River Belle not paying $8,000.00

Oh!

From the 19th to 23rd of March, I have received three different emails from Bellerock entertainment indicating 3 different dates that my "funds should reflect in my bank account".

Funny thing is 2 of the emails were sent on the same day one indicated I would be seeing the funds no later than 3/28 the next one indicated 3/29.

I don't think they have a clue.

Also, I found this interesting. First time they included this statement in any of my 20 some emails regarding my $5000.00 withdrawal:

We have in the interim received confirmation that all withdrawals that were processed from our end needed verification from the issuing bank regards where the funds were coming from. This authorization has since been submitted and we are able to confirm that your withdrawal will be clearing into your checking account by no later than end of business this coming Thursday, 29th of March 2007

"in regards where the funds were coming from"? What the heck does that mean, aren't they coming from the casino, the people that hired the processor? What a bunch of crap. They were just now told , weeks and weeks after our withdrawals were made, that they needed to verify the funds were coming from them, the company that sent the funds!!!!!!!!

I rather suspect that the issuing bank had to be told the funds were NOT from a casino, in the same way that Click2Pay pretends to be a clothing merchant. This indicates they are having to trick the clearing banks to get these through, if they get rumbled they will lose this method too!
Likely they come from "Carmen Media", and could have something to do with film, books, etc, but the amount ($8000) may be tripping flags at the banks as to the true origin of the funds.

Actually, I would have preferred my withdrawal be split into two payments of 2500.00.

Because I agree. I think anything over 3000.00 may put up a red flag at receiving banks.

I can't imagine any US bank accepting funds that blantanly states its related to gambling. Casino sumbits funds to a processor who in return sometimes sumbit to another processor and etc. This "disguises" the orgin of the funds hence causes alot of accountablitiy and trackability issues should one of the "processors" go awry. Certainly casinos could reissue immediately but then they risk paying us twice. As in this most recent prolonged lack of payments I can only imagine that casinos had more monies in the pipeline then the monetary risk to their reputation. I imagine this is exactly what has happened. I do think we will see our monies soon. However, I think we can expect these issues and more as full compliances must come into play. If you continue to play stay with this forum for updates and be as educated as possible as to where and when to play. Lets face it - we all love gambling but must come to the realization that the gaming itself is not our only gamble!

I hope I am wrong but I just received a quite confusing email from Bellerock support which seems to indicated that they have been in negotiations with a new processor and that it has just been finalized. It also then mentions same bullshit about the new processor requiring up to 31 days.

HAS ANYONE CONTACTED BELLEROCK TODAY REGARDING THEIR WITHDRAWAL. IF NOT PLEASE DO SO AND POST THEIR RESPONSE.

This is my response regarding my SECOND withdrawal at River Belle. The concerning issue is Stacey does mention changing processors. Was this the processor as mentioned by River Belle via a public post on March 7th or has River Belle gotton yet another new processor? In addition the terms as stated above are 10 to 21 days however web site terms do state 2-21 business days for ACH!

Its monday the 26th and all hope is now lost with their march 28th deadline. If one person on this site hasnt been paid by now, then no one will see their money from riverbelle, what a shame. They gave the 28th as a deadline, not a day the funds will hit. How a casino could have balls to do something like that after we all have played with them from almost day 1 makes me want to throw up in my mouth. Ok i just got off the phone with riverbelle, they HAVE CHANGED PROCESSORS ONCE AGAIN! They gave a definite deadline of march 30th for the funds to hit. I am assuming they found the processor that Grand Prive casinos use because my mother plays on casino grand bay and got paid in 5 days. Lets hope this is the case.

Since you been here so much I assume you have come to learn the same...... that this portal/watchdog is a great forum and that is why you continue to post. You don't want to be out there alone waiting. We are all mad but we are using this forum to help each other and get additional information from each other while warning other players the potential problems and expected delays. Speak your mind but be a gentlemen about it. This forum has accomplished a lot but potty mouth can only hurt us at this point.

Finally some progress

Well riverbelle finally has gotten 1900 dollars of my 4650 to my via a check in the mail. I was delighted to see that they are now using the same processor as Ultimatebet.com which is where i make my living. The check was from germany and then sent to new york then on to my residence. I have been told the remaining funds will be sent via ACH by no later than friday since they once again had to change processors. I have never ever had a problem receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars on ultimatebet via their processor, which riverbelle is now using. Dont worry folks, the money is on its way.:thumbsup:

Well I have not received any of my money but I beleive I got the truth today.
They apparently went to the processor they are using if you win today and are having them reprocess the claims. I was promised no later than Friday of this week. Keeping my fingers crossed and I would love to know how you make hundreds of thousands of dollars, lol:lolup:

The problem is I got the email the same day I received a check for my withdrawal in the mail. So I wonder if they anticipate that my check will not be honored?

the information requested isn't needed for a bank wire transfer. They need the account number, routing number and IBAN number and name of bank and account holder. So what the heck?

