Just wanted to share my frustration with everyone concerning Slotastic.
I won a little bit of money 15 days ago. I requested wire transfer. (Won $204.00). A $30.00
processing fee on their end is kind of steep, but I can live with that.
However I'm steamed about the fact it's been 10 business days...still
no sign of the transfer. This crap drives me nuts. They state 4-10 business
days for withdrawals. Why can't they shock their winning players, and
process the payout sooner rather than later? There's a novel idea. So tired
of dealing with these casinos when it comes to withdrawals!

Still No Wire Tranfer YET

Just a follow up to Slotastic wire transfer status.
They now claim that the bank name info. was wrong, so the wire
bounced back. It took them 16 days to tell me this (after I called and
e-mailed them repeatedly). I take issue with this scenario since I
double check (over and over) my info. whenever I withdraw using this method, so I don't
believe them. It's now day 20, and the transfer is still not here. Needless to say,
I will not play here again, and others in the U.S. might want to avoid them
for this reason.

I've had multiple wire and check transactions with this casino in the past without issue. Including one last week that took 4 days.

Sorry to hear about your issues with them but hopefully it was just an error on your part. (For everyone elses sake)

I do agree that they should have let you know much sooner if there was some kind of error with the withdrawal. Really surprised to hear this actually. Response times with jackpot capital group are generally really quick.

They told me 5 days ago, they were resubmitting the wire transfer. As of today, still nothing.
I really think they are starting to have issues with U.S. players. How long has it been since
you cashed out with them?

Not to bomb your thread, but this is an accredited casino here on Casino Meister. That said, you should really contact the Jackpot Capital rep here, since they are the same company. Have you tried doing this?

Did you consider for a moment, before warning other players off and questioning their integrity, that YOU might be responsible for the delay by providing incorrect information? I'm not saying you did, just that you seemed to have launched into an attack without considering it as a possibility.

It's also important to note that wires often go through intermediary banks, sometimes several, so it could well be five days before they find out if it was rejected, so I don't think they deserve a kick for that.

Of course, if it is their fault, then you are totally in the right.

You should also have contacted the rep before posting your complaint. Not only is it a courtesy we should afford accredited casinos, it is also a forum rule.

I DID contact the Rep. (Yasmeen, Manager). You folks can defend them if you want. I DID not provide the wrong info.
I have never had such a run around for a wire transfer. That said, I have the right to complain about a payment
taking 22 days to reach me. Keep playing there if you like. I simply am stating that I will not.

Just what is wrong with Yameater venting on the rather slow withdrawal. We used to rant about the 2-5 business days for Rival white labels. That said, I have received similar amounts from slotastic to my ecocard within 24 hours. However, that must have changed now with their 48 hour policy.

Geez talk about rude. Take a chill pill.

I wasn't defending them. I was asking if it was POSSIBLE that you gave the wrong info, as this group are renowned for being fast payers. If you didn't, then you have a right to be annoyed about it and state as much in the forum. However, it is another matter to suggest others don't play there IMO.

You didn't mention contacting Yasmeen. When did you do that and what did she say?

Chu....nobody said anything about not being allowed to rant. Why are you so defensive lately? I actually said if he gave the right info he was in the right. It has nothing to do with new policies as these were not in place at the time.

Geez I cop schtick if I agree or disagree. LOL.

I don't really feel that yameater was being rude or freaking out about the whole deal, so prescribing chill pills is not needed. He is merely venting his frustrations which is understandable. Yameater is not a newbie so I would assume that his personal ID stuff with the casino is squared away. I don't think he would be complaining here if he knew it wasn't.

No need to ask Chu why it appears that he seems to be defensive. You could PM these sort of questions since these inquiries cause a discussion to get side-tracked. You are putting people on the defensive. Unintentional or not, it doesn't create a harmonious atmosphere to continue any sort of conversation. People are just going to see the negative.

I apologize if I came across as rude. I am just frustrated that a wire transfer can take this long. I know
the drill. Normally I am very patient as I know it will take up to 10 days. I was told the "Bank name" was incorrect,
and I cannot believe that, since I only have one bank account and I certainly know it's name.;) I don't know what to
think as this is my first cash out with Slotastic. I'm sure others have had no problems getting paid, and because it is an
accredited casino, I thought it would be no problem cashing out. Just surprised, and thought I would extend a little caution.
in case anyone else in the U.S was having any problems here. Yasmeen said to expect it the first of this week around Tue.It's Tue. and I'm just hoping it gets resolved. I stopped playing at other casinos because of payment delays, so this is a little ironic. Casinomeister is right. I would not complain unless I thought I was in the right.:D

maybe try a check instead? I haven't withdrawn from there but other casinos with the same software, at least for me, seem to have better luck and quick turnaround paying via check

The End Rsult...Update on Slotastic payout

maybe try a check instead? I haven't withdrawn from there but other casinos with the same software, at least for me, seem to have better luck and quick turnaround paying via check

Thanks Slotmatic...Yes, after about 21 days I requested they send a check instead, but was told
the wire was already sent through the bank, so could not change it. Then they said they would have to see my bank statement to prove I didn't receive it. Then I got an e-mail stating that none of the U.S. wire transfers have been paid.

"We are investigating and the bank is now tracing all the outstanding wires.
None of our customers has received their wire yet.

Unfortunately we have no final answer from the bank yet.
We'll get back to you as we have an answer.

You will receive your outstanding funds we only need to wait for the bank to provide us with an answer.

Thank you for your understanding."

So then they sent an e-mail stating they had put the money back into my account. WTF! I played it out figuring I was never going to get paid after 31 days. I will not play online anywhere from now on. I hate that they blamed ME for the
transfer problem, when all along it was their inability to get it through the bank. I've received many other wires from other casinos in the past, but it seems "time is up" for U.S. players IMO.
Good fortune to all.:)

I am experiencing the same issue yameater and so are others. You are not alone. I suggest you PM Yasmeen under Jackpot Capital and let her know whats going on. I am awaiting an answer from her at the moment.

I'm sorry to hear you are going through the same problem. I contacted Yasmeen directly a couple weeks
ago, but things just didn't turn out right, as I talked about in my post. I am not playing anymore. I've lost
hope that any of these casinos can truly pay out as promised. I really do hope your withdrawal goes through.
Maybe they'll issue you a check instead, although I don't have faith in their checks either.;)
I think U.S. players are just screwed.

Welp, glad I closed all my RTG accounts. Sounds like the final nail in the coffin is quickly approaching. Sorry you got caught up in it yam, but this screams government seizure. HOPEFULLY it's just a one-off bank error, but I wouldn't put my money on it.

I fail to see this as a casino issue, but more of a self discipline issue. Sorry you played it out. This group will pay, but again, sorry for you.

seriously!

31 days and no payment....and this is NOT a casino issue? They should never have put the money back into his account either.
This is very much an issue imo!

While I agree this ultimately boils down to an issue of self-discipline the casino is rendering its greatest assistance in helping the player in losing it back by a delay in payments. Casinos know that most players have little self-discipline and if they try to delay payments a good portion of players are tempted to reverse and ultimately lose 'em back. We condemn rogues like Virtual when they pull this trick on us but when its an accredited casino its our own fault due to lack of self-discipline. Ironic isnt it?

I believe they are now issuing checks. Was told that yesterday and received an e-mail confirmation. I understand your frustration yameater and you need to to do whatever is in your best interest.

Best wishes.;)

Revisit the RTG Accredited list?

Only one RTG seems to be living up the the criteria of being accredited and that's iNetBet. The rest, IMO, by their actions lately, do not live up to the criteria.
I have a simple $850 Money Gram payment owed from Slotastic and since I got a cheesey email saying that no pickup details had been received and no response to my PM to Yasmeen, I'm posting. No pickup details simply means nobody bothered to send it.

I agree, although I would add club world.

Jackpot Capital group lost me with 48 hr pending and no weekend payouts. Unacceptable in 2011.

I just sent a PM to Bryan to ask him to ask his accredited casinos to start paying on time and communicating with players. I just got another email from Kristy at Slotastic telling me that I might get paid next Thursday. Absolute B.S. The payment arrangement they made with me has been breached and I don't trust them anymore. Club World sucks too. I had to send them 4 emails to finally get a response. It took 3 weeks to get a response to the first one.

Self Discipline? Really?

I fail to see this as a casino issue, but more of a self discipline issue. Sorry you played it out. This group will pay, but again, sorry for you.

Are you serious???
Give me a break here. Self discipline??? What would you do after 31 days of BS run around? They put the money
back into my account without even asking me. If you can't get paid in 31 days, what makes you think I would want to
punish my mental health and go through all of this again by requesting another cash out? This GROUP did not pay...
that IS the issue, pure and simple.

Don't play at these rtgs anymore...most online u.s. casinos are in big trouble. Just because they're accredited here doesn't mean your payout won't be stalled or something else. There in survival mode and most anything goes...don't be surprised.

It will never be what it was until the next chapter comes...regulation.
