I’m Charles Gross, founder and CEO of SlotsMillion online casino. Today I’m reaching out to this fantastic community on behalf of the entire SlotsMillion team because we want to collect feedback from the people whose opinion matters the most: the players.
I have worked in the gambling industry for 15 years. First as an affiliate, later moving into the operator world.
Since launching SlotsMillion back in 2014, our mission has been to offer an exceptional online gaming experience to players worldwide, characterized by our passion for slots, our love for innovation and our ambition to become the home to one of the largest online slots portfolios on the internet.
We have come a long way since then. We’re now proud to host over 4000 games ranging from over 100 of the industry's best providers; to carry licenses from the SGA, the UKGC and the MGA; and to have amassed numerous prestigious awards throughout our journey.
However, our present and future aspirations for SlotsMillion are even greater. That’s precisely why 2020 was such a big year for us - characterized by change. We carried out such significant updates to the brand, the company, the team, the way we operate and our product. We completely redeveloped our platform to add new features and capabilities in order to improve the experience we offer to our customers.
You may have noticed SlotsMillion’s rebranding and the fact that we completely redesigned our user interface last year. We have been preparing to take SlotsMillion into its biggest and most significant chapter yet.
Throughout all of 2021, our team has been committed and working hard to improve all areas of the casino and the experience we offer to our players. We’re excited not just about the changes applied so far, but more importantly about the many changes planned to come.
But to continue, we would now like to hear directly from you, the players, and are now asking you for your genuine, honest, and unbiased opinion.
Have you experienced issues while navigating our site? We want to hear from you.
Do you have any feedback about our product? Our promotions? Our Customer Support? Our emails? Our account verification process? We want to hear it directly from you.
