Rushmore - withdrawal delay

Just a thought, why do casinos that cannot payout due to processor problems still accept deposits?, let`s cast some real life similarities, would you pay for your weekly shopping only to be told it will not be delivered for over 4 weeks?, or cinema tickets, rent/mortgage, sex (apparently some people pay for this wtf?, I live in Essex it`s completely free here;)).

In my many years of living on this planet, I have learned one thing, the only reason you do not get paid when due monies, is those that owe, do not have it, starts with stalling techniques ie:- Your cheque is in the post, we haven`t received your invoice yet, we have lost your invoice, the cashier is absent with ill health/pregnancy/death and we completely overlooked the obvious remedy of this by hiring another, we`ve lost our chequebook, the pen has run out of ink that we sign the cheques with.

Then the complete ignoring of your phone calls, snail/e-mails, solicitors letters.

When you do finally manage to get in touch with them the predatory stalling begins - We have received your phone call (we worked out how to playback the answering machine messages, fancy that), it appears that your documents were printed on none recycled paper, as you know we are an eco-aware company and our processors are tree-vegans and allergic to real paper, could you resend the relative documents using 100% recycled paper please, also, your dotting of i`s and full stops exceeds the Geneva Grammar Convention`s regulated pixel size of two pixels, and your crossing of t`s is 1.5mm outside of the NATO restricted length of 2mm.

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

:D This made me laugh so hard.

Still waiting

I had 2 withdrawals with cherryred. One was approved on November 1st the second on November 7th. I was sent a check for the November 1st payment but have not recieved any answers as to where the second withdrawal is. I spoke to the VIP manager last night, Friday and one day last week. I finally recieved an email from the withdrawal's department with answers in regards to the November 1st withdrawal which is not the one I was asking about. I am told it will be right behind my first withdrawal. I recieved my first withdrawal almost 3 weeks ago. I know rushmore/cherryred will eventually pay, but the communication is horrible. I have been told a bunch of different things prior to this. First it was sent via wire and was returned, then it was sent via wire and they have nothing else, then it was sent out by check, then at one point they couldn't even see the second withdrawal. I was also told to respond to the email I was sent... I did and still have heard nothing. What killed me was this morning when I was talking to live chat and I told him I was going to post a complaint on casinomeister, post a forum and would no longer be depositing until i recieved answers... the guy I was talking to said "ok". I responded by saying that they truly have no respect for their reputation. He says to me- I have done all I can do. This emailing the withdrawals department is going NOWHERE. The other thing is that it was also brought to my attention that like me most players still deposit while waiting on these withdrawals. I stopped, as long as we continue giving them money they will keep treating us this way. I understand processor issues but come on.... no processor takes this long. If they truly cared about thier costumers.... they would use western union if they had to.

How did you get them to send you a check? The only option I have is apparently still Wire Transfer. I'm still waiting on withdrawals from 11/24 and 12/1 which they claim have made it through the processor and I should see any day now. I'll believe it when I see it.

Check Payment

Update: Withdrawals approved 11/24/11 and 12/1/11 have apparently been sent from the processor and I've been told I should be seeing them within a few days. That was as of 1/6/12. Have heard that on a number of occasions.

I was reading a few posts at another gambling forum (I know scandalous), and they had eventually been paid last month via Check. Has anyone else been paid via Check? and why isn't this happening more frequently?

Anyone want to take bets on if I ever get my winnings? :)

At this stage the question is when you will get your winnings though if things deteriorate when is likely to become if. I hope thius never happens though.

So are we assuming that things are getting back to normal now?

Apart from.lucky1 who hit huge, everyone else having delays is from the US. I haven't heard anyone outside the US complaining.of delays with ewallets etc so it would seem its pretty much US only. Unless nobody from.CM outside of the us plays there..??

Anyone outside the US been paid lately?

It kinda makes you wonder why they don't ask other operators which processor they use....since many aren't having any problems at all.

I'll buy the debt

I would gladly wager any amount that you get your winnings. In fact, I would be very happy to pay 75c on the dollar to buy your debt from Rushmore, assuming there is a reasonable verification method.

