Played loads at this casino and always been paid promptly - decent 3 figure sums

Might be having to eat my words here - a week gone and a large cash-out promised but not paid. Hopefully the rep responds soon. I will let everyone know how I get on.
 
Meyer - you replied to me via PM on Monday to say you would get back to me. Nothing since from you and also no emails returned from the Cashier or Support. Live chat are none the wiser and ask to email the Cashier.

Getting very concerned now with this casino.

Guys - any ideas? Can I PAB? They are not accredited.

Personally, i would give the rep a few more days to answer. If there is no answer at all and also their support/cashier gives you no substantial answer/solution you could try a pab, remember you have 1! shot regarding non accredited casinos, so better wait a bit longer before you waste it, as from what i read in this thread it looks they do pay but maybe sometimes take their time, esspecially with big amounts. This should tell you after theis issue is resolved, play elsewhere, nobody needs this kinda stress.
Enough good casinos out there which offer you the same games and pay within a reasonable or even mostly instant timeframe, have a look at the accredited section ;)

Sure this would be the finer way to act, but you should give them a chance and try not to overreact. If a casino is sh*tty in my opinon, it does not help much to get aggressive or threatening in any way as then they mostly ignore you and the whole process of getting paid takes even longer, or if you act stupid you will probably never be paid. Your chances of a good negotiation become slimmer if you push too hard too early (what a metaphor :D)

Take it easy and be kind, mostly this works out well if you are a communicative person and only put pressure where it is absolutely necessary, and then also do it cool and professional.

I was never left unpaid by any casino, and believe in my early days i had to deal with many casinos of this kind sincity looks like or even worse.
 
Still not a peep from the Rep regarding this since he said he would look into it. Several emails to the cashier, no response whatsoever. Initially chat said there was a problem with their email server, but that was days ago now.

Chat are responsive and try to re-assure "no one has ever not been paid"...."I'm sure you will be paid soon". But in 5 years of gaming I have never come across such a stone wall of silence about a withdrawal, its been two weeks now which is pretty outrageous.

Unfortunately its close to 800 euros and its not an amount I can just write off. Any ideas? They are not accredited, they have ignored several recent complaints on other forums, so I'm at a loss of what to do here. PAB? Complaint to Skrill/Service providers?

You do a search top right and type in fenix casino, Stalled payments and no payments, STAY AWAY from this group,

Its about time this lot got put in the bin, Non stop complaints
 
ive also seen some complaints at other sites/forums about these guys, non paying, wall of silence, etc, i would proceed with caution on this one.
 
Nope, no response whatsoever from the casino rep "Meyer" since he said he would look into almost three weeks ago and nothing from the Cashier at the Casino, despite several emails. My account still shows the Withdrawals as pending, but online support simply say email the Cashier.

I have PAB'd today.

It took a while but they did pay me. If they are paying by BACS then mondays about right for your money. I reckon they will pay you tbh - in my case I didnt get any response at all just radio silence for three weeks.
