Hmm.. interesting. I try to find other post about their fake safebet.org link/info from different forum, but i didn't find any (yet). And like i write in page 1 about this safebet-thing, i'm suprise, that nobody comment before about that case. But meanwhile, in past few month, i already collect info about their casino... and saw how much they give misleading information.

Maybe it is my job to build some "casino watchdog site"...

More Lies from Ms. Chacon

There is another forum on the web I sometimes visit. I recently posted my experience with Shark Casino and the Bonus Hunter issue there. Ms. Chacon decided to reply to the board stating how she had sent me a letter of apology and how she cares for her members and to leave it up to the members to decide whether or not they were good or I was treated fairly. One of the best darn martyr letters you've ever read!

The "moderator" of the board commented that he did not understand why I would be denied for an $11 coupon and it didn't make sense. He asked for her to reply and confirm whether this was true and if so, why the coupon was not honored.

Ms. Chacon righteously replied with the biggest lies I have ever seen. She made me look like a TOTAL idiot and pissed me off beyond belief. Here is what she stated:

The reason as to why the $11 code didn't go through was because the minimum amount to redeem the promotion was $11 and she only deposited $10. Right after she deposited $10, she requested the code D8BHE8 (coupon from "A Bonus for Everyone" promo).

First of all, I know how to redeem a coupon so I would not make the deposit first and then try to redeem the coupon and secondly, I would not make the incorrect deposit amount. This is a recurring promotion at this casino which I have used before.

My history (which I copied and pasted on the board) shows that I did indeed make a deposit prior to requesting the coupon, however, it was almost 24 HOURS earlier.

Again she lied to benefit her own cause. Of course the moderator saw her reply and stated

Now that DOES make sense. A coupon is usually to be requested before the deposit is made according to the instructions. Customer service may honor a coupon if it is not done in the correct order but why should they if the correct deposit amount was not made?

Believe me, I had a real nice reply to those posts!!!

The lies go on and on and on. Will she eventually dig herself into a hole? One can only hope.
