Casino Complaint service at 3 dice

i was there when Mr Tee decided to tell Anna to close his account in the global chat room. In my opinion this was a matter that should have been discussed in a Personal message to Anna directly not for the sole purpose of Shock and Ah in a global chat room. I have been on the winning and losing side of 3dice and I have always been treated with respect by Anna even when I didn't always like the outcome of our conversations. it's funny to me that when ppl are winning, throwing trny's and everything is wonderful and lovely 3Dice suddenly becomes the Best Online Casino. However hit a losing streak and suddenly it gets personal like it did today.

Thanks for clarifying some of the story. Agreed completely uncalled for to say "close my account in public". Was definitely looking for attention in front of everyone. Hopefully they close the account for good and don't allow it to ever be reopened. I would have to assume its the losing streak also, have seen the OP post plenty of "im closing my account" and other angry post about losing in the 3dice forum.

I though possibly the OP maybe would have slept the anger off, read the posts, realized he doesn't have much support for his campaign and either came back to say he was wrong or just stopped posting altogether.

I've been on Anna's bad side. I know a few others who have been as well. I've heard more stories, good and bad about support at 3Dice than I can even remember and I've told my share of them too. When I hear that support at 3Dice was nice and helpful it doesn't surprise me. I've seen it. When I hear certain people can be cold and vindictive that doesn't surprise me either. I've seen that too.

You can't assume that because someone is nice to you that makes them nice to everyone by default. People just don't work that way. People listen to stories and rumours about other people. People have good and bad days. Relationships go sour. People hold a grudge. Not everyone likes everyone and not everyone is nice to everyone and that's just the way it is.

I've done my share to irritate the support at 3Dice but then I've also seen people do far, far worse without repercussion. I was "red boxed" by Anna after suggesting in the global chat room that the pig from one of the slot games be included in the card games as well. That way the voice can say "Dealer wins, player wins, pig wins."

I asked at least a dozen times what I said that was wrong without an answer. As far as I could scroll up the chat room people laughed at everything I typed yet she insisted that I had done something wrong. I never was told exactly what it was.

My son received a warning when he wasn't even home. I have to give support the benefit of the doubt. It is possible that someone called them from the store and said he had a bad attitude. The chat room was still open on his computer but he hadn't typed in it in hours.

It all boils down to who likes you and how much money you spend. I watched someone type in the global chat room "Fuck 3Dice and their benevolent bullshit." And be back in the chat room the next day. I watched someone type "Who do you have to fuck to get a triple around here?" And not get removed from chat.

I typed "That was bullshit." almost 3 years ago and have never been allowed back.

This has all been said before but the point is, not everyone likes everyone. Not everyone is treated the same. This goes for 3Dice and the rest of the planet. This is just how people are. I think closing your account in the global chat room might be a little over the top but that's what people do when they're angry. They go a little over the top.

I stopped saying "people are nice" a long time ago. It's all relative. People are nice if they like you. People are nice depending on their mood. People are nice depending on the situation. I can't even be bothered holding a grudge anymore because people are people. It's just what they are.

All that being said if you behave in a professional way with the mods in the 3Dice chat they will behave the same way towards you.

The mistake is thinking the mods are your friends, they are not, they are there to do a job. Their job is to help players with any problems they may encounter and to keep the chatroom banter on the positive side and to reprimand or remove anybody they feel is damaging their image.

You can go into the chatroom with a problem or question (reasonable) any time day or night as many times as you want and your concerns will be addressed.

If you hang around in there long enough talking crap sooner or later you will get booted, just like any place else.

Go into your local bar and sit at the bar nursing one beer for 3 hours talking about how shitty the bar is and see what happens.
 
I think the members that go into chat have to realize that you are typing words, when you actually speak to someone your words can be read totally different by body movement, change in voice etc etc. Some people may take your typed words in the context you mean them but others may take them in a totally different light.

Not, that I am defending anyone here, but honestly, going into chat and demanding to have your account closed in a public formum is just rude and unacceptable. This could have been done in a private chat, or even an e-mail. I too have been on both sides of the spectrum, I have won and lost. But no matter what, I have always had polite and professional interaction with ALL the CS's there. Whether it would be in chat, private chat or an e-mail.

I have not been at 3dice for sometime now, not because of anything the CS's or the casino has done, there are no deposit options for me. When I was on a horrible losing streak and asked for my RTP, it was delivered with a line like this "If there is anything else I can help you with, don't hesitate to contact me." Always and I mean AlWAYS have all CS's been polite and friendly.

When I do go into chat, yes, I too have complained about having the "1 off syndrome" but always made a joke about it, like does anyone have any medication to treat the "1 off syndrome" etc. etc. But I would only say it once or twice I would never dwell on it. And I think that is part of the problem, people just don't know when to let something go. Every sentence they would type would be on the same subject and complain about the same thing using different words. The chat room is to be fun and entertaining, what is so fun and entertaining aboiut someone who is complaining about the same thing for over 20 minutes.... At some point the CS's are going to jump in and ask you to stop. And they the right to do so.

