A good move for everyone all round I think in terms of the latest UKGC change to terms and conditions.

Player's can still have the risk of playthrough if needs be and the casino is protected by the bonus balance part of the offering.

Just on the whole, had casino's not gone crazy by modifying and modifying terms of bonuses, adding spurious games, max bet limits, reams and reams of terms that are on different pages, unordered disallowed games (My personal favourite!) and everything else then it would never have been on the agenda of the UKGC anyway.

Good on them though, I think it's a system that works for both parties and isn't really beneficial to either unfairly.

What do you mean?

You mean they are going to be the same as Leovegas, Slottyvegas, betat? where you use cash balance first and can withdraw and forfeit the bonus funds if you withdraw before you use bonus cash?

Your post didn't even give any details about it?

I didn't get an email from 32red I never have for a very very very long time, no idea why?

No they will have the same system as Casumo where you can cash out anytime, and where a part of your winning goes to the cash balance and another part to the bonus balance, depending on how much the bonus was for.

My guess is that this will have an effect also for us outside of the uk. Only got an email from 32Red so far but I'm sure there will be more.

Hey Tirilej,

I hope you are well.

I can confirm the new bonus settings apply to bonuses regardless of a player residing in the UK. We feel that the flexibility to withdraw is a positive one and hopefully the small change to the bonus / cash wagering split won't interrupt your experience too much.

It's work in progress really and we may be making some tweaks as we go along, but hopefully nothing major.

Mark

Isnt that tying up the clients cash still though - e.g I take a 100% bonus, get lucky but can only withdraw half before wagering. Im guessing its met with the regulators approval though otherwise they wouldn’t have done it

No not the cash, but you will not get all winnings since some is placed in the bonus balance.
I suggest you log in and then you will be directed to the new rules immediately. They explain it much better than I can :)

Although that new system will be a good thing as a whole. It still wont bring me back to playing at 32red. The fact they will not do weekend cashouts and only do 2 batches each day during the week. And on top of that they still do not have other slot providers is enough for me to not come back to 32red.

One batch.
I assume you do know that they have been bought up by Unibet. Things will change, but maybe not tomorrow....

Well given the stick they've had in the last couple of years, where they tried to dismantle their own business with ludicrous anti-player measures, this is at least a positive step forward. Whether they've been 'made' to alter their bonus structure or whether it's an internal decision doesn't matter too much. The player benefits

I like how it's written that 32Red are making this huge gesture for the benefit of their players, when in fact they've been forced into it by the UKGC :laugh::laugh:

Creative licence allowed hey Brian? Us marketing folk will add a positive spin to anything :) - but obviously we need to make a big thing about the positive change?

Hope you are well.

32red is bought by Uni bet? I'm not sure that is a good news.

I remember last year a player made a complaint about Unibet-he asked withdrawal, the casino sent money to a wrong bank account-100% casino fault-.
When the player contacted the casino because no money showed up on his bank account he was told the money went to wrong bank account and the owner of the account refused to give money back so there was nothing the cadino could do and the player would receive nothing.
The scary thing was this was not a message from just a under-trained CS, that was the message from the rep here by PM to the player too.

The problem was resolved after the player posted the incident here but before that the casino's attitude was "We don'the care if you get the money or not. The casino made a mistake and the player is the one will lose money for that."
I 'm wondering what would have happened if the player had not posted the complaint here.

32 red have stepped back when it comes about withdrawal time and responsible gambling issue in the past but at least they could be trusted with the player's money, but not so sure we still can trust them after it is controlled by Unibet.

Anyway I stopped playing at 32red long time ago and it looks like they add one more reason not to go there for me.-though this change to bonus system is quite good I think.

Unibet was literally among the first casinos I'd ever played at 4-5 years ago, that is, until they completely abolished any type of reloads.

Wasn't overly enthused when they asked me to essentially re-verify, but I suppose it was understandable given the large gap between playing.

Not sure I like Unibet's monopolizing the UK market. So first I hear Stan James have been bought up, now 32Red, never once did I imagine they had so much financial clout. I probably won't play at their brands as I don't favour narrowing player choice down

I would envisage a degree of discretion been applied over that £100 max cash out from 'frees' if the player had a lengthy and active membership possibly?

As for the game %age contribution, hardly a factor I feel given the very short list and games people don't really play anyway.

The 0% slot list is a must-know for every player. I also find it interesting because it tells me that those are games you can have good playtime.
