After reading the review here, I decided to check out Rizk casino.

The very first experience was not pleasant, as I was not given a welcome bonus for my first deposit. What confused me was that under the deposit button, there was a summary of, what I thought to be, the most important points from the Terms and Conditions. It said there that "players from the UK and IRELAND are not eligible for the welcome bonus", so I thought to myself - ok, that's not me and went on to deposit. I never got the bonus and after reading the full T&Cs I saw that there's a whole list of countries whose players cannot apply for welcome bonus, which included my country of residence too.. So that was very dissapointing as I thought I was somewhat mislead.

However, the whole gaming experience after that was really good! Simple & beautiful layout, I really enjoy the themed Captain Rizk backgrounds for different slot games! Also that wheel of rizk and power bar ideas are quite cool, and give me more encouragement to play. Havent got to the withdrawal part yet, but judging from your comments that should go smooth! The live support team was also comptetent and quick both times that I needed them.

Enjoying Rizk so far

I too recently joined and deposited after seeing it highlighted on the Casinomeister homepage and am liking it so far! I play mainly on iPad, the mobile site is very easy to navigate with larger links-easier to use with fingers and little chance of accidently fat-fingering it onto a tab or game you didn't mean to! Haven't got around to logging on via laptop yet, but will shortly. I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for slots on Rizk, hot, cold, good features etc or if I have just missed it on here when I browse, is there a different thread like winnings or hot slots etc with member suggestions listed? Still liking it but...

Few issues today, only started happening more regularly a few hours ago after a pretty solid run with no dramas. I am on ipad which has been great but either mid game a server error might occur and take me back to homepage. No worries, all remembered the spins/wins. Also, some games, I cannot even open at all, a black screen loads with "Oops...there has been a problem loading your game error code: ERROR_NOT_DEFINED" or "CHALLENGE INVALID". Some games just refresh or reopen, others not all. Mad Mad Monkey, Wild North and Medusa are a couple of them. I have cleared cache, restarted etc etc all the usual and still a few hiccups.

Chatted to Isabella, seems to think its a glitch, jumped on desktop and that seems a bit slow so I will just wait it out because I am really loving it so far... The worst part though I am pretty disappointed with is I waited all day for the Lucky Hour to come through and when they finally did, I claimed and the games were stuffing up the most so I wasn't able to take full advantage of the lucky hour

Hi Scarletmuse we can't seem to replicate this problem and are not receiving any other similar reports today or last night so we are struggling a little to find the cause.

You are quite right that your Lucky hour should not be compromised by this and so I have extended the double speed on your power bar for 24 more hours to ensure that you can get the value that you missed earlier

Hi Spintee yes we always log in on various test accounts, from different countries and into to different language variants of the site too when we test.

Hey Spintee - thanks for pointing this out. I think that this is incorrect, for a reload bonus all payment methods should be accepted, there is probably a hangover from the welcome bonus here.

Can't they kick the flipping charge? Or give an extra £1.25 bonus on your deposit?

If you had to upload to Neteller first and you were maxing this promo it would cost £1.90 in Net fees just by going on credit card you would be saving 65 pence.

BUT when you go to deposit it states "Deposit £100 or more" People may see this and get put of,

Just took advantage of this bonus offer too, even after saying no more for a few days but I was tempted, since I had such a great time with the first bonus and was hoping my luck was looking up but... Pretty disappointing so far, am limited as it is with games I can play on iPad as is AND not to mention also can't access a few more also because I constantly have error issues that still have not been solved so I just avoid them all together. Hopeless night, still nothing is spinning hot or even lukeward for me whatsoever.. So no chance of WR., I shoulda stuck to my guns on my no-deposit rule LOL

Awesome for your Wife! Good Luck! And I guess, more generous to have the Wheel rewards system to start with than compared to some other sites nonetheless! Unfortunate for me at the moment that's for sure!! Although I would have to check my game history to know exactly my Wheel winnings, but I think I am yet to see a 'mega' or 'super' win spin up for me, have had raffle, once I think I hit free $$ but it's usually just 5-15 spins-which is great., But just a tad bored of the games to choose from LOL.
