Swede, the site says if you wager 1000 pounds on roulette, they give u a 20 pounds bonus, if you wager 1500 they give you 40 pounds and if u wager 3000 pounds they give u 100 pounds bonus. Thing im think is if i play split wagers, i should come close to taking the 100?its seems like a doable get?

That sounds a VERY unusual deal - I've never heard of anything like that before.
I wouldn't mind betting it's a casino which is NOT using one of the 'well known' softwares...
As AKA said - it does depend greatly on which variation of roulette you can play, and also if they allow 'low risk' wagering in the offer, which I would think is unlikely unless it's 'rigged' software...
If it was fair, single zero roulette, your expected returns would be:
On 1000 = lose 27.03 + 20 bonus = result
-7.03
On 1500 = lose 40.54 + 40 bonus = result
-0.54
On 3000 = lose 81.08 + 100 bonus = result +18.98
Obviously if it was double-zero your losses would be double.