This is very bad service, they knew it was going "pear shaped" last week about this March 28th Deadline, but they only tell you on the very day itself, where they present another excuse, this time without even a promised timeline, just "as soon as possible". They are just taking too long, and the time they are taking is just allowing the processors they have lined up to pull out before much actual processing happens. It seems to now be coming out in dribbles, a check here, an ACH there.
Previously, another US player reports receiving a check in a few days for a full withdrawal, and this was from ProcCyber. ProcCyber is the standard processor for MG casinos, and seemed happy to send this check to a US player, so WHY were ProcCyber not engaged to send checks to US players for these long outstanding amounts. I find it hard to believe that ProcCyber would say "NO Deal" to BelleRock, yet be happy to deal with other casinos for sending payments to the US. ProcCyber are a CASINO processor, and know the ropes off by heart (even though they get it wrong sometimes).
 
Apologies for taking post slightly off thread but wanted to give quick update as I too was unhappy about speed taken for payment back to my debit card and had posted earlier in thread.

This has now been resolved but not after daily chasing of River Belle support.

Eventually put a trace on missing funds and they had been rejected somewhere down the line. Tried again to transfer funds to bank account rather than return to debit card and this went through after a few days.

Been in Angola last couple of weeks or would have updated you sooner.

Hope you US players get sorted soon :thumbsup:

During the course of today our E-Cash Company advised us that they are no longer able to process via ACH.

The Banks in the U.S are rejecting the payments as well. They are working on a solution to try and resolve the problem and will advise us as soon as they have feedback.

No more ACH

As i stated earlier, i got a check from riverbelle that was from the same processor as Ultimatebet.com. Ultimate bet no longer does ACH and just send checks. The check originates from germany from Ult Bet, and when i got my riverbelle check, it was the same processor. With that being said, all payouts will be in the form of a check. Those of you waiting for this magic day of march 30th will be waiting longer than that because it will be sent in the form of a check. They still owe me $2,700.00 , im sure ill get a check here soon, question is, when.

May I ask when the withdrawal that you received the check on was processed? Are your remaining funds part of that payment or a separate withdrawal? Just curious because I have two withdrawals pending with RiverBelle and have received the same e-mails as everyone above. I just keep giving them the information they request and keep hoping that I will get my withdrawal -- at this point I really don't care how, but I am wondering why they did not just send checks to everyone in the first place instead of trying through different ACH processors? Maybe I just do not understand all the complexities of getting the funds to US customers at this point......
 
My 1900 was processed on march 6th and i received a check on march 26th. I have 2 other withdraws that were processed on 2/19 and 2/28 that i still havent received ACH or check. IM assuming those will be in my mailbox in the next day or 2 since they can no longer do ACH. I am taking my money to casinograndbay because my mother was paid within 7 days via ACH 2 weeks ago. I dont play the casinos too much because i play holdem, but when i do take a holdem break, it wont be on riverbelle, i just dont trust them anymore

Called River Belle last night only to be told my documents were NOT approved however after much ado they said their system was not updated and my documents were approved. In my opinion I think they are buying time with the players that will not fight and stand up to them. I of course demanded to speak with a manager after holding for about 20 minutes the manager stated I was on the "list" of unpaid players and he would call me at home this evening after having an opportunity to contact the processor and see where my funds are. What River Belle has put has through is an utter disgrace and there is no real help from the regulatory agents. US players we are on are own. Playing online is not the only gamble we are taking.

You are once again correct! US players need to put their hard earned monies back into the US instead of sending our monies overseas and take the BS we have been taking. We are alone with no support including the regulatory agents. I noted at one time River Belle had over 19,000 players in the poker rooms per their web site advertising. I have to wonder how many of them were US players? That is a lot of money! More than most of us will ever see in a lifetime to say the least. It is time for US players to realize we are a dying breed and the overseas casinos have no respect for us. They will certainly take our money even knowing they may not be able to pay it out. Where are the regulatory agents while they allow these casinos to CONTINUE to take our money and still NOT pay us? What other countries players would wait 47 days for payment? They have made an utter disgrace and joke out of the US players. They blame the US laws and grant it US laws has made if difficult but they made the decisions to keep taking our money despite knowing they could not pay it out! Perhaps the BelleRock rep could enlighten us about this "documents" business. ok2playme has been waiting MONTHS it seems (although it is only two), for the first withdrawal. Surely approval of documents is a complete irrelevance here, as surely this would have all been done long ago, and really is not an excuse to be used to explain tardiness in the latest pair of withdrawals. Saying that the "documents were approved, but the system has not been updated" suggests a great deal of incompetence, a reputation BelleRock support gained last year, and seem in no hurry to make better. These documents were "approved" at the time of the first withdrawal for $8,000 as this had already been sent for processing (supposedly), which would not have happened if document approval was still outstanding.

