Slots of Fortune lost a depositing player over 5$

I was considering quitting Rival anyway since their paytables are so incredibly low. Like the one on my screenshot. 2 and 3 scatters pays the same, and all wins are shitty except 5 wilds and maybe the 5 bells.

Well. Here is my story of today. After wasting some money yesterday I received a mail from Slots of Fortune saying I got a free chip on the house. 5$ no deposit required. At the end of the mail it says exclusive to account Wonderingspirit.


When I log into slots of fortune the 50% match bonus is there , but no free chip.

So I contact live support:

I deposited at 3 or 4 rival casinos. Several deposits. And they dont want to give me 5$ that the mail said was exclusive to me. I couldnt care less about the 5$, but its a matter of principal. If a casino is to cheap to keep their 5$ promise, then they are probably give you hell if you should be fortunate enough to win.

I thought for a moment that they were going to refuse to close my account because of a secret question. A bit overkill if you ask me, when I already have provided name, birth, full adress and username.

My experience exactly at Cocoa. Emailed me and requested me to log into my account saying that there is a free $10 waiting for me. That was a personal email from their manageress. Nothing and when I contacted them back they told me I wasnt eligible. As Rusty it is the principle that mattered so I closed my account. However, I think everyone should know how low they can stoop.
