Hello.

I deposited $300 on Slotocash and received a bonus. After 24 hours of play, and 3,290 worth of Comp points (wagering under $10.00) I cleared my bonus and won $2300+ playing Panda Magic. I accidentally wagered $12.50 on ONE spin, because I misclicked. Not that it matters but I lost on the spin. As soon as I noticed my spin was $12.50 I contacted support. I haven't heard anything since....are my winnings in jeopardy?

Slotocash is Not Recommended at Casinomeister.
Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!
Slotocash rep?

Here is their rep. Send her a pm https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/sloto.html

Was that high bet after you had cleared the wagering?
Since you contacted support they should see that it was a simple mistake. At least you can hope so since they don't have any system that prevents you from doing such a mistake.

Congrats on your win and I hope you'll get paid if it happened as you described it :)

Low. I've only made two deposits. I feel VIP status shouldn't play a factor. 1 misclick spin of $12.50 out of about 1,000 spins shouldn't be cause to confiscate $2,300. Perhaps I shouldn't have made a forum post, because in no way am I trying to bad mouth Slotocash. If it's worth anything my bonus had been cleared for almost 15 hours prior to my misclick spin. I contacted support as soon as it happened. What do you guys and girls think?

If your Bonus was cleared then as far as i know you shouldn't be worried at all.
But i rarely play RTG and can't say i'm up to date with their Bonus Rules - so don't quote me on it:)

It would seem logical that once the bonus is cleared you'd be free to bet any size you'd like. I cannot find an explanation in the terms and conditions though.

So sorry :(. I really hate to see that happen. I hope you get everything straightened. I have seen so many posts about the bonuses . The few casinos i play at i never have to worry about them. I know if i am offered a bonus it is up and up and safe to accept . Any other casino i venture to i never accept a bonus on my deposits, too many hoops to jump thru. A few extra bucks is just not worth the head ache of worrying whether or not i broke a rule by mistake. Smooth sailing.

You understand. It's an unsettling waiting period for me at the moment. My intention was never to break any rules, it was ONE simple misclick. Slotocash has some great bonuses, so its hard to pass up. They have low rollover and no max cashout as well. I really hope a the rep can see this thread so he or she can clarify for us.

I don't know about this casino, but Digimedia has a 15% max bet rule if you have bonus or winnings from fs. But they are very ok with a player making bets bigger than that a few times, even before completing WR. Support explained that to me, the rule is there to protect them, not take winnings from players that make a mistake.

So if these guys are anything like that you have nothing to worry about. :)

Thanks nikantw. That lowers my anxiety level a touch.

Does anyone else have any personal or heard of any stories like this before? If so what was the outcome?
It depends on the casino.
I certainly HAVE heard of players losing out even AFTER completing the WR, but I hope that wont be the case here.
As today is Sunday, you may have to wait until tomorrow for their decision. Try to stay clam!

I do know that you are bound by bonus rules until you make a withdrawal.

You did the right thing in contacting support right away. Contact the rep as well if you haven't already, but don't expect any answers before end of business day Monday I think.

In your favour that you did not win on the spin, against you that you are quite a new player.

I for one will think less of Slotocash if they confiscate your balance because of one mis-click long after meeting wagering.

Worse case scenario, you should have your deposit returned to you at least.

If in the unfortunate event they do confiscate your winnings, you could PAB. See the Player Arbitration FAQ above. I'm not sure just what kind of outcome you might expect there.

Hope you are paid. It's gonna be a long and stressful wait until you know. Try to stay calm, and DO NOT PLAY until you have an answer.

Hense why not the max bet limit? this is the reason why and RTG sites are terrible for rules.

This group is ok and should be all good, any decent casino would let it slide as they can clearly see your betting history. This is what causes my bad heads waiting on this stuff especially after a win.

I see a few are confused, I take it you done the spin while wagering? I know some of the sites still do not let you bet after and instead a withdraw needs to take place.

I done it the other day I forget what casino now and all was good, Live chat said its fine and I would get an email giving me a warning  I thought thats a bit harsh and strange but email nether received lol.

They are accredited but if you went for a PAB it would go in the casino favour due to rules broke

Remember this is an ADVOCATE OF FAIR PLAY forum and if they did take your wins than thats fair from fair. These sites have things in place but its all auto such as will not let you open or play a game so why not add the max bet limit?

I did state about needing to withdraw as there was some crazy rule but just seen Jasminebed stated I do know that you are bound by bonus rules until you make a withdrawal.

Which is absolute crazy rule

I have also been told I can play ANY game when the W/R is cleared.

I often will play blackjack after clearing my W/R on Slotocash.

I have also been told I can play ANY game when the W/R is cleared.

I am or was at VIP Gold status, not that I think it makes any difference.

My last withdraw I played some $25 -$50 hands of Blackjack as well as some progressives and my withdraw went through fine. (Around $1K)

Please do let us know how it goes though.

If your bonus was cleared then you have nothing to worry about...No need to be nervous at all....UNLESS...you are not sure if they were cleared at the time of the 12.50 wager....have customer service send you a copy of your play history and it will tell you for sure....My experience with this casino is that the front-line CSRs are there first and foremost to ..Keep you happy and playing....so dont give their info much weight...as it can be overridden. ... If you were clear...your are good.....you got money coming.....If you werent clear when the 12.50 click went down....if I was a betting man..Id have to go with the Dont Pass on this one and say your winnings are toast....since you violated the T & C....they arent gonna pay. Hopefully this is all a moot point anyway cause you didnt violate, you have already gotten your WD, and parlayed it into a ridiculous amount! Best of Luck to you.

They should honestly figure out a way to alert such occasions, right? How should they expect that people don't make any mistakes! So I think they should make the game and the rules more user-friendly, so to speak. Hope everything works out for ya

As discussed via PM, after completing the playthrough for a bonus, the maximum bet amount does not apply. This was the case for the situation.

Best,
Ms. Sloto
