Hi all

The way I deal with gambling heavily is to ask for my account to be blocked for a while. Once I cool down I go back and have a play for a while.

Some casino's (Mansion!) take a weird line and have said they will never let me back, which I don't quite get and I thought I was going to get the same treatment from Simon Says. No reply o an email after several days.

In steps Kendra, the rep on here. Does that lady live online? She is wonderful and not only got my account unlocked pronto but put a very handsome bonus in the account.

A huge thank you - it just feels good to be treated well. I am going to take it easy this time and build up to the high rolling !

Just wanted to acknowledge excellent service.

I've only ran into one MG casino that said they can only close my account and not lock it, my reply? Please do, save me thousands... never looked back. Sorta like when you ask for a withdrawl to be flushed and they say no, you should say fine lock my account till the reversal period is over
 
I didn't know what flushed meant but having had a look about on here I guess thats when u win and ask not to wait for the stupid "processing" time when you go back in to your account and blow the lot?

I need to start asking for that!
