Got an email from this casino - not heard of them before they use the wagerworks software, the email said £25 no deposit.

I joined and entered the coupon NP25 it said error - Incentive Scheme is set up for a different currency.

I looked up support and sent an email a few minutes later the email was retuned as undeliverable.

Does anyone had a similar issue with this is bonus or tell me what this casino's reputation is.

I had the same problem yesterday, but when i logged into my account today, the 25e was there. They changed my currency from pounds to euro manually i guess, maybe thats the problem.
But i am not allowed to play there (Holland)
But i was able to make an account, a bit weird.

I signed up played my £25 but it kept giving me warning messages saying I had exceeded my player limit this message kept appearing and I had to keep reloading the games. I also kept getting operation aborted messages.

I rang help got a receptionist who couldn't answer questions and I had to get a call back 6 hours later no call rang again was told someone would phone me received an email eventually.

The site is full of bugs and their are no loyalty points.

On some games like Bingo Keno the coinage is set at 5p so maximum bet was 50p.

There are far better wagerworks casinos with bonuses and loyalty I just found the whole site annoying...back to Get minted I think.

Got my free £25 but now am getting an aborted message when i try to get into my account this is worrying me enough to make me think twice about depositing is this site secure?

I had this problem with my AOL browser and Internet explorer.

So I tried Mozila firefox and that worked.

I got kicked out of the slot I played with the player protection crap, so I sent an email to this address, it is a working address for the casino [email protected]

This is also the email address that spam'd me the promo, so how did the casino get my personal details?

BTW you only get 7 days from registering your account to make good out of the £25 ND.

yes, i got my limits upped and still get that message when playing £50 worth of bets..i got another e mail address off the phone, and that didnt work either, think they are having problems with this casino. noticed on other site bb it says its run by 888.com

I received this promo. I also had currency problems, but in a day my account was set to Euro, and I managed to redeem the bonus. Interestingly I found many good games, and the slots I tried also paid out well. I managed to cash out 54 €. They sent it to me in one day.

Their default e-mail support address doesn't work, it is reported on their support page, where their temporary email address is displayed. That works, and so well, that they replied in 15 minutes by day to every e-mail I sent them. I sent about 5-6 e-mails, each was answered in 15 minutes.

In the beginning i felt ambiguously, but now I have good opinion about them, and I am sure I will return to play. Even with this temporary e-mail address, their support is much faster than at iNet Bet for example, that is an accredited casino anyway.

So all in all I had a good time playing there. I am satisfied.

Hi everyone, firstly let me say very sorry for the problems you have encountered when joining us. I can assure you we take this very serious and have now solved the support email problems and also the multiple currency issues.

In short there were problems with our email server as it was forwarding mail incorrectly plus we had our no deposit bonus code set up not recognising multiple currencies.

The later was simple to fix and we sent emails out to all members to explain the situation and we resolved this quickly. The email server took a little bit longer to solve but it is now working and the new support email address can be found on our casino website.

I would like to say thank you to our members for helping us identify The problems and help us solve them by testing the fixes. Our development and test team are grateful for your emails of support.

We are in the process of extending our daily playing limits and we are speaking to wager works with regards lifting the player protection limits. We believe that this is simple to resolve and we should have this done within the next 24 hours.

Thank you for your feed back we take this very seriously.

What exactly is your connection to Wagerworks. It seems a rather tenuous one from the trail of evidence starting at Plus Five. It seems the Plus Five solution is made up of games provided by a number of partners, one of which happens to be Wagerworks. This is NOT the same as saying that spin32 "is a Wagerworks casino".

Full marks for honesty in the "about us" though, where the fact that the casino is a white label is made clear, and details for Plus Five are given, along with the details of the license that the gaming is being run under.

Unfortunately, white label solutions are no replacement for a fully "in house" operation, and many players have had negative experiences from White label casinos. A recent example of how NOT to run a white label operation has been provided by Rival.

First impressions are everything, and these problems during the start up have not helped at all, and have us thinking "well, what do you expect, it's only a white label, not a PROPER casino".

Your site also claims you have been "operating since 2006", however the Plus Five website STILL has Spin32 as "coming soon", making it look more like you have "been operating since 2010", and that the 2006 figure is an attempt to mislead players.
If you have been using different software before 2010, you should clarify the claim that you have been operating since 2006, since on THIS gaming platform you have only been operating since 2010.

According to the Plus Five website, it is Plus Five that players will be dealing with for support, processing, documents, etc, rather than spin32 entertainment.

Can you make a post in this thread when the player protection has been sorted out.

