Sky Vegas W/D Issue and CS Misinformation

    OK, now I will say Sky is usually excellent, fast w/d's and decent CS.

    Last night I withdrew £500 from my Rhino win (videos) and instead of instantly saying 'processed' a pink box came up with a 'time? error code' followed by a series of numbers and a statement saying withdrawal not completed etc. but the money had gone from my casino balance.

    So I got onto Live Chat whereupon I was told to ring when the payment team were in at '8 o'clock Saturday AM'.

    So I rang at 9 and the bloke stated the withdrawal was pending (which they never usually are, but non-reversible) and he would e-mail the payments team as he had no direct contact with them, and he would ring back after lunch.

    Needless to say no call, so I rang again 14:30. The lady said the w/d was showing in 'blue' which she'd never seen and pending. She then told me both the live chat and the guy in the morning had misinformed me and that the payments team don't work until MONDAY AM! and that she COULD have direct contact with them...:confused:

    She said she would send an e-mail with screenshots from my account. I asked why as the guy in the morning claimed he was doing this as I spoke to him, then she tells me he hadn't! Apparently he was called to a meeting (on Saturday?) just after my call.:rolleyes:

    She put me on hold and claimed to have reported this misinformation to a manager and admitted I'd been told a bunch of crap.

    Anyway, nothing can be sorted until Monday when this elusive payments team return. I asked why I can't just have it put back in the account to re-withdraw, can't do it of course!

    AFTER this 500 I withdrew another £30 which as normal was processed immediately and says so in my account.

    So, a glitch their end she said, nothing to do with my bank 'rejecting it' as the first bloke said, as it hadn't even gone near my bank.

    Why post here?

    Unfortunately their Rep is AWOL, no activity for nearly a year. Brilliant.

    Same with rep 4 months ago . She sayed why contact her, becouse he dont handle player issues ?

    I sayed to her, that acridet rep must have power to issue players drouple.

    Well , atleast i getted later some kind of responce with AGCC.

    Really unusual, never had an issue with sky..

    As for their payments team not working weekends, they regularly send me payments on weekends.. So thats odd..

    I had that issue before a few month ago :confused: Went to withdraw amount and that hit my PayPal fine within minutes and then went to withdraw the other amount the same day about 1 hour later which was a Friday before 6pm and they said Monday they will process .So very odd going's on .I did get my funds on Monday but got messed about like the same issues you had . Weird :eek:

    The rep not been on here for ages like you said . You would Think a big company like sky would have a active rep .

    Not odd - they have an automated refund system 24/7 for payments up to a certain amount to most methods.

    I'd never had an issue before yesterday, something went wrong in the automated system, a communications failure or something.

    I suppose it will be a one off. As like everyone has said i never had an issue withdrawing with them ever since i joined, I actually love the fact you cant reverse and the payments are super fast especially with neteller were it usually takes about 10 minutes sometimes instant. But yeah i wouldn't think it will be a re occurring issue just a one of bug. :)

    Got it sorted on the phone, they had still done bugger-all as of 14:30 today. Got the CS agent onto a manager, manger contacted payments and it was put back in my account (so simple 2 minutes....) and I re-withdrew whereupon it went without error. Got a free tenner on Rhino for my hassle. Lost it. Got 15 cashback this evening for a play-through promo and w/d 122.....:D

    But where is their rep???????:(
