I deposited two deposits of 125 each by credit card. While playing blackjack I noticed an anomaly in the game and reported it to MGR. They politely agreed to close my account lol but they refunded the full 250 dollars. I thought this was a rather stand up thing to do and I appreciated it a lot. They paid out same day as far as paperwork, I kept email. I found that the royal dutch staff may be a little immature but they have done right by me in more than a few instances.

Anomaly? Care to discuss this further? Inquiring minds want to know

Yes, please enlighten us of this "anamaly" - post pics too if you have any. Gluten love pics of anomalies ;-)

Isn't it great how first time posters who have just registered (but who clearly know about RDC's bad history) are prepared to come on here and lure newbie gamblers to a known snakepit?

Shame on you, Glasgow.

With all the BJ players out there, this does not seem like a good way to attract players if in fact Glasgow is a shill for the casino. Firstly, they didn't deny that there was an "anomoly" in the software... which could be construed by many to be cheating software. And secondly, they closed his account on him. Sounds to me like maybe Glasgow was onto something that they didn't want everyone to know about, so they satisfied him and closed his account in hopes that the issue will die and go away.

If this was an average joe, he'd be more than willing to share with us what he found so that others may stay away.

I doubt he was lurking to read about RD, or he wouldn't have played there in the first place. If that's the case, then how/why would he even post here about it at all?

Quite possibly you're right, but it would seem to me that his post would have more of a negative effect toward the casino rather than a positive one.

Or this was just like the other "I was wrong about them, [insert casino name here] are good guys!" posts that's on here.....meaning this post was part of the condition of him recieving his deposits back.

glasgow, prove me (and others) wrong here. If the post was indeed sincere, let's have a followup w/details!

response to questions

ok, first I am not a shill for RDC. The anomaly was just that. A quirk in the odds playing BJ. Example: If I were to have counted hands, the casino received an 86 to 14 hand win. This is just statistically wrong. Playing regulation standard hit/hold hands.I have read the negative postings about the company and believe them. I was just stating that to me, RDC has been very fair and accomodating. Maybe That is the true anomaly. They have in the past and now been quick to respond and in a fair honest way. let me close by stating I will not play there again but stand by my assertion that they acted in a decent honest manner to my complaint. Thanks for the feedback.DG

86-14? damn.

I'm sure they know this is going on, and as in your case if someone calls them on it RD will refund their money to (try and) shut them up. Kudos for not staying silent

Interesting, because Royal Dutch are currently using Diamond Digital Systems software which has in the past (either here or at WOL, I can't recall now) been the subject of posts about *buggy* software problems that led to player disputes.

Exactly what I said a few posts up. They didn't want to piss this player off, so they gave him a refund... and by closing his account, they got rid of the smart player who knows too much.

There was a situation a few years ago where a player was able to open up the slot machines in several browsers and found a glitch where he would only win spins - he made a virtual killing and then he told his family and friends. He had his winnings confiscated since he casino and software provider had determined that he had manipulated the games somehow. There was a lot of back and forth on this one and nothing conclusive on what actually happened. Perhaps I should dig these records up.

It may indeed be a good idea to review this because I remember denied wins on grounds that the software had suffered glitches.

Well RDC did it again. They promised me a refund and even emailed a reund paperwork but today my c.c. shows both charges. If I post anything negative, they said they will publish my playing history. What a rube I was. I guess i deserve to get shafted :(

This is exactly why this operation should be denied access to the player community. Please fill out a PAB and I'll get a hold of their software provider since this is the kind of issue that needs to be addressed by Diamond Digital.

It also demonstrates the pointlessness of warnings. You have a high-profile dispute on a high-profile board...and people carry on depositing. Then, when the shit hits the fan, they post about it. LOL.

I have no sympathy.

86 losses out of 100 hands is impossible , so you can add "rigged" to the list of acolades; in view of that...

If I post anything negative, they said they will publish my playing history.

...anything that causes the casino to publish details would be great.

Am I that naive? Is this not illegal, in addition to being unethical and slimy?
