Skrill not longer available @ GUTS?

Hey Guys,

i just noticed iam not able to make a deposit at Guts with skrill anymore. I made countless deposits there before but now its no longer an option.

Im afraid i already know the answer. Its because skrill dont accept payments from Germany to Casinos registered in Curacao. Anybody else noticed the change lately?

Its sad because i really like Guts, but skrill is my preferred option because i dont have to pay fees for anything. (Except from the fee for withdrawing at Guts )

Chat was busy so i thought i ask you people first.

Hi all,

Unfortunately we had to block Skrill in Germany due some license changes as mentioned above. This request came straight from Skrill, but we are currently looking into this if it is possible to enable this back shortly.

We are actually doing some big changes to improve our cashier, that will give us the chance to process withdrawals even faster regardless what method or currency is being used. Due to this there might be some delays in this weeks withdrawals, but if any issues please do send me a PM and I will personally look into this.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused, and I hope to see smooth and speedy withdrawals and support for each and every one.

Hi Jumboshrimp,

Instadebit will be enabled back shortly. We are still updating this on our cashier system and due to this there were some payment providers that we needed to temporarily disable. We are also planning to enable UseMyServices / UseMyFund for Canada, so we will be offering even more options in Canada.

We currently have EcoPayz in Canada which is an e-wallet solution, but I completely understand if you wish to wait until Instadebit is turned back on, as some players find e-wallets to be an extra step.

For any Australian and New Zealand players out there, I would like to mention that we will enable Poli in Australia and New Zealand shortly.

Speaking of Canada and new currency, will you guys finally have a way to buy and withdraw in Canadian money? Right now we can play in CAD but the transactions on my credit card are in Euro. I lose a fair amount of money every time in useless conversion fees.

Wow! I'm really happy with that. I just checked and it's CAD to CAD now. Thanks Tony (and Ben).
