Sky Vegas 9pm-11pm bonus caution

Hi all

As those who know me well will tell you, Sky Vegas is one of my top 3 'go to' casinos but tonight I feel I have been stung by one of their promotions. Having got nowhere with live chat I've decided its only fair to make sure you know the exact terms before deciding to play hoping to be in this promo.

In the promo you win a prize if you are actively playing when the bonus triggers.

2 nights in a row i have been on site, spinning and have missed out on 3 bonuses.

Apparently, the following aren't considered as actively playing.
1. opening banking to deposit using an 'in game' menu
2. switching between games (without deliberately stalling)
3. the fraction of a second between a spin finishing and you clicking the 'spin' button
4. entering and being in a bonus round

You may think i'm being petty (i can imagine Dream's curt reply already) but i'm a little unhappy that I've deposited 5 times in 2 evenings for this promotion only to be tripped up by the interpretation of the small print when my playing funds could have been used elsewhere to join in other promotions fairly.

the rules for missing out are not good but I would instead treat their promotion as an extra chance bit like sites where you can win smaller random jackpots etc. Do not treat this promotion as a way to secure a bonus round to win some back or gain something extra

Just play where you want to or give them a go or at least make sure if you want to play at SkyVegas then do it from 9pm to have the chance to win, but don't do it to expect it. PS not even worth the price ranges either. I managed 2 of the 3 rounds on one of their first nights. Believe me not worth to go for to try gain something like I did. The other promotions they run much better. I also had a deposit £20 get £40 to play with last week and bonus only had 1 x wagering so stick around for them as they can give you a good chance of withdrawal or profit

The site always seems to run slow for me at this time because the amount of times i got kicked off Novomatics last week because it kept saying trying to connect to the server was a lot.

The first night i played during this promotion i actually won cash which was £50 and the one and only time, all the others have been free spins.

I know they’re usually great Paaske as I’ve played there for a good 10 years + and have usually enjoyed promos.
I got 2 lots of 50 spins and 1x 20 spins a couple of weeks back in that free spin suprprose give away thing.
Also get exclusive play £100/ get £20 offered every few days.
I just found this one felt ‘unfair’ and saw it as something you would benefit from if you made a deposit and played.

I tend to play at VS or here as they do instant withdrawal back to my visa which is amazing.

Perhaps I misunderstood the fine details of ‘if you’re playing when the bonus triggers....’ as I considered myself to be ‘playing’.
I need to read it as
“If the reels are actually spinning at the millisecond of trigger....”

Right my fellow CM-ers who will call it as it is.... here is my current gripe that is niggling at me.... and would like your opinion (as long is you say it in a nice way lol)....

Am I being a drama queen over this bonus?

Basically, between 9 and 11 each night the bonus time triggers three times. If you are playing you get a bonus of either cash or spins.
The definition of ‘playing’ is set out below in term 6.



Now, on 2 trigger occasions last night I had made the 20p wager. That particular spin had put my into the ‘bonus world’ on Finn and swirly.
I was in this bonus at the exact time of trigger. 2 minutes later the bonus round had completed and winnings transferred to my balance.

So in my eyes the bet was active from the second my account shows -0.20 @22:55 until
+5.70 @22:59 right?
The bonus triggered at 22:57

I fully agree with you in it all. But sorry you are not right in that last part. Reason is as soon your stake of 0.20 triggered the featurw in dinn slot then effectively the bet is no longer active as a feature always is played out instant before u see end result.

It is basically just eye candy and many slots will actually ruin surprise if u check ur balance before playing a feature out.


If u had exited that finn slot and done spins on a different alot then u would had won

My good tip to have best chance of getting those bonus rounds is to either play slot with no bonus or free spins features or skip to dif slot if u trigger

To round it up when u made 0.20 bet at 22.55 it was played out so from there to 22.59 u had no active bets....sorry about ur hard luck there but hope u will now go get them sky suckers down hehe.

Won 2 quid from the prize machine, coverted it on A Night Out slot for 100%rtp.
Waited till after 9 to go full out on doa with my new bankroll n still didnt get a prize grr.

Bonus round should be eligable if actively playing out imo but maybe its to protect from someone not clicking 'start feature' and taking a dump while hoping to come back to a prize.

That swirly crap can take an age to play out a feature to.

you won the bonus at 22,21 and it triggered at 22,21+1sec. You would of not been actively betting for 3mins?

Still bullshite, seems they are milking the rules to suit themselves
