a philosophical topic about trust and reputation

It was probably naive to appeal to the conscience and honesty of the casino. They also didn't react. Well, then it is necessary to spread the information that they do not counteract the fraud of the ambassadors in any way, and maybe they will crack it.

They stream on Twitch and post videos on YouTube. People advised me to write there. I think these companies take their reputation much more seriously and it matters to them and their advertisers that their platform is used by scammers. What do you think it will have a result?

Not sure what the word is for twitter, but I would cc in other accounts on top of twitch and youtube, perhaps the gambling news sites, the mail/guardian, australian news sites seeing as the doc is aussie etc...anyone who might be interested about dodgy gambling streamers on social media.

$50 isn't a lot of money, don't run comps if you have no intention of honouring them and therefore wasting people's time and trust.

It could be good advice to just walk away from it, but on the other hand if it's not causing you too much grief [and all your correspondence is ultra polite, so not rising to the bait from the bad doctor pox] then may as well pursue it a bit further. But you can only do so much [or focus on it] without it causing you more stress than its worth.

It's not just about money, of course, but also about a sense of justice. Most people would just give up. But it's difficult for me to do this, because today I was deceived, tomorrow someone else is deceived, and so it lasts forever. It's probably worth putting in a little effort to punish the cheaters. To make our community a little cleaner.

As for the media, I doubt they will be interested in it. They like big stories. It's too shallow for them. I need friends in the media, I don't have them.

Well it was more for twitch and youtube [their twitter accounts, assuming they have one] to think 'hey up, the media are being sent this too, hmm we better take a look at the old doc' just perhaps a bit of extra pressure, can't do you any harm. At the moment they're providing a platform/ hosting a cheat in my opinion, so they ought to take a public interest approach to it.

edit: he runs a comp then refuses to award a winner and instead calls him a rude ####, no he deserves to be hung out, just don't let it cause you more stress if you come up against a brick wall.

Ok sorry to jump in but skip the sense of justice or honestly or what ever...

The reality is that unregulated casinos can do what ever they want, with any streamer or person, with ANYTHING! And do not provide what was promised. This will remain and it will get worse and you, as an invidual wont be able to change any of that. Otherwise regulators would have done.

Leave it, move on and call it a day.

I'm not sure they can't be influenced. These people still have slots from providers. They have all the main slots, as well as any official casinos that operate under the laws of the European Union. If providers provide them with their slots, then they adhere to some rules. If we had a resource to tell thousands of people about this, they would very quickly pretend that they are sorry and apologize. As it is, they just shrugged it off because they do not see a threat to their income. I'll try to write to the guys from Twitch and YouTube.

I wonder how twitch age gate gambling stream content, not sure youngsters would completely understand these high stake sessions are bs make believe.
Well, fiction or not - we don't know. It's impossible to prove. But they cheat with giveaways - that's a fact. And I think it's worth focusing on this.

If the casino is based in curacao, there'll not be paying some lard arse aussie thousands in winnings, but I hope you get a good outcome, for me personally that would be lancing this boil.

Looks like twitch banned him in march but now he's back on twitch.tv under a slightly different name, thedoctor instead of doctor gamble??

And the age gating looks non-existent, some warning about mature audiences but just press start and away you go

Edit: Sorry suffer it takes ages to type on this brilliant xbox, by the time I posted you'd covered the age issue

Yes, it seems Twitch banned him for a while, but then he started streaming again.

Honestly surprised anyone bothers to even watch this fake money con artist, the few times I have bothered to have his stream on just to see how he acts he gets extremely over defensive when anyone calls him out about it being fake money yet some of his streamer mates have all mentioned his deal he gets with Gamdom n the fake money while streaming.

I am honestly surprised he hasn't had AFP knocking on his door since the laws in AU are clear since the 2017 law that got passed, while we are technically allowed to play at these casinos it is illegal to offer a casino service or be an affiliate to one (he is the latter).

Well, it is necessary for someone to be interested in this in your country. The world is not without kind people. Maybe they will be interested.
To be honest, I'm still a little discouraged - how people with a lot of money (I do not know how much they have from the casino, but from advertising twitch and subscriptions should have a lot with thousands of viewers) can afford not to pay the winners.
It doesn't fit into my logic. Disgusting and cynical people.
