Royal Panda Keeping Deposit

On 8th January i made a deposit of £1000 everything went well till i decided to withdraw my winnings they asked for proof of who i was address and bank card i used so i sent them while i submitted them i saw i had made a spelling error in my 1st name so i contacted support and told them of this i was then told it is fine and will be sorted i then received an email stating my account has been banned and they are seizing my funds due to fraud which is totally ridiculous they could come to this from me miss typing my 1st name i have also learned that they are sister of Leo Vegas who i self excluded from i was not aware of this while i put money into Royal Panda if i was i would of not put money in to use i have tried for hours on end to discus this with royal panda to no avail they are refusing point blank to return my £1000 deposit they can keep their winnings i just want my money back that is rightfully mine

I hope they keep your winnings AND your deposit. So tired of people trying to use SE at a sister casino as an excuse believing you can play for free and just claim you’re deposits back.

Panda is also on a separate licens so not the same as Leovegas.

@Matti i had no idea leo vegas and panda where sisters if i knew i would not of topped up so please stop being rude i rarely gamble on these sites i also was up to £2201.50p they are keeping my winnings and deposit if i had lost the money fairly i would not be on here asking for help and advice

I Looked on google it recommends i try ADR all the ones i found royal panda are not registered with them so i not really sure what to do

They’re in separate licences, so the self exclusion shouldn’t be the issue.

What’s the issue they’ve given you as a reason?

their stating cause i miss spelt my 1st name wrong its fraud and that is the end of the matter far as they are concerned while withdrawing my money i noticed the mistake informed them this when all the issues started to happen they keep saying i had an account with Leo Vegas so i breached the terms

What was the mistake you made? One letter?

Are you not allowed to habe an account at both leo Vegas and royal panda?

my name is Robert i spelt my name robiert= i was typing fast did not even notice the mistake when i did i told customer service was told it fine and will be fixed then they asked for the id address bank proof they accepted my bank refused my passport as they could not see all four corners i did not see what they said about my address which was on my bank statement as they banned me during talking to a live agent i think it is crazy they are claiming this is fraud from a spelling error i even told them keep the winnings please refund my £1000 deposit

Also told me cause they are sisters with Leo Vegas i breached some kind of rules for them i legit had no idea they where both connected to each other if i did i would of not used them

yes i have £2201.50p i even told them keep the £1201.50p i just like my money refunded that i used to top up with they are using the fact i miss spelt my name wrongly as fraud everything else on my information was correct

I am usually quiet, reading some of the topics and having a chuckle here or there. When i say this please do not take it as anything but just a comment from someone who can't play at this casino. I hope spelling your name wrong is not the key reason they are giving not to pay you :what: . Heck when i signed up to my number 1 go to casino, i put my birthday wrong :eek2: . For a decade i had been getting a small gift after my birthday had passed. I just thought that was the way they did it. One day i asked and was told when i filled out the information, that is what i put. It was a simple fix. My vision is even worse now and so is my memory. It just seems....well never mind. I hope you get help and advice from some of the members who play here. I wish you the best and sorry i couldn't be of help.

yeah it is blowing my mind their using a simple spelling mistake to claim i have committed fraud which i have not done at all yes i was with Leo Vegas i did self exclude i had no idea they was both connected they are using this also as proof against me i simply like my deposit back

Some mixed feelings on this but in all honesty I can't agree that a big balance should be confiscated due to a spelling mistake, if it's bonus abuse or something else then that's different, but with a spelling mistake I fail to see how that means the casino have lost out or been disadvantaged :confused:

Edit: Oh sorry I misread that, they won't even return your deposit, which you hadn't lost, how strange?? I thought they had decided to confiscate winnings because of a spelling mistake but they want to confiscate the whole lot...maybe they want to do further checks regarding the card, to make sure it is yours ? etc..

It's funny, if you self exclude from Royal Panda it states that you will be automatically excluded across all Leo brands. Leo have had serious issues administering SE recently.

They should be returning the deposits made and putting an end to this. Did you use different email, address etc as well?

i have one email i used for everything so no would be the answer i tried talking to them yesterday and today for over 5 hours they keep throwing 5.4/5.5/5.6 of the code in my face and i was with on leo vegas you should not be on panda you breech the terms so you are banned and 0 chance of a refund due to fraud which i have not committed at all

i not even sure who to contact to further this case they dnt use ADR so who do i file this so it taken more serious i even contacted my bank they cant help either
