server connection problems 32 red

hi guys thought maybe ask if anyone is having any problems with the server keeps dropping & cannot connect with server , been playing this morning & its done it no less than 7 times , i also now have a problem with bet made at the casino although to be fair 32red are indeed looking into what happened on roulette premier as i made the bet ball dropped into a number had some funds on it , then server dropped again much to my surprise no added funds account, it went straight back to what i had in there before placing bet seems pretty odd never had any problems with roulette of micro gaming concerning bets placed , nothing in play check, last number showed up with bet placed on it , to which it paid out no problem there , changed the bet a little hit the number no record of it ,slighty concerning realy considering i pressed the spin button seen the ball drop into number 6 the disconnects any ideas ?

ihad the same here, only errors in yesterday

deposit for playing multiplayer games, and it kicked me off every few minutes

so icant play the games as iwantedt and some slots are spinning and dont stop,

in other microgaming casinos this errors will not happen

update from 32 red it seems the bet was never placed according to play check so as advised from them , im aware ive played for many many years & never had this kind of problem , but do thank 32red for looking into many thx guys. still no answer to disconnection problems though (

This is quite common, and depends on exactly when the connection dropped. It seems the balance deduction for a wager is done by the client, not the server, so if the connection drops before that wager gets through, you have the client showing the bet placed and deduction from the balance, but the server never receives the bet, so the wager is void. When you reconnect, everything is refreshed to the last known state on the server, so seeing a wager returned to the balance usually means it never took place.

With frequent disconnections, odd things can happen, and it can look like the server took and resolved the bet before the connection dropped even though it didn't.
