    Hi Everyone,

    I was just after a bit of advice. I requested a withdrawal from a casino ten days ago. I've never played at this casino before so I'm a bit keen to get some reassurance that I'm going to get paid so I have twice sent emails to their support. Both emails wern't replied to. Its not a huge amount of money but not even getting a response to the emails is quite annoying.

    I'm used to the world of Betfair, Party Poker and Intercasino where withdrawals are back in my account within hours.

    My quesation is at what point is it appropriate to "pitch a bitch"? Two weeks, three weeks?

    Any advice would be hugely appreciated.

    I wouldnt be surprised if its an RTG or Playtech casino. If its and MG, this would be rather abnormal. If you want to, you can PM me with the name of the casino and I will try to tell you from my limited experience.
