Clearly, they are very keen to stifle discussion. What have 888 to say about this, or are they turning the proverbial "blind eye". I still remember the "Reef Club" issues, where 888 denied any connection, yet they used the same software, same support offices, same processors etc.... AND cross promoted each other.
When Roccos turns bad (publically that is), how are 888 going to counter the accusations of a connection.

The software is their own, and once you play there, you will see what I mean

First impressions were indeed that they were deliberately trying to ride on the reputation of 888, even to the extent of giving the company a name VERY similar to the processor behind 888. When this discussion was brought to their notice, they acted like they had something to hide, the site went down for a while, and they replied to you in a threatening tone, implying they were not interested in an informed/experienced player, but were specifically targeting the UK.

I can find absolutely NO terms & conditions for promotional chips, and the general terms have inactive links, such as the "prohibited programmmes policy" that goes nowhere, and the dropdown menu for phone numbers that trips a "denied access" from the web server. They also use a non-specific 0845 number that makes it impossible to work out where their support is based, and also prevents players outside of Europe from phoning them.
They claim to have been operating since 2005, so they should be over "teething problems".
I rather suspect they have set up shop to target the UK come September, when online gambling goes "mainstream", and could certainly attract some initial media coverage. New players will be lured in by what they see as a UK company (even has a UK company number), and they may not realise the significance of them being "legally regulated in Costa Rica". I wonder if they are "insured" there too:D

Better off playing at Palace of Fat Chance, at least we know HOW they are going to rip us off.
 
i will just run away from this site. downloaded the software, looks like a buggy software, it will freeze my computer, registerd for practice play and if i try to play bj, nothing will happen and graphics and interface is same as casino on net. just making me confused.

888.com have been informed - what they do about it is up to them.

It was nice of the casino management at Roccos to inject a note of levity into this thread - "legal action" LOL!

All in all, I'd say these fellows have just about qualified for a rogue listing - they've certainly earned a Casino Caution!!

I have played at roccoscasino.com and have thoroughly enjoyed it, there are a few things graphically that are not 100% but i dont think their games are rigged at all.

I think Uungy should really be careful about posting comments based on the small amount of games played, do you really think that after 30 games you can make the claims that you have.

Anyway i recommend it if you are looking for a casino with 3d graphics and a slightly different feel to the rest!

Anyway, I would not recommend anyone to download this software just to check them out, or in order to test for riggedness. Who knows what extra 'features' this software might have.

Rigged or not - those guys should be insta- rouged.

One question to the casino though (maybe cluedup can answer). Who is Rocco? Is this the official casino of Rocco Sifredi? :what:

Nice friendly attitude. Btw, if it is in writing, then it could only be libel, not slander, and the truth is a very good defence in libel cases.

Would you care to explain why the dealer stood on 13 in game 4, on 26 in game 7, on 15 in game 29, and why game 12 is a draw when the dealer had 20 and the player 21? It is so full of bugs that the exterminators should be called in before this software is released to the public.

There is something I've mentionned in my 1st post but I didn't insist enough on and which makes me wonder about who is really behind this website.
I don't know if there is reports about that but I doubt that there is more than 20% of users who have downloaded .Net framework on their PC.
You can always develop alternative version of your software but RoccosCasino's software is exclusively .Net and it doesn't work on a non equiped PC.
Who can afford to say to 80% of their customers to download their software + a huge framework they've never heard of before ?
They must have a very very low traffic -> download/deposit ratio.
It's a big loss of money.

We currently have no players but the username cluedup however, we did have a player by theat username in the past. Our database validates all users every month before we send out our newsletter, if a players email addresses returns an invalid code then we remove that user from our database the following month.

I am not entirely sure, my support staff had brought this discussion to my attention, it maybe that they had posted something or know the person who had posted this comment. I will find out about that on their next shift.

So I am a dishonest pesron?

My credit card company claimed that I had not authrized the transaction, which was completely untrue. I told them that many times, however they are as thick as the ace of spades.

They requested documentation from you, and you provided that. If you would ask them for my full claim which I had sent in to them, you would clearly see that i claimed for the reasons below
Please be advised, I have never doubted if I authorized the purchase, I was disputing the charges based on fraud.

The money was deposited to play games on their Software which was clearly rigged, and unfair, as shown in my previous letters to you, however all they have shown with their copies are proof of my purchase.

The logs which I have already sent you, display clearly how their games are unfair, and therefore based on the fact that I purchased for a fair game, they have without a doubt fraud me.

As you can see from my transactions I do play regularly on line, and I know the chances of playing, results in losing, however, with any basic knowledge of Blackjack, you can see their logs are clearly and fully wrong, and extremely unlikely to happen. Some results are in fact against the rules, as I marked previously.

The chargeback come clearly under three categories:-
1. Non Receipt of Goods
2. Not As Described
3. Defective Merchandise

Legally British credit cards have to refund on these cases

This is the reason of my chargeback, was as stated above. You can contact the credit card company with my full authrisation, and recieved all correspondence I sent in

The credit card company did not take my side, and they gave you the money back. I am in the process fo taking it to the arbritator, as I feel it was unjust of them to do such a thing.

It took you this long to sort out the problem, only once it was put on a public forum.

Our technical team have tested the roulette rng and the gameplay from your account and have found no faults.
We have at present had no other complaints from players.

Maybe someone who have both softwares (I have them but on different PC and I've never inserted screenshot on CS) could make screenshot of the slots for example, there is no possible doubts.
