Many months ago i made claim that when returning to a game which had a uncomplete or not started feature that winnings from that feature wins did not reflect on my credits. Now this has happend to me on several occassions not just at Rizk. Each time resulting on casino investigations returning a negative result on my part.

Well ive finally worked it out when today the very same issue was repeated. First off, there are 4 games that dont behave like all others. Example "The Wild Chase Slot" If you win the feature or free spins and dont play them then log out of game, your casino credit balance is updated with the feature win total. Even thou they havent been played. So this is where the confusion stems. Lets say you log back into game with incompleted free spuns you are displayed your winnings at feature end but not reflected on balance. Why this game behaves like this is unknown. But if like me you like to store up your free spin features for later then be warned.

And just to silence anyone that responds by saying " wouldnt you notice the increase in balance when you logged outta the game" Well my bets range between $5 and $75 a push random so i dont really notice smaller feature wins on my balance.

Ive contacted the RIZK MAIN MAN so to put this issue to bed. Personally i still consider it a annoying bug.

I think that it depends on the game provider, WMS - as an example - don't credit the bonus win until the bonus round has completed.

So much for random spin cycles now i think of it. Wins are predetermined when you think of it. I remember the old coin slots in which you waited for the slot machine someone was playing after they did their nutts. Lol

Some providers do predetermine all the free spin wins and send them all at the start of the free spins - QuickSpin is one of them. I have no idea why they do it, but they do.... It doesn't mean it's rigged or anything before you start screaming that it is, it's just one way of dealing with restore states..

That makes sense. So why dont play and game logs reflect this. Logs dont actually log the wins when the credits are added to balance. An issue providers need to fix.

The cynic in me considers storing of FS rounds as a method of trying to beat WR in a crafty way ;)

So if I took a bonus and play a number of slots, each time I trigger free spins or a bonus round I vacate that slot prior to the free spins/bonus commencing then I can amass quite a number of free spins to return too. All I then need to do is either complete wagering or bust out. Once the bonus has been spent I can then revisit each of those slots and collect the winnings wager free?
Is this correct?

I'm sure that's a massive no-no when it comes to bonus play as most casinos will frown upon that type of playing pattern and see it as cheating, as lovely though it sounds!

I don't think it would work for me anyway, my last three bonus rounds have yielded £1.11, £1.17 & £1.17.

Imagine coming back to that :cool:

If,say I hit the red flag bonus round with 4 or more flags to begin with in Warlords if they are lined up well. I know that I will win more than my total deposit from those spins on the assumption the coin bet is relative to my deposit (.45p - .60 per spin on a £40 deposit)
I could afford to blow the deposit then revisit the red flag bonus. Multiply that with other free spins then your laughing.

With some casino's this is a really bad idea. I did this with fortune lounge by mistake.

I deposited, took a bonus and played some slots. I was playing thunderstruck and on my last spin on that slot as I went to move on to another, I closed the game impatiently, the spin finished and I actually hit a bonus but since I closed the game I didnt know this

. Now because this was with a bonus it really screwed me over later on. So for this one i didnt make wagering and busted out at some point. Fast forward 2 weeks later. I deposit some money and dont take a bonus. I win a few hundred bucks but I cant cashout. All of the sudden it shows I have a pretty large amount to wager.

I think ok something is wrong with the system. I didnt take a bonus and I zeroed out my account. The casino couldnt figure it out for awhile either. But then they decided to do an active game search which resulted in this feature I hit weeks ago and didnt notice. So because I hit a bonus round during a bonus and left without playing it, I was still tied into that bonus. BAD!

So I played the bonus round and won like 10x. So now I had $300 profit I wanted to cashout but now Im tied to like $3000 wagering because I made the mistake of not watching the last spin.

Saving bonus rounds is a bad idea!

There are casino's where you can delete a bonus yourself when you are left with just a few coins

yup but this situation was different. And trust me I fought with fortune lounge but they wouldnt budge and made me wager $3000 even though I only won like $10 on the forgotten bonus round

Or imagine this. A player thats been a member of Rizk a fair while and only takes up bonuses rarely. And then imagine i deposited a few grand today and was able to save up free spins on 5 seperate games and get my balance upto 7 grand. Now does this qualify me as abusing the system? When as i nearly always do end up putting back all those wins? Far as im concerned ill collect as many free spin bonuses as i can , and utilize them at the end. Ive never been pulled up on my method of game play and nor should i considering the many thousands i put in and the rare use of given vip bonuses. My goal is to one day have feature spins saved up on every single game. But yes i agree that if the method was used with bonuses then casinos should crack down . Far as im concerned if games are won using my money then whats the concern. And really my provocative.

