cirrus will trick you into a big deposit and not pay you as they said.
they will lie.

when i first signed up at cirrus, i was convinced to make a bigger
deposit than i was planning too. the manager made the bonus sound
good and guaranteed me that i would be able to get my money back $3000
per week. she clearly confirmed this. i never would have deposited
here if i'd known that she was lying. they pay me $500 per month now.
The agreement was that I'd be paid over $12,000/month. At this rate,
it'll take many years to get my money back. They changed to a new
casino manager since, but the new manager, allison porter emailed me
saying they plan on continuing to pay only $500 at a time. I have
screenshots of my chats with the original manager as well as plenty of
emails. I have much proof that they agreed to pay me $3000/week. and
they will find no proof of anything i've done wrong at all. they have
no excuse to cheat me like this. i haven't cheated them at all.
Casinomeister, I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer in
getting my money back from this cheating casino, and I warn others to
never deposit here. thank you.

While I sympathise with you and hope you get paid promptly not sure how much joy you will have.

Not sure how much your withdrawing but $500/month does seem extreme, heard of them promising to do this weekly (although they never uphold this promise) but never monthly!

Cirrus aren't exactly flavour of the month on this site (and haven't been for a long time) and a little bit of research in advance would have gone a long way to avoiding this situation (or more precisely the casino)

Q. Are Cirrus slow payers?
A. Does a bear defacate in an area with lots of trees.

Good luck!

$500 a month.....thats pathetic !

Assuming you made a large deposit, have you at least got this back?

WAYLANDER

Yea, hope you just got Allison in a great moment of stupidity and she will come to her senses soon..she must realize how bad this sounds...I just read the CM newsletter about the conference in Barcelona, maybe she needs to read it too?

no, haven't even received my deposit back yet.

i've complained in multiple emails to her, but she doesn't reply anymore.

well, i think most of their evilness has come out the last few months. i deposited before then. been waiting a long time already with very little returned.

Fair comment chesterp.

Reading CM's newsletter sounds more promising so hope you get swiftly resolved.

two weeks now and no word/no response. i PAB'd too. no word from bryan yet. hopefully he didn't forget the PAB. i'm sure he's busy. but i told cirrus i was posting here. they stilll don't seem to care.

over 2 months later, still not paying me like they agreed. and to add to it, they removed my $18,000 bonus as if it was non-cashable. but they clearly agreed that it was cashable when i deposited for it. i already PAB'd on this one so i can't PAB again. plus, i'm worried they'll now be even worse without neteller option now.

and just a reminder that my deposit was almost a year ago, before they were so evil.

How much did they talk you into depositing?

What was the payment agreement?

Don't fall into any more of their traps and stay the course.

well, it shouldn't have been a trap to begin with. when i deposited, they weren't considered so evil. that is more recent. i only deposited once, 11 months ago. so i haven't fallen into more traps in the last 11 months, but they continue with the traps. what course should i stay?

What was the payment agreement?

here, i copy and paste the important part of our chat march 28th. i also have the screenshot of the T&C's of the site from when i signed up, saying the same limits of $3000/week and $12000/month.
also, they have not been responding to recent emails asking about getting paid now that neteller is not an option. At 12,000/month i should have been paid in full by last summer. Instead, I haven't even received my deposit back, let alone my winnings, and 18,000 was removed from my account without explanation.

chester: Okay, so I deposit $17,000 from neteller, $7,000 from firepay. A 150% bonus with 40x wagering requirements on any games, right?
Christine: yes, all games except baccarat, pontoon 21, caribbean 21 and craps
chester: And fully cashable?
Christine: yes
Christine: that is the deal
chester: Also, what will the weekly withdrawel limit be?
Christine: our regular is 3k but let's see how you do, accounting increases payments depending on how you do.. if you end up cashing out a lot it is a fact that they will not keep you waiting forever as they will want to get you back playing as soon as possible
chester: Okay. So until then, I can withdraw $3000 per week?
Christine: well, you cannot cashout until you meet the playthourgh and depending on how you do they will decide but the regular for all players is 3k
chester: Sorry, I meant after meeting the wagering requirements.
Christine: after you meet the wagering they will analyze your account and then will let you know how much you will be getting
chester: I definitely didn't expect you to let me cashout a $36000 bonus without betting. haha! You'd be the greatest casino ever!
Christine: hehehe
Christine: yeah, I bet!
chester: Okay, but it will be atleast $3000 per week then, right?
Christine: yes
Christine: that is rught
Christine: oops.. right
chester: Okay. This all sounds good. Thank you
Christine: not a problem

Maybe it's just me, but I would seen a problem with:

chester: Also, what will the weekly withdrawel limit be?

She's contradicting herself. If you end up cashing out a lot, they want to KEEP YOU WAITING longer; increasing the chances that you will reverse some, if not all, of the withdraw.

She's also (in my mind) saying whatever she thinks you want to hear.

For future reference, take screenshots of chats such as this. One could say that these logs were fabricated. I'm not saying that they are, but the casino could say this and probably get away with it pretty easily.

it was much easier to just copy and paste into here, but yes, have done screenshots of chat too. and also T&C from when i signed up which clearly said 3000/week as well.
and in what i posted above, she clearly answered yes to getting paid 3000/week.

ugh! good luck getting paid. Although I do think that even cirrus wants to keep their non-US business so they do have some incentive to (slow) pay you.

Just a heads up that I have not had time to take care of any PABs since I've been back. I should be able to tackle these early next week. If it turns out that the Virtual group is lagging behind - then this won't be good.

Most of the issues that have been brought up over the last couple of months have been taken care of. But it looks like there are a number of loose ends that are still hanging around.

Give me until early next week and I should have this sorted.

When will people finally learn? The whole Virtual group (including Cirrus, Bet Royal, Palace of Chance etc.) is a totally unreliable and you should under no circumstances deposit any more there that you are ready to donate these crooks. I am not kidding. If you win you have to beg for your winnings for a long time and if you are not willing to wait, you will never get paid. If you deposit too much, you will not most likely even get your deposit back within the first 6 months.

I feel I should post this link again. This is a blog from a person who claims he has worked for the Virtual Group. He shares insights that reveal what kind of operation Virtual Group is running. This casino group has also history of harrassing players and threatening them physically over phone.

IMHO Virtual Group being removed from Casinomeister's Rogue list and put on probation is a joke. This group never learns - and why should they? There seems to be always ignorant players who are more than willing to hand over their money.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh not that link again...

To be positive about that, linking to relevant threads here on the board or other reputable sites carries much more clout than some random guy's rants. Besides, isn't this the same guy that was trying to sell the "RTG Employee handbook"?

But yea, people will never learn. As with any casino/group, RESEARCH THEM before depositing.

Depositing money in a casino without checking their references is the exact same as walking down the street and handing money out to strangers.

Wise words. However these casinos have a very effective marketing system which often tricks the player believing in the casino is reliable. Research pays off.

Well here is another rogue list. I could not find telephonic threats thread made by Betroyal here anymore but I found a rogue list here:
