OK, now I will say Sky is usually excellent, fast w/d's and decent CS.
Last night I withdrew £500 from my Rhino win (videos) and instead of instantly saying 'processed' a pink box came up with a 'time? error code' followed by a series of numbers and a statement saying withdrawal not completed etc. but the money had gone from my casino balance.
So I got onto Live Chat whereupon I was told to ring when the payment team were in at '8 o'clock Saturday AM'.
So I rang at 9 and the bloke stated the withdrawal was pending (which they never usually are, but non-reversible) and he would e-mail the payments team as he had no direct contact with them, and he would ring back after lunch.
Needless to say no call, so I rang again 14:30. The lady said the w/d was showing in 'blue' which she'd never seen and pending. She then told me both the live chat and the guy in the morning had misinformed me and that the payments team don't work until MONDAY AM! and that she COULD have direct contact with them...
She said she would send an e-mail with screenshots from my account. I asked why as the guy in the morning claimed he was doing this as I spoke to him, then she tells me he hadn't! Apparently he was called to a meeting (on Saturday?) just after my call.
She put me on hold and claimed to have reported this misinformation to a manager and admitted I'd been told a bunch of crap.
Anyway, nothing can be sorted until Monday when this elusive payments team return. I asked why I can't just have it put back in the account to re-withdraw, can't do it of course!
AFTER this 500 I withdrew another £30 which as normal was processed immediately and says so in my account.
So, a glitch their end she said, nothing to do with my bank 'rejecting it' as the first bloke said, as it hadn't even gone near my bank.

Unfortunately their Rep is AWOL, no activity for nearly a year. Brilliant.
