Software Help!

Hi, I am not sure if I am posting this in the correct area, so please forgive me as I'm a "newbie"!
I've been having "issues" with the Noble Casino software. I was happily playing away when the software froze! It would not login, any attempt to reset computer etc failed.
I contacted their support area.
Suffice to say, several emails later (had to uninstall/reinstall software/perform disk clean/delete temp files etc etc etc) I still have no resolution.
I have no problems with Omni Casino, 3 Dice, 32 Red or any others! The message I keep getting (after the inital hang time) is "cannot connect to game server".
Now these genius' are requesting I contact my ISP (ummmm.....helloooooo....it's only YOUR software I have a problem with lol).
Now, my question is..............has anyone else EVER had issues with Noble Casino software/failure to login/freezing????? I'm an Aussie user, love the games they offer (especially Keno Experiment!) and am a low end gambler ($20/deposit lol).
Any help would be greatly appreciated...............

Well it could be your firewall.

However, the message you get seems to indicate that there may be a problem with the casino server I.e. not your end.

Never heard of Noble software/casino before.

The error you are experiencing is as Nifty said, the server on the casino side has stopped communicating with the client side (your computer).
