After a hearing before the Regulatory Panel, the Commission has decided to revoke the operating licence under section 102(4)(b) of the Gambling Act 2005. This is because the Commission is not satisfied that it would have been granted the operating licence to the licensee had the new controller been a controller of the company when the application for the operating licence was made.


In particular, the Commission is not satisfied as to the source of funds used to acquire and support the Licensee at the time of, and following, the change of corporate control. The Commission also identified concerns relating to the new controller's suitability, in that it appeared that he had provided conflicting information and had failed to be full and frank in his dealings with the Commission.

This decision was due to come into effect on 18 June 2019.


[18.6.19] We have been informed that MaxEnt has appealed against our decision to revoke its licence and therefore licence revocation is stayed until the outcome of that appeal.



There were various accusations made on here at the time, that the new owners were criminals, Maxent didn't like that, but seems the UKGC share that view.

Right, but you have specifically mentioned him more than once in the thread now, it comes across as you are targeting him for some reason. Three are loads of shit streamers who promote shit casinos, just confused why, from pretty much when you joined, you are mentioning this particular one and no others.

I don't think thats true tbh. As soon as chip realises something is dodgy he sorts it and changes stuff. So many other streamers doing far worse. Seens you have a personal issue with him.

Does he return the earnings from these oversights? If he was doing his due diligence these dodgy happenings would be slipping by and viewers wouldn’t be signing up thru his links.

I have a problem with all streamers who advertise these casinos.

So Fruity slots doing it make them low lives to.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion without being accused of having an issue with someone.

I don't have a personal issue with him, I dont know him.

I have seen him mentioned in many threads here and being accused of promoting these casinos even by members with many more posts than me.

Unfortunately casinos are obligated to perform SOW checks, it's been there for long and nothing suggest it will disappear. They don't stop asking these even we all would be without playing whole year.

Been discussed in some thread, in general: It was plan that all UKGC licensed casinos would be forced to be in Gamstop end this year latest or something, but because that system is so fcked up and have it's flaws, UKGC is not making it mandatory yet as it don't work as wanted.

Majority of UKGC licensed casinos are part of GS, it's counted to be ethical to part of nationwide self-exclusion program, casinos who are not willing to be part of that before they are forced to are in many places counted to be unresponsible and happily taking problem gamblers money etc...

Integration to be part of GS it's not big work so it's casinos own business or what so ever decision to welcome GS excluded players.

We have a nationwide SE program in Belgium and as far as I know it works just fine, but we have less licensed casino's both online and landbased than the UK ofcourse. And less players too.

Nope, no laws are broken but it't not most responsible approach to decide not to take part of that program. Then some affiliates (like spoken in other thread) are targeting problem gamblers with their listings to match searches like "Casinos not in Gamtsop" etc.

Many things are legal but not highly appreciated for example this forum, it wouldn't be illegal to set days pending period for withdrawals (it's not mentioned anywhere how long it can be) but many would categorize such a place very low...

I get roshtein may well be fake but there are streamers who are members here like interlog who you are sweeping up in your one size fits all statements. I would also say chipmonkz but its obvious you don't like him. Not everyone cheats. Not everyone is honest. But for sure they are not all the same.

I was going to do a follow-on video about the whole Roshtein situation, I have what I consider to be proof that he plays with a 'funded account'.

However, honestly, I could do without the fucking hassle after some of the comments that were left on the previous videos I made about him and high stakes affiliated streamers in general, up to and including threats of physical violence.

How can I put this politely, I don't consider the whole Maltese Casino situation to be overly edifying, or indeed some aspects of the governance of the country as a whole, (witness the journalist who got murdered), so I decided to just leave the whole thing alone and go back to making my normal online slots and other videos.

Mark is a great streamer who doesn’t push all the usual streamer crap, nice guy to.
