Rushmore - withdrawal delay

My withdrawal that was requested on 11/28/2011 and approved on 12/1/2011 has still not reached my bank account. Received an email the other day 1/14/2012 telling me that it was sent out by the processor and that I should have received it by now. Said they are looking into why I have not received it , but they have been telling me the same thing for over 2 weeks now. This cash out was from the 400.00 I won in the tourney which I brought my balance up to 725.00 and cashed out. I have had this problem with them in the past, but have been paid after weeks of waiting. They keep offer me deposit bonuses, but I keep refusing to deposit there. Just hope I get paid soon.

Alright.......So you all know...I'm a (pretty) GIRL!!!!!!! and yes pretty crazy too.

Yes i did get 2 wire transfers from Rushmore!!!!! I speak to the staff there on a daily basis and although we would love to be paid by the rules they set we unfortunately have to wait ....think of it as being PREGNANT!!!! hehehehe


Anyways we got lucky enough to win and i don't mind waiting since i'm sure they will pay , so maybe being civil with them helps . Just a thought and please don't jump allover me ......might hurt the baby ....hehehehe

I'm pretty sure my 3rd wire is in it's way because i can honestly say they have yet to lie to me !!!!

I didn't know you were a pretty girl. But you are also in Portugal and it may be much easier to get the money to you. Can you please post dates of when you were approved to when your wire came in? I'd like to get an estimate of how many days we're talking.

At this point I don't mind waiting as long as I see them coming in on a consistent basis. I have 15 withdrawals that should come to me, and it would be nice to get one once a week. But I don't even know if I'm ever going to be paid.

I also have 18 coming so i guess we must of won around the same amount!! i think you can safely say 6 weeks , but i think like you as long as they start being consistent and i'm sure they are trying!!!! either way i'm happy i won and to meet someone else that also has won!!!! Congrats!!!:p

In what world is it OK for a casino to take months to pay out when there are others that can pay in a week? If the Rushmore group had not had a history of slow payment then you could cut them a small amount of slack on the length of time it takes to pay a player. But they do. I played at Rushmore when they first came online and really liked them. They were very good at paying and with player communications. Then all of a sudden they went in the toilet and haven't come up for air since. This payment thing is not a current issue, it's been going on and off for over a year.

I don't understand how you have the patience to keep waiting and waiting. I would be beating my head on a rock by now. And I dang sure wouldn't deposit with them again until I had money in hand.

I suppose it will take another week or 2 before they get the tracking number. I also played there when they first began and there was no problem getting paid. This has happened to me with them before and and it took a couple months before I received my winnings. They keep offering me deposit bonuses, but that is not good enough , I want my winnings, I do not want to play.

They gave me a $250 bonus chip to play with while I waited. I was super fortunate to have a big win...that will obviously take forever to be paid. If at all. Believe me, I'm not depositing there and won't play until I see at least 10 of my withdrawals paid out in a consistent manner. Th only hope I have is that I have never not received payment. Yes there have been withdrawals that took an excruciatingly long time, but I have always received winnings in the past. I'm not defending them...but just crossing my fingers and praying for the best.

I think I'm about past 7 weeks at this point. I saw on a previous post that someone got paid in 58 days. If that were the case then I should receive something on or around 1/22. Anyone want to take a bet on the over/under on that? :)
 
I still think its odd that all posters here, except a big winner from Portugal, are from the US...and all involve bank wires.

It makes you wonder if everyone else from everywhere else using other methods is being paid as normal.??? I just would have expected to see a wider range of complainants.

Has anyone seen others at other forums etc?

If you can't contact them via phone then I guess there is live chat, email, or pigeon.

I'm assuming live chat is out, and pigeons need training, so it looks like email is the only way.

You can call, but you will only be able to speak with support drones and not the cashiers (as they have already told you)

To read that someone has 18 withdrawals and, I assume, not one has finally hit the wallet makes me wonder why in the hell would someone continue to play there. You can also call them the Central Disguise System or Central Despise System. Sorry if I have offended players who may have been assisted by this outfit but that's what I truly think of it.