Yes mate, bust out or clear WR and W/D balance.

Can then log out/in, redeposit, whatever (basically bonus/WR free) and play the features.

Its an old "trick" which has been closed down pretty much by most casinos as they cover it as a "No Go" in their terms.

May get away with it here and there and a lot are probably still doing this but personally I would never take the risk.

If your playing straight cash then fair enough. If you've taken a bonus that particular session, then I'd be very careful, yes your cash you've deposited but it is THEIR bonus until WR is met and they can always throw the "Spirit of the bonus" terms/condition at you if they decide your "tactic" is putting the casino at a disadvantage.

Why would leaving a bonus round and coming back be a problem for anyone, if you were going to win £100 then you still would win £100 later on so what does it matter if you wait until you have zero balance when you play it, a bit like saying if you play Monopoly and don't play the wheel straight away you are cheating.

It should be your choice how you play a slot and casinos are far to up themselves making the bonuses as difficult as possible to achieve.

It's bad enough having reverse withdraw and bonus terms and long payout times as it is to try to get people not to withdraw as I have said before reverse withdraw should be removed if you went into a high street slot and you won and it told you you would get paid out in 48 hours you would kick up a right stink.

Saving a bonus round makes no difference if you choose to do it just the casinos trying to force players to play their way.

The way things are with all the errors and disconnections these days.
This could quite easily happen by accident to innocent players.

I don't remember what casino it was at, but it nearly happened to me.

I was playing IR with bonus, and after about the 20th disconnection in as many minutes. I decided to play some other games. I eventually went back to IR and found that it had disconnect on 3 scatters.

Had I busted out, playing those other games, and not tried IR again. I'd have had major problems in the future.

The second your balance hits zero the WR for the bonus wiped, so yes, it is straight forward cheating if done with a bonus as it lowers the WR below the intended value.
If there is no bonus involved it obviously won't matter.

Some Casinos do have a warning that pops up about unfinished game rounds, shouldn't really be a problem to implement for those that don't have it yet.

Captain Rizk should be sacked.

Captain Rizk needs to be sacked. He could have handled this must worse when i first brought this to him months ago. He could have been like most other casino staff and brushed me off. No.... Not Captain Rizk. He decided that even thou my claims couldnt be explained by either him or me that it would be best to handle matters professionaly. How dare he.

So now that Captain Rizk and myself no longer have to scratch our heads wondering where the money went, and put to rest any assumptions of casino errors. He can now take this error in which he has to the software provider which he has. How dare he get right onto it?

Most important. And probably Captain Rizk's biggest error yet. He now has to put up with yet another satisfied
Customer.

Even thou this issue isnt really an error as such, as a
Player it sure looked and felt like one. Well
Captain Rizk. Not the way to handle casino complaints mate if you want to lose a player.

Conclusion. Thanks mate.

Hey Crikeym8, I am very sorry that you feel this way. I clearly could and probably should have handled this situation much differently. From the first PM that you sent me when i realised it was just another whingeing auzzie and ignored you completely. Mistake #1, please accept my apologies for answering you.

Having made this mistake I further compounded it by entering into dialogue with you which quite frankly, made me even my teeth ache. I am therefore pleased that we wont have to do this any further.

I have taken myself of to a darkened corner and had a severe word with myself over a beer or 12 and have awarded myself a significant pay rise as punishment.....

I would even consider doing using your own money as a bit dodgy. I understand it is claimed that all spins are random but if your deposit shows a very poor rtp with say 5% of your deposit left surely the system will attempt to correct that repeatedly until your busted out?
I understand that I can not compare landline slots to online. But when I played online in pubs I only ever played slots that's tubes where obviously full or nearly full Then armed with loads of change I shovelled money in and gambled each win until I lost it which resulted in the jackpot hitting early with the chance of a jackpot repeating. This was my method for years and I usually did well from it.
