This is not a bitch this is a simple answer i require i deposits 20000 pound with royal panda . You guessed it i lost . I gave them strict instructions to close my account you robbing fuckers. They did not they put it on a month time out. And in that time i am now a vip i am a big cheese in there spirit of things. God they would not let that mug punter go. And they didnt constant emails giving me this giving me that . They even informed me when my self exclusion they put on me. What part of close my account you robbing fuckers did they not understand. Anyway make this quick i told them they breached my contract i agreed to but all royal panda want to pay is the deposits after the constant emails sent to me making me deposit 400 pound. Yes 400 pound they are willing to pay back. I signed up in good faith a meterial breach of contract means terminated contract. It has to work both ways YOU WIN they want your dna . Please help with my options i never excepted my deposits made after breaking there t and c

Given the level of illiteracy shown in that short post I'm surprised Royal Panda knew to do anything at all. Protip, type properly and people will understand you.

It won't help you posting vile language, nor will it get you any sympathies from other forum members.

Royal Panda is accredited at CM, hence they have an active rep on the forum. Search the "i-Gaming Reps " list for Melvin_Panda and sent him a message to look into your case.

If you don't receive an answer within a few days you can consider submitting a PAB, which is a free mediation service offered by this forum.

I am sorry but a loss of my loss I did see red.my reason I am here is loosing all that money when I have found out they have a maximum deposit limit. Not given to me. 20000 noted .What I am trying to say when I used that language I was upset I thought they would of done what I requested. Not contact me say I am a vip now and even emailed me telling me my exclusion is now up and you can now deposit. What part of my bad language did they not understand. My contract is void nulland void royal panda only want to pay me back 400 pound of deposits after telling me my account that a used bad language to close is now back open this is a total breached contract .when you close your account we will not contact you .hello I had there top man telling me it' open. As far I can see my account is not a account of which I agreed to a breach is a breach no contract finished
 
And this is another thing a forgot to mention .I had to give royal panda so much of my life to prove I am that person wrecking my life with no concern to them . Please don' bother hare a lucky 15 have fun . They have broke all there agreemets it will take you forever to make a withdraw .And a forum like this to prove a terms and contract breach is not only just for you with all your conditions I can not someway get my head around how you did breach my contract

That means 20000 deposit in 24 hrs contacting me after when with bad language upset close my account and informing me on a account I asked to close. I have all proff of all this .Royal panda closed but only for a month not what I requested . And even told me my account is open and you can have a royal good time.i deposited a further 400 pound before a friend told me by law they should not even send you a like .the 400 they are wanting to give back to me.there VIP guy I have all the proff it was shocking I lost 20000 requesting I have had enough .he would not let me go
 
I understand your frustration, nobody is happy after losing 20K but still, going on about it won't bring you any progress.

Contact the rep, he is very helpful and should be able to shed some light on how the case evolved.

Thanks for your reply Harry but getting no we're I have tried .it makes me angry I agreed to all there agreements. They broke there terms and conditions and can not get them to except the contract is broken and null and void to what I agreed to .sorry for harping on but a breach is a breach. I am not a legal guy hence I am here asking for your advice .

You are from the UK, hence you have quite a few options.

A good one is to submit a PAB here at CM. They will then speak to RP on your behalf to see what resolution is possible. Click to read the rules and then submit the form: Casinomeister's Player Arbitration Service FAQ - Casinomeister

If you don't want to go that route you can file a complaint with the RP ODR:

Thanks Jono I am not a bad guy I have not got a clue about this stuff .And thanks Harry I would like to make a complaint sorry if I caused concern .the thing is I am terrble with computers I am just on my phone .I should of came across more respectful but been out for a few beers and hence.sorry all i didn' t come here to disrespect just angry .

First, do contact the rep:
  • Click on "Inbox" on your upper right.
  • You'll get a pop-up, click on "Start a new Conversation" on the lower right.
  • That'll take you to an edit page. Type "Melvin" in the "Participants" box and click on "Melvin - Panda" when it pops up.
  • Enter you message and send.
If your discussion with the rep does not yield the desired results then either use our complaints process (go here: new procedures for PABs) or contact eCOGRA as Harry suggested.

Final tip, per our General Posting Rules item 1.5 it would be wise to cut the foul-mouthed language. "f***ing this" and "f***ing that" may help you feel better but it could also get you booted to the curb which I suspect is not the desired outcome here.