To you BpB, no i'm not smoking anything funny although i wouldn't mind once in a while, as to my big WIN , they have in fact sent me 2 payments and unlike it may come across I'm not some stupid or naive person that would continue patronizing any business that is not run efficiently and with high customer satisfaction thus the reason i came across this site although unfortunately not before i had played there . Since i never thought it was possible to win such an amount and was simply expecting to win a few hundred at the very best i never entertained the idea of what their withdrawal procedure would be like. As far as i can see no GAMBLER is immune from this type of situation whether you like to believe it or not. I have read far worst nightmares!!!

I truly appreciate this site for it's integrity but damned if I'm going to take comments regarding my choices . DO NOT ASSUME someone continues to play there just because they have won and complain here!!! That is most definitely not my case!!! Furthermore i speak to Live Chat everyday and the Staff have been extremely helpful as they talk to withdrawals on my behalf and so far everything coincides as to the emails i receive from withdrawals . They have yet to tell me they are not paying and i have discussed with them all the WRONGS in their payment procedure and even communication set-up , even suggesting they should have someone here answering players complaints but apart from that all i can do is WAIT!!!! Happy about it? Most certainly NOT!!!

Don't worry Lucky1, I'm in your same boat. We'll stick together and wait it out. :) Trust me, I haven't deposited in months, and hit on a bonus free chip. You're lucky you at least got 2 payments. I just want to see at least 1 right now...to keep my hopes alive. :)

WE don't really have much choice except wait and in the meantime keep talking to them on live chat , the nicer you are communicating your frustration the better chance you have of being listened to. Surely this is not good business conduct on their part as i am sure they lose plenty of customers over this issue but we are in fact at their mercy !!!!!

Keep your hopes up as i am sure eventually we will get paid in full ......we hope!!!

Oh great, another processor? What's going on that they can't seem to keep one? Or is it just lip service? If that's true, then I'm all for checks. I'd even pay a $25 check processing fee like some casino's charge. But I've read on here and a few other places people had been paid by check, even within the past few months. So they obviously can do it somehow. Seems like we're all in the dark.

Hey all,
So I was just doing a routine inventory of my withdrawals, and noticed that Rushmore has now added the option to withdraw via check. I don't know if it was just my account, or VIP etc. But you may want to see if that is an option in your account. Needless to say, I changed all my pending withdrawals to be sent via check. I don't know any other information than what I saw. But, crossing my fingers this means I will start getting checks in the mail.
 
The check option is now in my cashier so it must be everybody. I think I'm out of luck though, my withdrawal (according to Rushmore) has been at the processor now for 7 weeks.
 
Actually, I received an email this afternoon that said my withdrawal that had been sent last week was sent back due to incorrect banking info. That was a bunch of crap but oh well. They said they will be sending it by check once I email them my address (o.k. that was confusing since it is the address on my account). Anyway, I immediately sent them an email reconfirming my address and asked them if they will provide a tracking number and how long will this take? We shall see:rolleyes:
 
If I could get all my withdrawals that have already been approved sent to me via check...then that would be amazing. But I feel like I'm getting all excited and setting myself up for disappointment. It may be a race to see which gets to me quicker: Wire Transfer vs. Check. Let the games begin. :)

I received an check the other day from WinPalace the was suppose to be paid via wire transfer, and I couple of other people did also. Did not receive an email telling me that it would be paid by check. When I checked my postal mail there was a envelope from FedEx and there was the check and received it only 3 days after my withdrawal was approved.. I have never had any problem receiving payment from WP before by wire transfer. Wonder whats up with that. Live chat said that sometimes the finance department will do that. Any way hope I find a FedEx envelope with my winnings from Rushmore. It has been 8 weeks since my withdrawal has been approved. I know that some of you have been waiting even longer. Received an email the other day saying that there are in the process of getting a tracking number for my wire transfer to see if they can track it down because they said that I should have received it by now.. Received the email on 1/18 and have not heard back about it yet.

