I also have received both of withdrawals from Rushmore very very long wait with change of processor was approx 7 -8 weeks..

although i must add they have given me a number on bonuses to play on with a 30x play-though.. and i did win an additional 1500.00 Shane and Thomas were amazing.. hope all is fixed now.. For i do enjoy playing on this site..

I'm just gobsmacked I really am. I can't stand it when people complain and whine....and rightly so.....but then forget all about it just because some PR guy from the casino gives them some 30x bonuses.

We have told you that these "processor" issues happen all the time. I guess you're going to find out the hard way.

@Pulver....thats the ridiculous thing....there are LOTS more places US players can play that pay without hassles.

Well what was the timeframe for those still waiting? Date it was approved to Date in bank. My guess is the average is about 45 days from approval to bank.

IT IS NOT A PROCESSOR ISSUE.

It is a lack of funds/poor management issue.

It doesn't take months to find a new processor for goodness sake. Club World had one within a week when they had issues and the backlog was cleared in a few weeks.

Rushmore are waiting for fresh deposits to pay other players, and from the tone of your recent posts, you're about to re-join and perpetuate that cycle all over again. How anyone could be treated like this, and be led up the garden path to boot, and go back for more just confuzzles me completely.

Mind you, I'm told there's a sucker born every day.

It is a processor delay ie a delay in requesting the processor to release the funds since there arent any available. I have no luv (pun intended) for people who get themselves back into the black hole by evading the obvious facts. They dont have the funds people. Dont fool yourselves and believe otherwise even if a couple of players are finally paid after some delays. Its happening too frequently for comfort.

RUSHMORE did say to me that they had major delays in PAYING THEREFORE THEY DID NOT LIE!! I never defended RUSHMORE on the contrary. And so if they are waiting for fresh funds to pay players at least they are trying cause the easiest solution would be to run !! If being a sucker is getting informed (cm) than this site is for suckers, so please spare the irony.




First, since i won 38 thousand YEAH guess I'm not willing to NOT WAIT , cause if it was 1 or 2 grand i wouldn't give a rat's a.....!!!!

Second, i really don't give a sh....t if they are having management issues, lack of funds issues, processor issues , you name it.....AS long as they pay me. And oh yeah if they don't , not like i can freaking walk into there office and demand it!!!! So unless this is actually happening to you, try not to judge why others choose to wait!!!!

So for all those with great ideas on how to deal with cybercrime ( which defrauding players is ) try this , although you may have missed the deadline!!

Unless the timeframes are pretty consistent these cannot be used for reference. If the group did have a strict timeframe, no matter how lengthy, they would have trumpeted it out. On the face of it, it seems they are paying out sparsely and not following any priority list ie in order of when the w/d request was received. I could be wrong though.

5 to 6 wks then im due for my pay. lol wow lucky1 you really hit well at rushmore. im sure now they will make you a vip player in hopes to get some of that money back.
they made me a vip player and i hadnt played there in months. gave me a free 200 dollars with no strings attached. but i acutally blew it and made a 28.00 dep when i won over 1100.00. then i played it down to 800 or so and cashed out. so i cant much complain. to bad they cant get it togather because i liked playing at rushmore.

Do you not ask them everyday about your withdrawal? I made it very clear to them that until i get paid i will no accept comps or deposit and play.

I agree with you as to the games. I like the Rushmore games ,too bad they don't get their processing in order or whatever woes they are having . I;m sure they are aware that they are losing more then gaining by not following procedure !!!

It took 5 weeks from approval to I actually had the money in my bank account.

Thanks for the timeframe info. Good to know. I'm awaiting a withdrawal from 11/24 and 12/1 of 2011 (obviously). So I guess i better get on the horn and apply some pressure. :)

I requested a withdrawal on 11/28/2011 and was approved on 12/1/2011. After many chat sessions and emails I received an email yesterday from Megan Ross saying that it was sent out by the processor and that it should have reached my bank by now,or if not it will in a few days. I went to live chat this morning and was told that it was sent to the processor on 1/4/2012, but I was told 2 weeks ago that it was sent to the processor. So I really don't know what is going on. Keep getting conflicting answers. This happened to me with them a few months ago when they were having processor problems again, but I did got paid after about 6 or 7 weeks.

Just a thought, why do casinos that cannot payout due to processor problems still accept deposits?, let`s cast some real life similarities, would you pay for your weekly shopping only to be told it will not be delivered for over 4 weeks?, or cinema tickets, rent/mortgage, sex (apparently some people pay for this wtf?, I live in Essex it`s completely free here;)).

In my many years of living on this planet, I have learned one thing, the only reason you do not get paid when due monies, is those that owe, do not have it, starts with stalling techniques ie:- Your cheque is in the post, we haven`t received your invoice yet, we have lost your invoice, the cashier is absent with ill health/pregnancy/death and we completely overlooked the obvious remedy of this by hiring another, we`ve lost our chequebook, the pen has run out of ink that we sign the cheques with.

Then the complete ignoring of your phone calls, snail/e-mails, solicitors letters.

When you do finally manage to get in touch with them the predatory stalling begins - We have received your phone call (we worked out how to playback the answering machine messages, fancy that), it appears that your documents were printed on none recycled paper, as you know we are an eco-aware company and our processors are tree-vegans and allergic to real paper, could you resend the relative documents using 100% recycled paper please, also, your dotting of i`s and full stops exceeds the Geneva Grammar Convention`s regulated pixel size of two pixels, and your crossing of t`s is 1.5mm outside of the NATO restricted length of 2mm.
