Like I said before I did not gamble what I couldn't afford to loose, I added it to my expected income on my personal budget, had I known it would not be in my account as assured it would not have been on my budget, I would not have scheduled payments but waited till friday when I get paid. I paid some bills early so please read my post all the way through to have an understanding of the situation. I respect everybody's opinion you are free to say what you want but know that I would not ever rely on winning in a casino to pay bills, my family is my life and I budget everything out this was a small bonus that helped me make bigger payments on some bills and paying bills ahead so I could get a little ahead of things. I don't use credit cards at all in my finances I cut them up and cancelled them because I believe I only spend what I have otherwise it can wait. Now I know you probably say well you didn't have it so why spend it? Yes that is my fault for assuming that an assurance that it will definitely be in on a specific day would happen. Lesson learned I admit that I was at fault with that, but if I never expected it to come in or never got paid my winnings, every dime i ever put into the casino has already been paid for and wrote off as an expense and I would have scheduled my payments on my normal day when I get paid. Please think before assuming I'm irresponsible when it comes to my child, she is the reason I dont have credit cards and why I work on a budget that accounts for every cent coming in and every cent going out, then if I have some me money left in the budget I play online because I have fun and when I win great! When I loose oh well at least I had fun.

If you read my whole post in the beginning you would know that I did not gamble my kids food money away, thank you for jumping to conclusions, I merely trusted that my money would be in my account as I was assured it would. I knew I was receiving $2000 scheduled payments based on this for bills that probably could have waited another week and did not receive my money. So the funds in my account that would have been left in my account got drained out with these payments. Please don't comment on merely a sentence when you have not read the whole post. You take it out of context and distort the reality.

I understand the sequence of your finances but you have counted the chickens before they hatched so to speak. Regardless of the integrity of your finances, you have clearly stated you need the payout to feed kids. This is a mistake of two counts. Firstly, you ASSUMED a payment from a casino with shall we say a 'less than accredited status' would reach you with no problems on a certain date despite you being in the USA where online gaming is mostly a no-no. Secondly, you mention children and desperation to be paid in the same sentence. Sorry, I have to agree with Nifty who has (admittedly rather bluntly) only stated what has no doubt crossed a few minds on here.

Anyway, I hope you do get paid OK, and learn from this a valuable lesson - as a USA player, tell yourself you have won nothing and forget the 'nothing' you have won until if and when it actually turns up. Then treat it as an unexpected windfall and THEN plan to how to spend it.

I think as a newbie member who has signed up to this site and for good reason now after reading some of the posts that sometimes a gamble in a casino is a gamble on a gamble and I realise that the depositing of funds part will never be as easy as the withdrawing part of funds.

I see that legislation and backdoor ways of obtaining fun and sometimes funds can mean heartache for those on the borderline of their countries rules. With hindsight I would imagine the Original Poster now sees how a situation could have elevated to the situation that it did, but hindsight is just that and part of the learning process we all go through.

I think there was a gentler way of saying I told you so.

I have recieved an email from the Finance manager informing me they will be sending my winnings via Western Union, seeing that this is not a normal withdrawal option I want to thank them for making an exception. Sometimes when it rains it pours and if it could go wrong it definitely went wrong on this withdrawal, but like another member said earlier at least they seem very responsive. I especially want to thank Louise the Finance Manager for bearing with me and my ton of emails. Being my first withdrawal I might have been a little more on edge than I should have been but thats human nature. At the end a solution was found that would rectify the problem. I said before and I will say it again I like playing at Slots Capital I know this does not happen to everyone and yes will play here again seeing that no matter what it can only get better (I mean even if it takes 10 days next time it still will be better than this disaster withdrawal) Its tiring to argue and go around and around pointing fingers but sometimes its necessary to find a solution. Glad it worked out for you. However, Slots Capital did poorly at the beginning and should actually have tried to find an alternate means to pay you when it became apparent that something was wrong. I believe this issue might have alienated some USA players who do not wish to go through the hassle.