I just want to inform you that I have recieved my final funds from Rushmore Group today. The withdrawal was approved
1/12 2011.

I just tell this if someone still have funds to get, just to give a clue how long it could take.

I have told Slots Oasis reps that this is unacceptable, and this message to you is not to encourage anyone to deposit

before they have sorted out their problems with the delays.

I just want to say: there is some hope that you will get paid eventually, it is just that.

Looks as if some people are finally getting paid. Am I the only player still waiting on payment from late November/early December? 60 days so far for the first one approved.
 
Email update from Rushmore VIP Support

I believe we all were told their processor had a "backlog" and that is why are payments are delayed.

But, this is a statement from an email I received from VIP Support at Rushmore today;

"The third party processor did claim to have sent more funds over the past few days even despite
the set back with three large batches (yours included)"

So I have emailed back asking they advise what the set back was, whether the processor attempted to wire and it didn't go through and if so why it didn't go through and if they are planning to resend it, where the money is and to advise them that the problem is theirs not mine and if they are able to now send courier checks that they pay me via that method; regardless if their "problem processor has their funds" as they can work that out with their processor to recoop the missing funds and reprocess mine as a check.

I knew there was a bigger issue than a "backlog", that was just BS
 
i am still waiting for a withdrawl from rushmore. mine was approved on dec 1st. still nothing in my bank. ive sent several emails to withdrawl dept. they finally replied and said they were investingating where my money went. that was 2 weeks ago. i sent a new email to them today and told them i think surely by now the so called lost money would be traceable with in a two week time frame. still waiting. :eek:

My withdrawal was also approved on Dec. 1st. I received an email from Megan one week ago today 1/18/2012. She said that she was in the process of getting a tracking number for my wire transfer because I should have received it by now. Have not heard one word back from her since then. I have emailed about it and they never answer my emails. Live chat said they left her a note to contact me, but she never did. So I have no idea what is going on.
 
Just spoke with VIP Rep on phone at Rushmore.......

He advises he is not being kept updated on what is going on with their processor other than they gave the processor the funds but basically have no idea what happened to the funds. After a lengthy discussion both he and I believe the funds were confiscated somewhere in the process of attempting to pay players.

I asked him why management hadn't asked for the processor to return the money or engaged a new processor to pay players via courier check or wire. He said he had no idea what managements plans were.

He also said he was unaware that any players had recently been paid.

So those that have said they have been paid could help us all by contacting withdrawals at Rushmore and informing them that they received payment. He said they would appreciate this information and it would greatly help them in figuring out what the processor was doing.

Wow, what a way to manage a business.

I also asked if they had stopped giving money to this processor to pay players since the problem began with the "3 large batches" of unprocessed wires. He said he believed they were still using the processor. Again, what poor management. Why would they give this processor more money to process players payments when the processor hasn't successfully processed wires since atleast the beginning of December, maybe longer?

Wish I knew how to contact this casino groups owners. Anyone have their address or names?

I was told by live chat today that in the last couple of days they have started paying plays via check. He said that he would ad my name to the list of players who have not received their winnings . As I was told before mine was sent out by the processor on 1/5/2012, so they say and was told last week that they were in the process of getting a tracking number to try and track it down. Said they would get back to me, but have had no reply about it since I received that email on 1/18/2012. So if the funds were confiscated , does that mean that we will not get paid, or will they make it good and pay us. They also told me that I would get an email letting me know if I will get paid by check.
 
Any pending withdrawals I still had in my account, I changed to withdrawal via Check. So I have a few that were definitely sent to the processor, a few that may still be in transition somewhere, and now 15 separate withdrawals via check. The first one was approved this past Tuesday, 1/24/12. I'm curious to see what the timeframe is on checks now.

I think I would be a happy camper at this point if I could see a regular check coming to me every week. Something is better than nothing at this point. Sad to say.

I will let people know if and when I get that first check. Maybe that will give us an idea to expect. If anyone else receives a check before me, then please post.
 
If this casino ever wants to have a reasonable reputation after all of this garbage, they should pay their plays asap and give them nice bonus for the crap they have put customers through.
 
