Bryan - can you please try and add "No USA players allowed" when you make these announcements? You mention UK residents that it is pending approval...but no mention of USA being blocked. I recognize we are the minority membership location for CM, but it would be appreciated if you could flag - Yes US or No US in the announcements or suggest we go check out KK's site for those that will allow US based players.

I get all excited thinking we have a new option, I see that it accepts USD which is an encouraging sign and then only when I go to the actual gaming website do I find out "NO US players accepted".

What's so impressive however, is that after a few hours, with a similar amount of loot ($120) as when first starting...
the games (many never used before) played fair and seemed to keep paying me back with decent wins.

Dry spells there were, of course. And I'd get a bit hostile as progress seemed to get bogged down (thinking ... this is all useless, shoulda bought OIL SHARES or sumpin instead)

Wow Nicola, you must have super hero vision!! Yes the UK licence has come through but we just have to finalise the procedures and put the finishing touches to the UK site but we anticipate opening the doors to UK customers mid to end of next week.

Trivial little complaint

I had 10 free spins on my account that said I had 6 days to use. Woke up this morning and they were gone. CS said that they had to be used yesterday (only 24 hrs I guess). But, info provided is incorrect and therefore those 10 free spins should have been given back. I just received another 5 spins and again it says I have 6 days. Which is it? If it is 24 hrs pls correct this on the info being provided. Trivial but nonetheless disappointing.

Hi Barbara, the Free Spins that you win from the Wheel of Rizk will expire after 7 days unless you level up in that period in which case they get renewed.

It sounds to me like CS mis understood you and thought you were talking about the Free Spins we gave out yesterday for Starburst Mobile, they did indeed expire at midnight last night.

If you PM me your e-mail address I can look into it for you and see what actually happened.

Has anyone had any decent wins here? I find that the payouts seem incredibly low. I imagine the payouts are the same at all the casinos but I am really finding it bad. For instance, the lowest wager on Gemix is 50 cents. Any rare payouts are really small -- smaller then the ones at other casinos with 20 cent bets. Just me? For me, I think I have made my last deposit and going back to my favorite.

I'd have to say 'just you'. The RTP is same regardless of the casino hosting the game. Sorry you're having terrible luck though.

When I had my play there I had a really good run, Not many huge wins in truth but had one of my best wins there, nearly £600 on a 60p bet on IR, I would of just managed wager without anything if it wasn't for that hit, As it was I managed the wager and the took the win :)

Different place's diffrent luck, My best luck is on slotaway, Nothing big but at least I get my moneys worth, a few small deposits the other day raging from 10 -20 £ and betting on average 25p, money gone in minutes, Literally,

I'm noticing the same thing. The payout on Gemix is really low and had no luck on other slots. Not going to be a repeat customer

Look, the casino you play at has no bearing on what you win - unless its some dodgy outfit with hacked software.

Rizk is a reputable casino from a superb group, so knock it off!

Don't be a sore loser. Sometimes you win, sometimes you don't, that's gambling. If you can't hack it then don't do it! Don't go around whinging when you don't win.

Reminds me of the nutter you see in the bookies, stake their bens on Routlette (god knows why, its beyond tedious) then punch the machine when they've spunked the lot.

I had absolutely no supercharged winnings, nothing over $1.25. Whereas at VS at 20 cents a stake I have had $20+ plus lots of supercharged winnings. Yes, I understand the RTP and all that but sometimes you do have to wonder.

So back off -- we are entitled to our opinion and I thought that is what this forum is for. I merely asked a question and he responded that he was having the same type of luck.

Think I may have seen a complaint or two posted by yourself as well (not on this post but on others).

If you are allowed to post your opinions, then aren't citizen allowed to post his about what you say?

If everyone was just allowed to complain without noone talked against them then no casinos would want to be here.
You defend casinos when you feel it's needed and so do all of us :)
 
We are allowed to voice our experience and opinions just as much as he is welcome to share his counter experience.
I come to his forum specifically to read other peoples' experience with different slots, games, and casinos. That's why I give an honest account of my experiences as well. There are casinos I have a great run with, and this casino I tried out and decided it was not for me. You're welcome to play it as much as you want. But if you only ever want to read good things, close your eyes and imagine them :)

I want to read opinions but they don't exist in isolation. Moans about losing though are pointless.

Its nothing to do with the casino if you win or lose. Its down to luck.

On this site, we're all gamblers so we've all won and lost. You can't blame the casino and expect that to go unchallenged.

Just take it on the chin and try again another day.
 
Its much more satisfying to punch your monitor or hold your mouse by the 'tail' and smash it off the window sill. No one on the forum can see and when you've calmed down its your own little secret with no embarrassment!

Alternatively pour a cup of tea into the tower/laptop and listen for the lovely 'sizzling' sound makes you feel great and stops any losing for a while until you replace and repeat :)