Meanwhile, though as usual, Nifty is his usual self in churning out insults there is a grain of truth in his words. Only use spare money for entertainment and even when you have already stashed away enough money it is not a good idea to state publicly that the money owed to you will be used on your children's necessities. You wont win any sympathy from many.

This was my first win at an online casino, and I definitely learned a valuable lesson, yes I admit I made some mistakes and didn't think all my actions through as this all played out hence the bind I put myself in financially, not because I spend money in a casino that I didn't have but spent money I thought I would receive. Where I come from if you say you are going to do something in a set time you do it. Allowing players to deposit money you have a contract with them you commit to providing an opportunity for them to have fun and if luck is on their side they see a return on their investment, almost like a high risk stock the casino always states to read the rules and regulations which state what you have to do to win and if you win they agree to pay you in a given maximum time frame which in this case with this casino group is 10 days. That's their rules and they should have to be held accountable for these rules they make. They know they have US players, if they can't deliver then they should be accountable to compensate the player for every day over their max time frame ( if you pay a loan late you have to pay penalties and late charges) and a casino owing you money is kind of the same thing. The excuse that it is difficult to get funds to US players should have no merit as they set the time frame and should have thought about it before deciding to state it's 10 business days, they should rather say US players it takes longer and your max time frame is 15 business days or what ever. That way as a player you know before depositing in their casino if you are willing to wait that long and if not, go to a different casino. They should also give a player the option to wait the standard pay out period and pay no fees (your time waiting being the fee) or give options for faster payouts with a sliding scale of fees (kind of like FedEx) I am more than willing to pay a fee for faster payouts, but at the end of the day they need to be accountable to meet set deadlines.

Slots Capital is a fun casino and seems like they are at least trying, I understand sometimes things happen at least I have received some of my funds already and will give them a second chance. It can only get better that's my two cents and if a casino becomes available to US players with guaranteed payouts of 72 hours in your account, they will grow overnight into one of the most popular casinos online.

You are so right about a good casino that will guarantee payment of wins in 72 hrs. Everybody would probably flock to that one . There apparently are some that attempt to run their Casinos as one should , but to say that we must keep in mind that it is simply " entertainment " is not enough . I have a CD with slots that I can play if entertainment is all that I am looking for . Each person should always have some hope of actually winning and it should not be an extremely rare occurrence as it seems to be with online casinos thus far ! A fair and properly run casino that places greed aside and which genuinely places the patron first will thrive . Perhaps there are just too many !!!!
One should never have to play online with the thought that the money spent may never be recovered in the event of a win . That is ridiculous and is good reason to forget playing online completely if we are "supposed " to think that way . In my opinion you did nothing wrong in your " planning " as you felt for certain the casino would pay as per their " contract " . I have gone to land based casinos for years and many times get markers ( money loaned for 14 days without any interest ) and I count on my Social Security being here on time so I do much as you did .

Please know that you are not alone in "counting the chickens before they hatched" as I fell into the same trap once and I'm sure that we're not the only ones. We learn by experience and when it comes to online gaming it's sometimes like walking through a mine field. Your deposits will always be accepted but put withdrawals on ignore until they're in your bank account and then do the happy dance.

An active rep is only as good as the casino management will allow him/her. Ms Sloto has been doing a great job and handled player issues fairly but this must have been approved by the casino management. Of course, in the infancy of its RTG launch, they would want to maintain a good reputation but when profits start to take a beating through overly aggressive marketing and having more players smart enough to beat the bonuses things will take a different course. Suddenly a rep becomes less active though I am 100% sure they are monitoring the forum. Its a fierce battle for the dollar between the casinos of Club World and Slotocash and you come to realize it from the daily promos. At the same time the wagering has increased incrementally(and secretively) and if you are not careful you could easily be deceived. So when one takes a bonus deposit the minimum that is required and hope for a big hit. Otherwise you wont be able to cash out as the wagering is too difficult to meet. Only when a furore occurs in the forum will a rep suddenly reappear and solve your problem.