Spin32 - Nice original name you have there?

I wonder what the likes of the Palace Group who operate Spin Palace and 32Red Plc who run 32Red casino, make of it.

Seriously, I am glad to see another Wagerworks Casino as I really rate their games. I have afterall a picture of Cleo as my avatar.

But don't you think you are treading very very closely to infringing other branded trademarks and trying to make a name for yourself on the back of other established operators own hard work?

Bit like me setting up a casino portal called slotmeister.com :what:

You might want to have a read of this:

Old / Expired Link

I thought I might register to check it out, but the site is mainly in German.

Where is the English version? Anyone?

Cheers
I wouldn't waste your time.
As it's WagerWorks you wont be able to play any of their games anyway... :(
(No Australians allowed).

Hi everyone,

First let me tell you a little about Spin32 and where we came from. We started in online poker and have been in operation since 2006. All the founders and team members have been in the online gambling and gaming business since 2001.

We have been working with plus five gaming and there sister company aliquantum gaming for 6 years and wanted to bring a new type of casino and gaming platform to our members. So we have developed with our partners a gaming offering that supports many game providers and game types.

We will be providing new games from many different providers all under one account. We will be providing other games including poker, sports and mobile games plus bingo.

We offer support in English only and we have dedicated hostess support which is classed as 2nd line support. Spin32 is a white lable operator with a very close relationship with our software development partner and payment providers.

With regards members being able to join Spin32 some of our gaming partners have rules regarding countries that they don't accept players from I can only say sorry for the confusion. We have made the platform open to register from any country as we will be providing games for all countries in the near future.

minus the USA :(

In the mean time our development team are working on a message which will be presented to new members on registration which will guide our new members on our game providers rules and regulations.

I would like to thank you very much for your positive feed back as it really does help us to provide a good casino that everyone can enjoy. I hope I have answered everyones questions, but if not I am happy to here or via email, PM.

With regards the player protection limits, this is due to take place within the next 24 hours I will post here as soon as this happens.

Thank you everyone

Hayley.

An interesting idea, but because of the different, and often illogical, rules of individual game providers, many players will be able to register, but will find differing subsets of games unavailable to them. Since they are able to play SOME games, they are simply not going to understand why they can't play the others. Since they are going through your portal, they are NOT going to think of this as several accounts with different providers, but ONE account with YOUR portal.

Unfortunately, the complex politics between the different gaming partners are going to turn this simple idea into a chaotic mess for players from many countries, not just the USA. This is NOT something that players currently experience. It is usually an all or nothing situation based on country of residence. A player can either play ALL the games on offer, or NONE of them because they are from a "banned country".

For this idea to work, all the different game providers need to adopt a common policy of which countries to allow, and this must be based on LOGICAL principles, such as the laws in these countries, rather than being based on internal politics, as is the case with Rival banning CANADA, yet ALLOWING players from the USA despite it being far more "illegal" there due to UIGEA than in Canada where the laws are less clear cut.

The alternative is to design a system where ONLY the games available to a player because of their country are shown to them, and that promotions for games they cannot play are NOT shown to them. This will at least be less confusing than seeing a game they like, and a promotion based on it, only to find they get error messages when trying to take part.

The problem with the player protection feature seems to be that it is based on amount wagered, rather than amount deposited or amount lost. This leads to players being able to deposit 100 credits, yet being thrown out after playing through a mere 50 credits, or half their deposit. Players prepared to deposit 100 credits are prepared to play through more than half this amount per session. In fact, because of the current rules regarding bonuses, players now expect to have to play considerably more than 1x their deposit.

The best configuration for this feature would be to prevent players from chasing losses by depositing more and more, and maybe increasing their bets along with larger deposits.

Hi vinalweatherman,

I agree with you on having a uniformed ban list. I will arrange a meeting tomorrow to discuss this with the development team. A simple structure is always best.

Thank you for your help and constructive posts.

Hayley.

Hi Nifty29

I am a little worried here as we don't have a German casino.

Link Removed ( Old/Invalid)

Please let me know if it displays in German with the above URL.

Hope this helps.

Hayley

There's something odd going on.

It seems the site "spin32(dot)com" also exists. Further, there seems to be a "secret forum" hosted at this domain that I accidentally reached by stripping off the "casino" part of the URL posted by steveh35, but forgetting to strip off the "https" at the front. Going to "https: spin32(dot)com" ends up on this forum, but simply typing "www(dot)spin32(dot)com" takes me to the same place as "www(dot)spin32casino(dot)com".

