus the USA
In the mean time our development team are working on a message which will be presented to new members on registration which will guide our new members on our game providers rules and regulations.
I would like to thank you very much for your positive feed back as it really does help us to provide a good casino that everyone can enjoy. I hope I have answered everyones questions, but if not I am happy to here or via email, PM.
With regards the player protection limits, this is due to take place within the next 24 hours I will post here as soon as this happens.
Thank you everyone
Hayley.
An interesting idea, but because of the different, and often illogical, rules of individual game providers, many players will be able to register, but will find differing subsets of games unavailable to them. Since they are able to play SOME games, they are simply not going to understand why they can't play the others. Since they are going through your portal, they are NOT going to think of this as several accounts with different providers, but ONE account with YOUR portal.
Unfortunately, the complex politics between the different gaming partners are going to turn this simple idea into a chaotic mess for players from many countries, not just the USA. This is NOT something that players currently experience. It is usually an all or nothing situation based on country of residence. A player can either play ALL the games on offer, or NONE of them because they are from a "banned country".
For this idea to work, all the different game providers need to adopt a common policy of which countries to allow, and this must be based on LOGICAL principles, such as the laws in these countries, rather than being based on internal politics, as is the case with Rival banning CANADA, yet ALLOWING players from the USA despite it being far more "illegal" there due to UIGEA than in Canada where the laws are less clear cut.
The alternative is to design a system where ONLY the games available to a player because of their country are shown to them, and that promotions for games they cannot play are NOT shown to them. This will at least be less confusing than seeing a game they like, and a promotion based on it, only to find they get error messages when trying to take part.
The problem with the player protection feature seems to be that it is based on amount wagered, rather than amount deposited or amount lost. This leads to players being able to deposit 100 credits, yet being thrown out after playing through a mere 50 credits, or half their deposit. Players prepared to deposit 100 credits are prepared to play through more than half this amount per session. In fact, because of the current rules regarding bonuses, players now expect to have to play considerably more than 1x their deposit.
The best configuration for this feature would be to prevent players from chasing losses by depositing more and more, and maybe increasing their bets along with larger deposits.