It's yours... I have 2K withdrawal pending since 12/2. PM me if your are serious:D

So you're gonna give me $22,500? Very tempting...but I doubt they would allow that. As of right now...I think Lucky1 and I will have weeks of frustration ahead of us...or maybe it will just be me, seeing as how he is getting paid.

IMO you are taking advantage of the predicament that US players are in to line your own pockets, and I think it is very poor form.

If Bryan is OK with it then so be it, but i think it stinks. The fact that someone is desperate enough to give up 25% of their winnings shows just how predatory your behaviour is, as you wouldn't offer if you didn't know that.

@oldtrvlagt......

You would be better off getting a credit card or short term loan whilst waiting and pay it off when you get paid. It won't cost you anything approaching $500 that's for certain. Don't let your need cloud your judgement by taking a bum deal like the one being offered.

That's assuming if we ever get paid. If we don't get paid and they stiff us, then it would be a smart move for one...and dumb for another. :) My confidence is starting to dwindle.

didn't realize it was that high

Sorry, I didn't realize it was that much. Has it all been approved? The way I'm reading about the payouts at rushmore, the best I can do is wager that you will get it all in calendar 2012, but I think I'm an underdog. I'll bet you get it all by Memorial Day 2013, that's a fair wager right now :)

sorry if I came off that way

I was not being 100% serious as there is no way to insure my payments. I guess I was trying to show my confidence in their getting paid, not really trying to be predatory, sorry if it came out that way, that wasn't my intention at all. My intention was to pay a premium for the risk of not getting paid, not to take advantage of someone desperate for the money.

Based on your bringing this to my attention in this light, I rescind my offer. However, I am still willing to wager that the guy owed the 22k will get it in full before Memorial Day 2013 :)

A third of it has been officially approved. I spoke to an operator and apparently, since they have a back-log of withdrawals. They are only approving 1 a week. Maybe its just me they are stalling. So that means I have 10 more weeks until it will all be approved. Then 2 months after that I may see some money?...I'm thinking if I'm lucky I may see some progress by June 2012. Again...my confidence is not very high.

(For those who will say I'm stupid for still playing, its only because I complained about still waiting on a withdrawal from 11/24 and I was given a free $250 bonus chip...which I had some good sessions with. ;)...but I really think I'm just done for a good while. No reason wasting my time, not knowing if I'll ever see the money.

22.5 k was .75c to the dollar that you offered. I'll let you do the math. ;)

Yes, I see, I think I figured it out now, all by myself :)

The best assurance I can provide is that, so far, there has never been a report of non payment by this casino group. Lots of slow pay, but never no pay.

Good luck with the payments, I feel your pain.

I was actually owed more than that by a rogue casino and then eventually paid me at around $500 per month :(

i was approved for a cashout on dec 1st. last week jan 6 i received a message telling me my withdrawl has been processed and i should see it in my account in a few days. well it is now jan 16th and still no money in my account.

Just to set the record straight...I really never planned on seeing the money. They are just annoying with their emails that they are "backlogged"! I never believed anyone would gamble with cash to buy out what they owe!
Nifty...it's all good.....SlotsLover has posted before that he would buy Rushmores payouts but no one takes it seriously!:p

Yup. I had one approved on the 11/24 and 12/1. So we are on the same schedule. Jan. 6th was when I got a $250 bonus chip because I complained about the withdrawal time. I was told everything had been sent by the processor and should see it in a few days...so we are in the exact same boat. Or sinking ship.... Please keep us updated with any news or resolution you may get.

I think I'm reducing the payout offer as well

I believe I used to offer more, shows my decreasing trust in Rushmore :)

I am in the same boat........

waiting on 800.00 since 12/11 and given excuse after excuse and no free bonus as if I would really want it. I would rather get paid!

Why everyone continues to play there given the constant delay of payments is beyond me. This thread has been active since November but I see individuals still requesting cash outs in December and January. Seriously guys, I'm not picking on you, but it is plastered all over the internet that this group are Slow Payers and make dodgy excuses. But then again, some frequent them because they received a cash out in the past.... Not worth your effort IMO.

I think Rushmore should be Rogued on the Basis of Slow Pay / No Pay....

Ah well...

Nate
