Well I consider myself a steady spender at the casinos I play at. At 32red I get looked after, at casino GrandMondial I also get looked after. If I spend a curtain amount any given day they both throw me a little sweetener just for the hell of it. Most often they will return one of my deposits for me to play.

But not Roxy palace. Spent a couple grand and when I asked online chat if they had any competitions running or some deposit bonuses I get a mouthful about loyalty points. Wow a whole ten bucks. Now I know this casino is accredited and maybe it is a trusted casino, but my god they are tight. The online chat person said he would escalate my request for a bonus. Well im sorry ROXY Palace, I have better things to do than to wait for you guys to start work and consider if Im worthy of a bonus. Yes, I may spend a couple grand a day , why not, I can afford it, but you seem to forget Im the customer, I dont have time to wait! Its my money jack. Ill stay put now at 32red and grandmondial casinos, they know how to treat steady spenders. The personal touch is what I want, not just another number.

Competition in the industry is huge, some casinos are evolving, and Roxy Palace isnt anything more than a money soaker. Im curious, how much does one have to spend at your casino to get a bonus.
Why am I bothering with this post, well I think people have a right to know there are better run casinos out there, ones that actually give a rats!. Oh, all this over $50 bucks. Yes I demand better service from casino institutions, and you lost a client over such a small amount. Just the offer would have kept me happy.

Sheesh! So you're posting all this in the hope that the casino rep throws you a bonus? :what:

C'mon - don't you have better ways in spending your time?

nope

Requested account to be closed before i posted.

Im not interested in any resolution here. More so to inform others there are better institutions out there .
Its about time some of these casinos pulled their heads in, they seem to forget who's money they are playing with.

This is yet another case of a casino ignoring regular players, but lavishing generous bonuses on potential new players.

Roxy Palace used to have a system where the bonuses you were offered were based on your loyalty tier. I got as far as Gold, where the offers were 30% twice a week, with about 1000 credits worth of bonus money.

Suddenly, the newsletters stopped. I complained, and they gave be a load of BS about them getting stuck in the spam filter I DIDN'T HAVE - but they started again.

The second time they stopped, they just used "the casino can stop promotions at any time....." BS. I played very little after this, and then stopped altogether. I have never been back, and they do not seem keen to get me back either.

If you were not receiving these regular mailers, but once were, it is likely you got "bonus banned" for something.
