I am a bit perplexed as to why you have had to contact live support for the casinos email address?

Surely its the same as most casinos, ie support@ ? Surely it would be on their contact page?

The point I wanted to make was that if a casinos live support is so overloaded with queries, then it does beg the question why?

If the casino is being run properly and information is clearly displayed on their site, then support should not become so over burdened.

If live support is getting clogged up by basic enquirys such as whats your email addy, then little wonder they are acting slowly to responces.

IMO contacting live support to close an account is pointless, because you will get a rushed responce, nothing that is thought out.
Much better to email support, express the points you want to put across and wait for a reply.

But contacting live support for an email address so you can email support? You just couldn't make it up!!

I don't make up email addresses and hope they are correct. I click "contact us." and when I find a blank page I contact live support.
 
As it turns out their email address is:
support@grandmondialsupport.com

When you joined the casino you would have had a welcome email, so if you save your emails then it would be in your email folders.

Slightly strange why they had to add support after Grandmondial.

It's also slightly strange that this is the first address I was given by Petros and even though I highlighted it in our conversation, copied it and pasted it into my address bar the email came back undeliverable two days later.

The second email address I was finally given by Christian was support@casinoemailsupport.com which received an automated receive notice but no reply to the email.
 
Maybe Mario can come back and explain why my account is still active 14 days after my request to have it closed.

I've only been playing here for a bit, but did manage to cash out a few times, not much, but they were quick, the last cash out was for a few hundred and they don't email you like it says they will so after 2 days i logged in to the casino and went to help after you click contact them and i went to live help , here is the chat

It was in my account the next day so i'm happy, I have never had a problem with them, it didn't take long for the live chat to reply to me. But i did notice that when i play the freebie slots that so many have almost the same names and that half of them don't actually play, but that seems to be the norm on all these free slot games, so i won't bother with them anymore.
 
I don't recall anyone saying there was an issue with payout times. Still, there is more to good service and respect than just how fast you get paid. It may be the most important issue but it's not the only one.
 
For a casino that can't answer anyone's email they sure can send out a lot of junk.
