Slotocash - Baptism by Fire

Slotocash Casino positive service!

Hi,

I had no problem with slotocash. Whenever I need help, they came up straight away and helped me on the spot and it does exceed my expectation. They are helpful, very cooperative and point out to explain the way to solve problem if I have problems. They are very good so far. I still willing to play again with them sometimes. Good luck to Slotocash hoping they will be able to get into accreditation, don't give up on working very hard. Going way back to last year, at the start they had a bit of hiccup with bonus term and condition but they fixed it all up straight away after I had a good talk with a rep on forum here. School mark for you: A

double pears?

my experience with slotocash has been good - again, payouts within hours (ie same day) is a tremendous feat in my book. I had a couple good runs and some cold as hell but I feel like im getting a fair shake anyways.

As with my title - I *thought* for sure that they were NOT using double pears in the Fruit Frenzy game in all my play the past week or so.

I noticed double pears today which makes me wary of changing RTP midflight. Anyone else catch this?

edit: i guess its worth noting i play this game a lot to make my comment have some merit.

I had an excellent first experience with Slotocash. I played for the first time on Saturday 2/18. Made two deposits with bonuses...got lucky on the second one.

Verification documents were sent on Sunday. With a little help from Ms Sloto via PM, my documents were approved on Tuesday 2/21.

Withdrawl was approved on Wednesday 2/22. Wire Transfer hit my account this afternoon, Thursday 2/23.

I also love that once you request your withdrawl, you can not reverse it. Ms Sloto and the live chat representatives have all been very helpful and courteous.

HUGE FAN of SLOTOCASH right now and will continue to play there.

nice on the 2nd deposit win - i ripped through all the welcome bonus without luck - got a couple hundred via the regular reloads which amused me. Maybe i was trying too hard ;)

Not so fast after all?

Well after my initial positive feedback (of very fast withdrawals), i have to come back at that statement...

Made an withdrawal 2/24/2012 8:07:11 PM and up till now have not received anything. (of course everything is already verified)

So, NO processing of withdrawals in the weekends?

I am not so happy about that....

Patience....Grrrr... :rolleyes::rolleyes::mad::mad:

I wonder if all the other Rivals also will be able to offer Instant play to their customers from US, but probably not.

You are not alone.
i'm also waiting for a wire requested on the 18 and approved on the 22.
I know I will be paid but I was used (spoiled I might say) to get it in 24 hour or less!!

i added a comment in a similar thread regarding sloto fast payouts.

I got an email trying to entice a reversal at 15%. It seems like they left the payouts pending all weekend in hopes of players taking a 15% with 10x WR

They do have to stop giving those offers if they really want to be accredited here.

I won't play there again . . .

I have multiple reasons. I don't like their $6.50 wage cap on bonuses. I have a gut feeling they just are not on the up and up. You should always go with your gut feeling.

The bonus cap, designed to thwart professional bonus players, is a fair enough reason for you to avoid them if that kind of thing is important to you.

I don't think it is grounds to say they aren't on the up and up. What are your other reasons? Maybe something happened to you?

It's one thing to say a casino is not for you. It's another to suggest they are somehow heading for the pit or are not respectable etc.

A little update...

Well made an email to CS about my withdrawal of 24/2/2012.

Got an answer back. And frankly it surprised me a little bit. :eek2:

For me as an player it is very disappointing:

"We want to inform you that in general the maximum time frame for Withdraw may be from 3 to 5 busines days for processing on our end."

Pfff, thats a very long time. I am really not used to that!!! I still dont understand why my first withdrawal took only less than half a hour.. (no explanation in the email)

I think this might be the reason to say goodbye to Sloto and look further...or at least play less there..:(:(:(

I hope this is a mistake. :( I really hate reversal offers and I have never received emails from Slotocash offering me this. It´s predatory, nothing else!

Thank you so much for that information:thumbsup:
They used to be so fast so this was a surprise. Now I know where not to play:(

Just rec'd an email that Sloto will be offering Rival again. Instant play (no download?): xhttp://slotocash.co.uk/play.php

Happy player here.
Sloto never stopped offering Rival. I was told existing players could still log in to the Rival casino and play - even in the US.
I believe the same applies to ALL Rival casinos.

You're right....3 to 5 business days is far too long. Sloto's major attraction previously was their super fast payouts, fast service and reasonable WR on bonuses. Sadly, the WR isn't good in comparison to other operators, and, if the timeframe posted above is true, the payouts are not quick any more. Without these unique attractions, they become just another run-of-the-mill RTG......and as such can't expect to become a player favorite.

I personally like Slotocash and the way they've always gone about things in the past. I'm certain they will take all constructive criticism on board.

One thing I do NOT like is reversal bonuses. I agree that it is predatory and I'm surprised they are offering it. If that is the reason they are delaying payments, then it needs to stop or I doubt they will be accredited.

Anyone receiving such an offer should alert Bryan.

Careless of you Ms Sloto:D

You may be new to RTG, but this is one method to prove absolutely that any RTG casino is NOT using the standard 95% setting, but something else. Although we don't know which setting this double pears layout is on, when coupled with tales of "tight games", the assumption would be that it is the 91.5% setting, which leads players to think all the slots are on 91.5%

Whilst it could also be the 97.5% setting, this does not seem as likely given the current financial climate, and the state of the industry as it struggles to hang on to the profitable US market.

When it comes to playing time, the difference between 91.5% and 95% is VERY significant.

Given the experience of many players here, it is extremely unwise for an RTG casino to mess with the RTP settings, lest they get caught by not knowing about this "double pear" quirk, which was down to human error in designing the reel layouts for each of the three available settings.

I have said all I have to say in the public forum. Perhaps "up and up" was not the best choice of words. I do not like they way the do business and I will not elaborate. I don't play at many of the "Accredited" casinos either.

Whether or not they become Accredited on this site is not up to me. It is up to Bryan, and the consensus. I will not post in this thread again.

I play at Sloto a bit and the wins do seem hard to come by, even for an RTG casino. I just put it down to bad luck.

If it's true they are using the lowest RTP that explains things. If so, I won't play there again.

If anyone can confirm the RTP used at Sloto please tell.

Hold on a second.....before we go off half-cocked and keep throwing accusations around....

1. The player who mentioned this said " I *thought* for sure"....THOUGHT...not certain or sure at all (no offence to bgermain btw just pointing out a fact). The player may not have noticed it earlier.

2. The two pears have not been confirmed as 91.5 or 97. Given that Bryan has stated that his information is that 91.5 is NOT for use in online versions, but only in kiosks. The 91.5 choice suits the conspiracy theorists, but since no evidence of any kind has been produced to contradict what Bryan has been told by RTG top brass, then the most likely reality is that the actual setting is 97 which is HIGHER than normal.

3. Nobody has produced any evidence of any kind that the two pears were a programming error. It's an opinion, not a fact.

4. Posting something like " Careless of you Ms Sloto" is disrespectful to the rep. Again, no evidence that Ms Sloto has done ANYTHING let alone anything careless.

5. "Tales of tight games" aren't worth the paper their written on (not literally of course) when it comes to determining RTP. I'll wager that if anyone here was presented with 10 slots with ranges between 90-100 and given 1000 spins on each wouldn't get even half of them correct when asked to match each game to its RTP.

6. The state of the industry or the economy is not a reason by itself to lower payouts. Less players mean less money, and lower payouts mean less players.
