Hello,

I still dont understand how a casino like that can be accredited...

- no live chat
- no customer care, several emails sent no answer
- dont keep their promise "Our goal is to answer your questions as soon as possible. All questions will be answered but questions in English will usually be handled within less then 30 minutes."
- 1000 dollars spent in one day - no free bonus...

This casino really sucks...

Did you see if there is a rep here and contact them first?

Did you try sending from a different email? Were you using hotmail/yahoo etc?

How long did you wait for a reply?
 
You forget in your translation about the customer care.

I wait for a week now and I use their contact form.

I want a reply from the casino to see how they really work...

I believe their contact FORM is NOT WORKING like their games !

Now they close my account. Of course they never give any free bonuses ! What a poor casino ! I will play in others casinos more Generous !
 
Personally there are very few combined Netent casinos/bookies i like. I've played at betsson, comeon, unibet + red and whitebet. The only place i would leave any money at must be Unibet. They give you some freebies now and then, and IMO their customer service is pretty good.

My experience with betsson and their whitelabels is that they in a dispute will tell you to live with their decision or too f*ck off. And its not like you can get a hold of any managers or so. But after being acreditted here i guess you can send their rep here a pm.
It was also impossible to get a hold of anyone else than the live chat reps when i had some problems with comeon once.

In my opinion, if you want so play solely on a Netent casino and wanna be treated like a gentleman, by a gentleman there is just one guy to go and visit, and that is Mr Green.

I dunno where you are from, but atleast here Mr Green got a olympic bonus calendar which gives depositing customers 5 free spins each day for the duration of the olympics.

Their lack of support is a problem though. They should remove the 30 minute term cause that's BS.

You can go on Betsson live support though and they will help you. They've got excellent support.

Really? I have played at Unibet for 6-7 years now, and have deposited lot af money there. In July I have deposited for 6-700 € and no cash-outs. Yesterday I asked for a little free-bonus like 2€ or free spins, but NO!!!

That`s very bad for a loyal customer!

If you've run out of money, then it's definitely in the casino's best interest to not give you any freebies. It's a no-win situation for them.
