Hi,

Has anyone else experience same problem as me?

I have tried everything, disabled firewall both software and hardware, disabled antivirus. Uninstall/install Slotocash RTG Casino. Nothing help, still getting error and it is getting very frustrating. I am on Windows 8 64 bit and it accept Slotocash software to install.

Am I still looking for a way to get through to get on Slotocash RTG Casino? Do you have any idea or have you done that before like putting permission through firewall or put in the port forwarding, etc?

They have been very helpful in the livechat. There is not much I can do about. It spoils my chance to have fun. :( Can anyone in here who has as a customer of Slotocash has any experience to get it through to get it working?

Edited: I had a thought it might be possible that govt in Australia had them blacklist, also Optus isp may have added them to blacklist. It could be some reason why they want to. How can I find out if slotocash has been blocked in Australia?

Hi naththo

Can you login and play the instant games without any issue? If you can send screenshots and any error messages and your full spec to support by email with attn: Georgina I will get tech to look into this issue for you.

Best Regards

Ms Sloto

Hi,

Thanks for reply. In the instant play on web browser it logged in okay no problem. Its the only download software is the remain problem to be dealt with. I am using Windows 8 64 bit o/s. I think RTG tech should look into it and implement that compatibility into it to work with both 32 and 64 bit Windows 8 o/s. Because Windows 8 are out now everywhere nowaday. There always will be some new o/s come out all the time not just Microsoft, also applies to Linux (several variant) and Macintosh. I will send screen shot by email to slotocash support with description of what went wrong.

Hi,

Just let you know I have sent email to Georgina through support. Thanks. I hope to hear from RTG about these problem to be fixed. I am well expected it gonna take some time for software to have a fix to the problem. So I have patience.

Hi,

I have installed Virtual Box on Windows 8 and installed Windows XP Home version on Virtual Box and ran that game, it works fine. So all up its a potentially incompatibility problem with Windows 8 at the moment. So that the RTG technical service can have a good look at problems and compare with other operating system and apply fix to it. Make sure RTG compare the files structure that is installed RTG game see if they are same as installed on other o/s or is it different. And check with what DLL files have it got in the different operating system. So that give you idea which one you need to use to run that game.

At least good thing Virtual Box very useful and does the trick.

Nathan.