Still Waiting For Check

It's going on 5-weeks now since Rushmore told me they sent me a check. The operator said it may take 3 - 4 weeks to get to me (I live in USA). As soon as I receive the check I will post it here to let everyone know. I really hope they get their act together because it's a great casino.

How did you get them to send you a check 5 weeks ago? I thought they just made that an option recently. And I really doubt it takes 3-4 weeks for them to get a check to someone in the U.S. Club World does it within 7 days. So, I'm thinking it isn't the check processor...but people in Rushmore just sitting on money for whatever reason.

Well there goes my hopes for a speedy check instead of Wire Transfer. Ugh...
 
No check option for me when I withdrew 5 weeks ago.......

Since rushmore already gave the processor my funds to send me a wire five weeks ago I am unable to request a check. However, I was advised by chat support that the checks are sent via regular mail, not courier, so I suspect they will take weeks to receive.

As of last email from them today, "they still have no information from the processor as to the status of the "3 large batches of wires" that the processor had an unknown problem with. They say they don't know where the funds are and that they are waiting for an update from the processor.
"really?" What processor doesn't have a computer accounting system that tracks their transactions and cashflow? So......the processor or Rushmore are either incompetent idots or are not telling the entire story.

If the processor has lost Rushmores(players) money, then why is Rushmore still contracting with them as I was told they have not acquired a new processor yet.

I have sent the withdrawals department and support an email advising that my "transactions and the terms and conditions" are between me and the casino and not me and an unknown processor. Therefore, problems with their processor is not an excuse for not re-issuing my money via check or wire if the wires are now going through. They can attempt to recoop the "missing funds" or work with their bank to dispute the transactions with their processor.

I have given them until Friday next week to get the money to me or return the funds to my account.

They gave me a $100.00 bonus in my account yesterday eventhough I told them several days ago that I didn't want a bonus but wanted to be paid.

What is the point of a bonus if when you win it is questionable if you will be paid anytime this year or ever.

It isn't worth the time and effort.
 
Don't Play Rushmore

My experience with Rushmore is that they will tell you any excuse they can think of not to pay. I've been waiting two months for a measly $600 and they make up excuse after excuse day after day about why they are so sorry the payments aren't getting out any faster. They blame a third party processor, etc.
Don't ever play their casino. Awful. The worst.
Liars. Thieves. Criminals. Blacklist.

I am wondering how a Processor of online payments can possibly "lose" track of funds they have been given by their Merchant to pay a Merchants customer.

Anyone in business knows that these credits and debits are tracked by computer and therefore they should be able to check the status of any transaction in "real time".

Therefore, my assumption is that the funds were confiscated by a bank or other entity while they were in transit. In which case Rushmore will need to find another means to send my funds. Waiting for the processor to return the funds to you before you send my funds is unacceptable and is not normal business practice. As I previously said, my contract was with you and you have received the money I deposited in good faith.

You advised you were seeking "another processor" to send check payments so you therefore should be able to send my money via this method. Are you sending checks by courier or snail mail?
All other RTG's I play use courier check as that is a more reliable and expedient method.

YOUR PROCESSOR SHOULD HAVE NO DIFFICULTY PROVIDING INFORMATION on MY WIRE.

I have done the bookkeeping for a business for over 30+years and simply put, there is no possible way that a processor can "lose" transactions as if the transactions failed, the bank provides them notice and returns the funds. I would assume at that point they would return the funds to you or request further instructions or information from you.

I expect payment or the funds returned to my account by Feb. 3, 2012.

The only information I can get is from live chat and they can only tell you so much. last week live chat said that he added me to the list to receive a check and that I would hear from the withdrawals department, but I have not hear a word from them. As I said when I email them to ask,they just do not answer my emails. Was told by live chat that he left a note for them to contact me, but nothing. I think that maybe they think if they ignore me I will just go away and forget about my withdrawal, but I will not. If anyone has received any winnings from them being via wire transfer or check please post when you were approved and when you received your money. Thanks
