slotocash withdrawal timeframes.

Now, I could be blamed for picking hairs here and to 'get a life' however im in the process of getting my slotocash account verified and spoke to CS on live chat just and was told the timeframe to process a withdrawal is upto 48 hours. surely an accredited casino is 24 hours? even sadder i took a screeny of the session. on the plus side the CS representative was nice and polite. here it is, I dont mind waiting 48 hours its just the principle that bothers me. Time to get out of the house me thinks.

I think they are going thru some processing issues but be assured that they are accredited and have a rep here

Your worries are justified as for the past 6 months or so their payment times have been awful. If they had really adhered to 48-hour cashout periods it would be fine but they often take 2 weeks or even more to pay out measly sums in the hundreds or so often citing processor problems as the reasons. To avoid possible losses and frustration in the process it is advisable not to deposit at Slotocash/Desert Nights in the interim until they have sorted ther so-called processor problems. I understand that players are still getting paid albeit very slowly but IMHO its not worth taking the risk.

I agree, im sticking to other casinos, into third day now for account verification. probably just leave the account dormant or close it at a later date .

UGH was hoping to get my details on cash transfer by yesterday now seems to be delayed again, guess I will have to inquire when I get back from a trip :(

today is now forth day into verification, after promising on live support they would contact me on the third day. as they are accredited I will see if i can get my account verified. im like a dog with a bone, its the principle. :D

yes, i pmd the representative on friday just waiting for a reply. I dont want to be all obnoxious and impatient. after all im in the uk and have a wealth of online gaming sites to play at. If and when I do get my account verified Im only going to make small deposits to start with due to the amount of payment processor issues slottocash have had in the last ten weeks or so.

I would like a RTG casino to play at :D

Just loaded up live chat, again the CS are nice and polite and very quick to respond to questions. It will now be tomorrow. so thats wednesday, thursday, friday and monday to verify docs :/ im staying optimistic about slottocash. the promise of tomorrow is what they said, and thats what i believe.

just been told on live chat that 7 days ago i was given the wrong email address to send docs :/ unfortunately that also means when ive spoken to a live cs representative a couple of times this week ive been told what i want to hear in contrast to whats actually happening regarding my account verification. however the docs have been sent to the correct email address and my account should be verified within 48 hours. Looking through this thread there are still issues regarding slow pays from slottocash, I will be honest, when this verification process is over il be happy I have faith in you slottocash!

What worries me is "48 BUSINESS hours". What the hell does that mean??? How many business hours are there in a day? 8 or 24 or...? I'm getting a bad feeling about this. Yes, they may be accredited but so was the Rushmore Casino and now they are in the Rogue pit. Just my thoughts.
