As my rewards are nowhere near those over much more levels, I'd assume your per spin bet is much higher than the ave player - otherwise, youve been fantastically lucky (ex - i play around 60 to 90 cents and never seen a super or mega spin)

Thank you for this information. Yes I was betting €5 a pop. I also found it strange that "Super Spins" are higher valued then "Mega Spins". I thought it would be the other way around.

I think Captain said that there are a couple of stages in betting, The higher the average bet the better the prize, Which makes perfect sense as if betting £1 and you average the wheel at somebody playing £10 than its only right for the high roller to be paid of more (better prize) I am up to level 33 and best I think I have had is 10 spins at min bets

Every bet that is placed in any currency on Rizk gets converted to euro's before any calculations are made. the progress bar works at "top speed" with a bet of approx £0.28 (€0.40) a spin (any bets under this level move the progress bar a little slower). this means that if a UK player bets £0.28 a spin the progress bar moves the same speed and distance a a Euro player that bets €0.40 (assuming £0.70=€1 or £0.28=€0.40). Therefore if we say that it takes 100 spins to fill the bar at top speed a Uk player will bet £0.28 x 100 = £28 and a Euro player will bet €0.40 x 100 = €40 (approximate values for illustration). Hence Uk player bets £28 and Euro player bets €40 to level up once and get 25 points for the Rizk Race and therefore you pay the same price for the same number of points.

If you wish to bet more that £0.28 per spin then that is entirely up to you and it is reflected in the WoR prize that you get at the end of each level. Well I don't know if thats changed recently, but most my bets have been 90p - £1.20, I'm at wheel 101 now I think, and from memory I've had £5 once, 5 super spins once, and I would say 70% of whats left have been 5 free spins, 15% 10 spins, 10% raffle tickets and 5% skulls, including one on a super wheel, which apparently shouldn't have even been there.

If thats the increased awards for betting 3-4 times as much as the highest level of spin, I dread to think how many skulls and raffle tickets I would have got playing at 30p!

I think casino's have to be very careful in what they offer as too low a bonus can just piss people off. I've stopped playing there now as my reward for playing around £300 in IR or GOT etc would be 50p in Starburst spins. Getting 5 spins on wheel 100 was the last straw.

HI mcgameboy and many thanks for your feedback, it is invaluable to us. We have made a few changes to the WoR to make it more likely for players to win Super Spins etc but as you say you like to "stack" your free spins then you can exchange them if you like for Super Spins or even Mega spins.

From today, assuming you have a minimum of 50 Free Spins, then feel free to contact support (not me ) and they will exchange them to Super Spins for you.

Same goes for exchanging Super Spins to Mega Spins (minimum 45 Super Spins).

Obviously the idea is that you level up quickly at Rizk and so it doesnt take long to build up a decent stack of spins in your rewards and this way you have complete control over what type of Spins you wish to take.

Hi Scarletmuse, it is strange we very rarely have problems with the mobile site and if i remember correctly this has happened to you more than once which makes it extra strange. If you can PM me your hardware software combo and e-mail address again I can get the guys to check again.

Not sure where you did get redirected to as we dont have a German Language version of the site but in future if you find anything like that please PM me so that i can check it out while it is live so that we can correct it (most promo's are valid for 36 hours or so).

We did change payment provider around a week ago which might be why you have had a couple of glitches as it is bedding in - again please PM me with anything you find so that we can rectify it. Probably the first time you used it, it would default to Visa as it has no history but moving forward it should use last deposit method but again PM if not....

More for information than anything Tim, but that RG error is happening across all MT sites not just Rizk. So maybe more than just an 'in-house' issue ??

I did play at Rizk a couple of nights ago for a few hours, and there was a lot of disconnections. It felt like I had to log in every time I changed game, but it maybe just was around 10 times. Really frustrating. I hope it was just a temporary issue for you.

Maybe the wrong thread for me to post this but it is related in a fashion.

Since the software implementations, RG upgrades, etc etc there have been a host of problems.

As mentioned the MT Secure 'timers' are way out at the 3 casinos sharing the Rizk offices as well as Dunder who I believe also shares this licence?

Leo Vegas is another and I sometimes get pop up's which tell me I been playing hundreds of hours

Another error Is as you say the being logged out with no interaction from the player, again something Rizk is not alone on.

Won't mention the site as its under a different licence but I always knew when it logged me out last night (8-9 times!!) as the in game balance was a true reflection but the 'skin' balance would stop altering after bets made/wins accumulated.

What makes added frustration (for me anyway) is you get the casino RG pop up and play is interrupted briefly and a few minutes later the Netent smaller pop up comes along to tell me exactly the same again!!

None of this I feel is the casino or managements fault, just caused by the hastily rushed manner in which all these RG tools were thrown in 'over night'

Just a quick heads up about my first experiences with Rizk.
As soon as they opened up the casino for Irish residents I signed up with the casino.
Sign up process was fast and easy.

I really do love the website,it is so easy to navigate.

Uploaded my documents and those were all verified and approved within a few hours.

Made my first deposit yesterday and managed to do a WD too.
Monies were in my Skrill this morning.

Played my favourite games like Montezuma,Raging Rhino,Jackpot 6000,Secret of the Stones,300 shields & The Dark Knight.

I have accumulated 190 FS and would be great if I can get super spins.

The wheel only gives me FS,not have hit super or mega spins yet however my betsizes are anything between €1.50-€3.00.
Have hit 1x €5.00 - 1x Racepoints and the remaining 10 levels FS.

Same goes for exchanging Super Spins to Mega Spins (minimum 45 Super Spins).

Obviously the idea is that you level up quickly at Rizk and so it doesnt take long to build up a decent stack of spins in your rewards and this way you have complete control over what type of Spins you wish to take.

10 Free Spins = 1 Super Spin (Value £€$1 or 10NOK/SEK per spin) and is valid on any of the following games:

Jack Hammer, Magic Portals, South Park or Twin Spin

3 Super Spins = 1 Mega Spin (Value £€$3 or 30NOK/SEK per spin) and is valid on the following games:

Jack Hammer 2 or Reel Rush.

IF i remember correctly you can stack up to 200 of any of the different spins but if have 200 or more no further spins will be added to your account so you can keep changing and stacking them until you have 200 Mega Spins, 200 Super Spins and 200 Free Spins. If you get to that stage you are just going to have to play them I am afraid!!

All Spins chips are valid from 7 days from your last level up therefore as long as you level up at least once per week then they should never expire.
