Hi.

After reading some posts here, I wonder:
How do you know which casinos are connected?

I tried to check for some I play at but find it hard to find out.
What determines the connection?

At the bottom of a site, there is always a logo of the regulatory bodies the casino is licensed at.
Officially these logo's need to link to the license seal.
On the license seal you can find all properties.

Idk what you are referring to?

One licensee can have multiple properties.

Just click on the MGA or UKGC logo - in your event only UKGC - and check the casinos listed there:

If you click on our "gambling commission" logo at the bottom of the site you hit this page:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Clear right?

What would happen with an inactive casino?
If someone self-excluded from, say, AllIrishCasino, years ago. Would they still be excluded from all the other active sites? Even if AllIrish didn't exist any longer

Let’s take for example shadowbet. If you go there there is a list with “white label” casinos? Is that also the same group? Or how does it work?

Took me 3 seconds dear!

The logo - for your reference model - states:

GAMBLING
COMISSION

> clikc - external link = you know it all!

Yeah good one mate, good question! Thanks!

Inactive casinos - still check SE for customers and apply it.

But GA = Gambling addiction, thats a no go zone on our end.

if I had to guess, I think the Q is, does SE apply when a casino is white label
ie a sister site, owned and operated by same group v one using the group's tools like support and interface but independntly run
i may be wrong :)

White labels are still covered by the same license. So are 'sister' casinos to the main casinos listed.
They may not be owned or operated by the main licensee. But are covered by that one license

Yeah and if a casino group is bought over they should provide a list of excluded players to the new owner as well.

Are you asking generally or from a personal point? Is it UK you play?

Pretty much yes, in list of casinos where when clicking "Help" text next to "White Label" it's descripted shortly "A status of whitelabel means that this is a site for whom the operator provides white label services (i.e. the operator hosts the site for another company)"

Some operators are providing their license and platform to be used for WL casinos which are otherwise independent with their offers, T&C:s, offers and front end site what players see. For WL:s it's easier way to get site up and running when they don't have to build own platform and apply license, thing were confusions can appear is license connections in SE issues that some players would have no idea that SE from Shadowbet (like in example) is applied to all other listed sites like Guts, Rizk and all other WL:s.

That would be very important point for player who want not to get accidentally SE:d from many many sites that SE should be used only when you have gambling problems. After you have applied 5 years self-exclusion to one site and realize that it applies to your favorite site as well, it can't be removed under UKGC license (MGA let to do that after cool off period bu UKGC is very strict).

Generally. I’ve never self excluded but is. It just the casino’s under active? Or also white label