Firstly I think I was pretty honest in posting all the details in my post. Saying that I did not provide the intermediary bank information is not only misleading but not the reason for the delay as my post clearly shows. The intermediary bank information is only crucial if a routing number is not used. You only use the intermediary information that I did post here as a reply after I spoke to my bank that said that if the information routing nr swift code bank name account nr was used. The wire arrived at the intermediary bank with no routing nr that I did provide.

I received my funds thanked slots capital and openly gave them praises for their efforts to get this taken care of as soon as the did. I thought the matter was settled but saying I did not tell the forum about the intermediary information is just false. If I need to I will quote the part in my post that addresses this issue. As far as I was concerned this issue was resolved and that was the end of it. Trying to discredit me as if I did not state all the facts on the forum is just wrong.

Ms Sloto, while I'm sorry to hear that you are ill, your reply seems to imply that zingela 1 was completely at fault in this case. It appears to me that CS was guiding zingela through the wire transfer process and zingela provided everything that was requested. To say that zingela "failed" to inform CS, might I suggest that CS also "failed" to request information that was required? And to say that "incorrect information" was supplied, might I also suggest that that the info was "correct" but incomplete? Most players find their first "wire transfer withdrawal" very confusing and sometimes have to rely on CS to get them through the process. So IMO the failure started with CS and continued from there.

I'm obviously a little cranky this a.m. but I'm tired of seeing every little thing that goes wrong being completely blamed on the players.

The problem here is that whilst you say that you cannot be expected to know all the information required by the various banks, you then seem to know more than the customer's own bank, and as a result you do not send a CRITICAL piece of information as you mistakenly believe it is irrelevant, when in fact it is critical.

It seems this particular bank does NOT do things in quite that same way as the rest, hence what worked before didn't on this occasion.

When the player dealt with the processor, they seemed to know that the routing number was the cause of the problem, but that it had not been supplied by the casino. It is no good asking the player to get all relevant information from their bank, and then fail to use it because you (wrongly) believe it is irrelevant.

This is the same problem I had with Neteller and Cahoot. I confirmed directly with Cahoot which was the correct sort code, supplied this to Neteller, yet every time Neteller decided my own bank didn't know it own correct sort code and substituted what it thought was the correct one, except that it wasn't, and my payment kept on having to be caught and redirected by Cahoot on arrival. In the above case, the bank just sent it back, they could not (or would not) manually redirect it to the customer's account.

Unless the root cause of this problem is identified and rectified, this is going to happen again, and lead to another bad PR incident.

Given that this whole thing is supposed to be "under the radar", do you REALLY want players repeatedly badgering their banks over these issues to find out what is going wrong. It may solve the issues, but it could also make banks suspicious of WHY so many of it's "retail" customers are experiencing the kind of problems normally associated with "business" banking.

With all due respect, she clearly did provide this info, maybe you skim-read the whole thread and missed that - that was the whole point of her beef; she provided off her own back ALL the correct and necessary info which you failed to utilize resulting in a bounced payment to her. It's nice that you did a couple of WU payments to get her her cash and that is noted and she was happy with that resolution. To blame her though for the initial failures is wrong.

It is also worth pointing out than ANY international transfer will go through an intermediary usually anyway, and this shouldn't be an issue as long as the payee destination account SWIFT/BIC are correct anyway at the point the sender (yourselves) actions the transaction. This isn't a problem in Europe as we have a standardized IBAN system.

Interesting Twist to Withdrawals at Slots Capital

I have come to learn that Slots Capital is indeed a casino that is delaying payments. Today is the 12th WORKING for a withdrawal to be PROCESSED. How did I learn this? I went into live chat yesterday following up on my withdrawal to make sure all was on track (10-15 day waiting period to hit the bank) only to find that they have not even processed the funds to be sent!

I would not recomend Slots capital. I think they need to be on the do not play list until further investigation is done. Delaying payment as they have done does not bode well and then no rep to go to is another red flag.

I withdrew on June 26th and still nothing processed. Not good at all...last word from cashier was was, we will get on it sometime this week.....HUH???? Stay away!

Worst part is I have 3 withdrawals since June, that has not been moved at all. But, they kept taking my deposits...but no more until this is resolved.