To the OP... You asked for your account to be closed, and if it has been done, move on. The need to come here and start needless "DRAMA"(for lack of a better word) is not needed at all. So you have crappy RTP stats, it could always be worse, and for players who been players for years, we all know how the casino works, you can win a ton and then lose just as much. No one to blame but ourselves, because I know for sure not one CS's is asking you to make another deposit to "See if your luck will change".

Problem is you still haven't gave "a" side to the story. You basically insulted someone without saying what the problem / story is. :eek2: When you walk into a group of people who by in large like a certain person, then you yell, about how much that person wronged you, clearly people will respond in her defense until you give your "story." Why even make this thread if you were not going to say what happened?

Then a few others respond seemingly in your defense yet nobody says what happened? Who complains to a store manager without saying what the complaint is? "I'm so mad and frustrated at your worker." What happened ma'am? Agghh I'm just so mad, I can't talk about it, but wanted you to know. :what: People who were in the store will know, trust me they know. Ummm? O no, they know *insert evil eyes*

The problem comes when the mods start making the same mistake and become friends with the players. That's when the judgment calls come from who they like rather than what they did. It may be true that if you "hang around long enough talking crap" you may get booted but for some it takes minutes, for others it takes years.

I put a player on ignore in that global chat room rather than fight with him. The next day while he was still on ignore I had a steady stream of people copying and pasting his insults toward me in private. After a while I just sent it off to the rep to deal with. He was not removed from chat and her response was "Sometimes people say things in the heat of the moment."

Apparently the heat of the moment lasts at least two days for some people.

It's fine that some people think they've formed some kind of online friendship with the mods there. And if anyone here is one of those people that get along good with the reps there then good for you. By all means, carry on. But there are no saints. The reps there don't always make the right decision or the fair decision. The reps there are still just people like anyone else.

The fact that Anna and the other reps are great at their jobs is not the issue here. Everyone that has dealt with them know they are. The 3Dice engine/software is not your typical casino software. This casino comes with a live chat attached to it. Anyone familiar with online chatting knows what that means. If I have my information right, these reps are in charge of support , tournaments and live chat. That means...they answer the phones, they answer email, they set up tournaments and when they can, monitor live chat. They are for sure great at their jobs, but they are also human and not perfect. I'm hoping no one expects them to be.

All the people responding to this thread with your phone and email experiences with these reps have not met the live chat side of these reps. Dont get me wrong here please lol . They are great in live chat. Some reps are fun and engaging and others are quiet. My point here is its live chat, keyword LIVE. So yes sometimes there is sarcasm from the reps. There is a ton of it coming from us when our luck is bad. Thats to be expected when you attach a live chat room to the casino. If it wasnt expected then it was clearly not thought through ;)

As to why someone from 3Dice isn't responding, well, that's their call and prerogative I suppose. But as to a moderator? Why would they? What would they accomplish? It's the casino's right to choose who plays there and who can use their chat - playing and chatting is a privilege, not a right, so from the CM side there's not any reason for them to step in. It isn't as though they can mandate the perceived tone of a CS response either. At the end of the day, if you don't like the service of a casino, don't use the casino. If you're happy with the casino, keep playing. It's really all there is to it.

With all due respect Mistertee opened this thread to complain about Anna and didn't further elaborate on what had transpired. He was asked to give his side of the story which he never did.

Lots of people come here to vent. The only difference in this case is it's about a person and not a casino.

Personally I think if a player has a real problem with a specific person at a casino that should be dealt with in private. Enzo's email isn't that difficult to remember. Obviously lots of people are quite happy with the reps at 3Dice and obviously some of them aren't. For the ones that aren't there are probably better avenues to take than a public forum when discussing a specific rep personally.

When I felt that I wasn't being treated fairly at 3Dice I had a conversation with Enzo about it and surprisingly it seemed to stop for about a year. Then I was suddenly ejected for saying bullshit. I think they were just sitting around waiting for me to swear (lol) but that's beside the point.

The point is it's not very good forum etiquette to publicly discuss specific people by name. If the problem is Anna at 3Dice or Joe at Club World or Sally at Bet365, it's highly unlikely these people are the top of the chain. The first step is to have a discussion or file a complaint to whoever is above that person and if that fails you simply take your business elsewhere.

Document problems, payment problems, software problems, even bad losing streaks are perfectly acceptable topics to vent about as far as I'm concerned but I don't think an open forum is the best place to get personal.

I'm with rocky here, I don't think there is any more TO add. The op didn't solicit feedback, he came to vent, which he did, and the casino declined at this time to comment.
I mean, even the OP said in his very first post:

i am done with 3dice !! i told anna in global chat room to close my acct ! I am not going to listen to her sarcastic attitude towards me anymore when i am helping pay her salary by deposting there for 4 years !! nuff said !! Most 3 Dice players will know what I am talking about !!

So, well, if even the OP said 'nuff said' that kinda says it all doesnt it? I'm sure someone else can start a thread to complain if they wanted