It looks like the site has been duplicated to catch casual traffic trying to guess the URL from the name of the casino. The forum promotes spin32, but does not appear to be run by them.

Despite this, nothing is coming up in anything other than English.

Spin32 casino and Plus 5 are both powered by Aliquantum Gaming Ltd, the same company that operates Blush Bomb, a new casino that opened up last week...Is it the same group?

Hi vinylweatherman

This forum is our forum and is mainly poker players. You also get the this forum from our casino website by following the link in the footer.

1.000 a day, 10.000 a month betting limits, good god what a joke!

This is the reply from me asking for the player protection to be dropped.

thank you for contacting the helpdesk. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the Player Protection, a feature specific to the WagerWorks games.

We have now removed the Player Protection, so you should not be bother anymore. Please note that our standard betting limits still apply, these are currently set at 1.000 per day and 10.000 per month. Should you wish to increase those limits, please get in touch with the helpdesk again.

If you do deposit the £10 and want to see if there is any further wagering, you can go to my account within the casino software and click on bonus.

But it don't say wether you can reject the sign up bonus if you win of the £25 no deposit bonus.

Also does the 7 day rule apply to your deposit as well?

I just sent a email to get my daily betting limits upped and they replied within 10 min's.

So both sites, as well as the forum, are operated by yourselves. The somewhat confusing "operating since 2006" found on the new casino site refers to the length of time you have been a POKER operator. Many players play EITHER casino OR poker, so when they visit the casino (which is new), they may have no idea that you have been in the poker business since 2006. They then wonder how a casino so new it is still "coming soon" on the Plus Five website, has no history in running a CASINO, can have been "operating since 2006".

You could clarify this section of the casino site to make it clear that the date refers to the length of time you have been operating POKER, and clarifying that the CASINO is a new venture.

Still puzzled about the German site though. Could this be something happening locally on the PC, such as some kind of "auto translate" tool gone wrong.

Does spin32 actually have a GERMAN version of the WEBSITE, even though the CASINO itself is in English. If such a German version does exist, a browser can find it, and may be displaying this version DESPITE the fact that "(dot)com" has been typed in. Many other sites use hidden redirects to convert a generic "(dot)com" URL request to a region specific version of the website. This could have gone wrong, and presented a non German user with the German version of the website.

Hi everyone,

We have now asked WW to remove the player protection within the games. I can confirm we have a new registration process which will now only allow members to register from countries that WW accept members from.

We will be adding more games soon from other well know providers and we will then allow members to register if there are games that can be played from there country of origin.

With regards limits the management have a meeting tomorrow to discuss changing the limits. I will keep you posted on the out come of this meeting.

In the mean time if you require your limits changed please email our support or PM me here what limits you would like and we will aim to adjust them for you.

I can confirm our casino operation is a new venture but we have extensive background in online and mobile casino operations. We are well funded and have well trained team members that are here to help you enjoy your experience while playing at Spin32 Casino.

I am also puzzled to hear we have a German Casino website as I know it’s only in English. Our poker site is in German plus many other languages.

You can not reject the sign up bonus if you have either clicked a link with a bonus code embedded in the link or you have entered a bonus code in to the "Account" section of our website.

The 7 day rule only applies to your bonus and not your deposit.

PLEASE Note if you have received a £/€25 No Deposit Bonus you can also gain a 100% First Time Deposit Bonus up to £/€100 plus you can get a second Deposit Bonus of 50% up to £/€50.

Terms and condition are on our website.

Thank you again for you positive feed back and constructive comments we are here to listen to what you would like to see here at Spin32.

OK...

Just signup up and tried to claim the NP25 coupon and it says:

Incentive Scheme is not allowed for your Marketing Code

Hmmm. I have emailed support lets hope they answer!

Anyone else get this message?

** Doesn't matter - the games are exclusively WW so I can't play them. How stupid. I can walk 5 minutes down the road and play them but not in on the other side of the world via the internet. *sigh* It isnt even illegal to gamble online over here.

This illustrates the complete muddle and the lack of logic with various game suppliers' policies. You can play them with a 5 minute walk down the road, but not at a perfectly legal online casino. I can play them online, but I have to fly to VEGAS to play them in a casino (I don't know if UK casinos offer this type of game now, in the past they have not).

Even with other suppliers added, there will STILL be players who feel they are not being taken seriously, because they will be able to sign up, but "most" games will not be available to them, and they will NOT be able to understand the logic behind it because they are able to DEPOSIT quite legally. The only players likely to understand are those from the USA, as they are used to this, and KNOW that depositing is illegal under UIGEA, and that they are only able to do so because implementation of UIGEA is not perfect, and nor will it be.

