Spin and Win dilemma?

I have an account here and received a phone call last night with an offer of a free tenner.

I made wagering and cashed out £275 however I think the cap is £200.

I have deposited with my Mastercard previously but I just noticed reading through the withdrawal methods that they don't pay back to Mastercard. There is only Visa and Neteller option and I don't have either.

I have not yet heard back but has anyone else experienced this and is there an alternative way?

I see banker's draft as an option - I'm assuming that's bank transfer? (also PayPal)

I don't have PayPal. ..I didn't notice bankers draft.