You can not reject the sign up bonus if you have either clicked a link with a bonus code embedded in the link or you have entered a bonus code in to the "Account" section of our website.

This amounts to involuntarily forcing a bonus on a player. They CANNOT know what has been "secretly" encoded into a link to the casino, although they CAN be said to have VOLUNTARILY accepted the bonus of they type the code in themselves. Many players are unaware that affiliate tags are "encoded" into the links they follow, thus will be equally unaware of any other "secret code" embedded into a link.

Standards for accreditation require that player can choose to opt out of bonuses, and this is NOT the case where they follow a link with a bonus code secretly embedded within it.
Even when a bonus gets automatically added, it should be a simple matter of the player contacting support to have it removed, which should not be a problem provided the player has not placed any bets after receiving the bonus.
This assumes that Spin32 is seeking to achieve these standards.

The error messages being given by the software need to be addressed.

WTF does this mean:confused:

Incentive Scheme is not allowed for your Marketing Code

This is a message going to the USER, not a console operator working for the casino, it needs to be in "plain English" so that the player can understand what the problem is. It also contradicts the statement:-

PLEASE Note if you have received a £/€25 No Deposit Bonus you can also gain a 100% First Time Deposit Bonus up to £/€100 plus you can get a second Deposit Bonus of 50% up to £/€50.

The information seems to imply that the free 25 is open to every new player, but many are having one problem after another with it. This gives a bad first impression, and could drive customers away BEFORE they start depositing. MOST players will not win anything from the free 25, and are more likely to deposit up to 100 for the initial deposit bonus, which many will STILL lose on.

The ONLY mention in the terms regarding ineligibilty for the free 25 is:-

6. Please note that players from China, Indonesia, Pakistan, Thailand, Brazil, Romania, Poland, South Korea, Mexico and Dominican Republic are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

Finally

I am also puzzled to hear we have a German Casino website as I know it’s only in English. Our poker site is in German plus many other languages.

This could be the answer to this mystery. The player who reported the "German casino" asked for an English version because they didn't understand German. It is therefore likely that they saw the German POKER site, didn't understand the text, and figured it was the casino by "looking at the pictures". From this was born the idea that a German version of the casino existed.

Hi vinalweatherman,

Your points are very valid and after reading them we have now completed the following changes to our casino.

1. We have made the registration process take in to account what country you are from and if you are from a country that WW does not accept players from then we will not allow you to register. We can change this once our new games are available hence players from the WW restricted countries will have games that they can play and enjoy at Spin32.

2. We will releases in the next two days the ability to opt out of a bonus if you wish to do so. This was a great suggestion and we have started development on this feature.

3. We have now made the messages within the system non techie...lol as I agree they were hard to understand. Very sorry about this :)

I will ask our support team to change there response email which is not in simple English. There are more planned bonus offers for the coming weeks and running up to Christmas. They will be bonus codes and will be open for every member regardless on how you joined Spin32.

I really think this is great progress and we really do what to hear your feed back on playing at Spin32.

Thank you

Hayley

Thought I would give this casino another chance after some of the comments from the rep but as soon as i went to deposit once again the "operation aborted" error appeared. I thought "Cannot be a****d with all this again" and have taken my money back to Getminted.

Do people who run these sites play on them?

Possibly not, because in many cases there is a term that prohibits "employees, and anyone associated with the company" from playing. This means that although they might have done some tests, there is no-one from the company doing a REAL test, such as registering from home, and playing in a home environment. It is when playing from home that the REAL bugs emerge, because you are no longer testing under lab conditions, but with a home PC, retail ISP, and all the differences in standards, and software interactions, that this entails. A home PC also has far more "crap" on it than any PC used for on-site testing, mainly because "kids" have probably been using it, and various different softwares have been installed, tried, maybe uninstalled, all of which can cause "crap" to be left behind that can have adverse effects on other software that would not emerge under laboratory testing.

There have been MANY threads here about various issues with casino software, and quite often players are told their problem has "not been reported before", and cannot be reproduced.

The quicker spin32 can address these problems, the fewer players they will lose due to problems with the software. The rep at least seems to be listening, and taking action. The rep also seems to be acting faster to feedback than many established casino groups. Pretty impressive for a white label operator, where many issues probably have to be referred back to the white label provider.

Having said this though, Rival started out like this, but allowed things to slide. Plus Five should learn from Rival's mistakes, and NOT get complacent as they grow larger. Players will quickly become intolerant of a raft of Plus Five white label partners replicating the fiasco which was the Rival white label business model.