We have already heard from other posters that is is NOT the banks rejecting the funds, at least not yet, but further delay will serve only to make it more likely that these payments will be rejected. March 28th was seen as a cast iron promise when it was posted, and it was explained that negotiations were complete, and it was just a matter of waiting for 15 days for processing to begin. Now this latest development casts doubt onto how true these statements really were at the time, and whether they were embellished to encourage 15 days of patience while these negotiations were still being finalised. The broken promises being due to those 15 days not resulting in a final deal, with the result that it is back to square one all over again.
The casinos need to demonstrate the level of creativity they have shown in enabling players to DEPOSIT - casinos have resorted to considerable trickery, and have had little respect for rules that Western Union had in place, telling players how to "get round" them. Now they blame those same US laws for not paying withdrawals, but now seem to say these laws are actually MORE restrictive than they really are at present.
Certainly, I see no reason why funds could not be made available as cash to any player prepared to travel to a point of payment outside the US to collect it, other than the fact this would be far more expensive for the casino than finding a processor prepared to push these through while players are asked to wait. Since some casinos are still able to pay players, it is NOT IMPOSSIBLE to do so at present, it is a matter of the individual operators not choosing the best processor for the job (one who can demonstrate they can get it done).
These are loose ends that need clearing up before all those involved can move on, casinos into new markets, and US players into other forms of recreation with the funds, such as land casinos, holidays with friends and family etc.
 
DO NOT DEPOSIT THESE CHECKS-READ THIS FIRST

I was suspicious of the 3 checks I received so I phoned the number listed as "contact for information regarding this instrument". A man named Hans answered. He immediately asked what the check was payment for, I avoided answering that question. Regardless, he told me not to deposit the check as there was a chance it would not be honored and that he would have to contact his superiors to determine if the check would be good or not. I gave him my name, phone number and email address and he said he would get back within 48 hours to let me know whether or not I could deposit the checks.

In the meantime, Bellerock was totally unaware that I received a check. I now need to contact Jacpot Factory as they were to pay via ACH also.

I may go ahead and deposit the one from Big Dollar as they advised me all along that I would be receiving a check.

Perhaps the BelleRock rep could enlighten us about this "documents" business. ok2playme has been waiting MONTHS it seems (although it is only two), for the first withdrawal. Surely approval of documents is a complete irrelevance here, as surely this would have all been done long ago, and really is not an excuse to be used to explain tardiness in the latest pair of withdrawals. Saying that the "documents were approved, but the system has not been updated" suggests a great deal of incompetence, a reputation BelleRock support gained last year, and seem in no hurry to make better. These documents were "approved" at the time of the first withdrawal for $8,000 as this had already been sent for processing (supposedly), which would not have happened if document approval was still outstanding.

River Belle not paid $8,000.00 broken promises

Here is my latest. I called and spoke with a casino manager Elgara. He was very polite and promised to call me back. Elgara called me back last evening and said the $8,000.00 was definitely wired on the 28th and will call me daily until I recieve it. In addition, Elgara gave me $500.00 to play with. A nice token but bearly cuts the mustard considering the aggravation I have to go thru on a daily basis. I do however give Elgara an A for effort! Now for the other hit of $10K he states I will be receiving a check! However, they are sending the check to my home and I am never there so he is calling on my cell this evening - going to a land based casino this weekend to work off the aggravation of 48 days of waiting- to see if he can change the delivery address. I point blank asked him if the check will be honored by the time I get it and he said he sees no reason as to why it will not be honored. I am certainly not happen at all with River Belle but both Stacey and Elgara are really trying. Personally I would not want to be in their position dealing with pissed off US players must be really difficult. Bottom line is I really do think River Belle is at the mercy of a really bad processor and can only give us the wrong and untimely information they are receiving. River Belle has made a lot of mistakes but its seems there are a few reps that are really trying to overcome this. As for this being hiccups - no way!

Any gambler with half a brain knows that someone who gambles alot on online casinos NEVER can come out ahead in the long run, its just a fact. I am curious what u lose a month that they would give u such a generous bonus. I buy 500 credits in 2-3 month timespan just when i take a break playiing holdem. My advice would be to read a couple good poker books and start playing that, its a game of almost total skill with a little luck involved and if u get good enough, u can quit your day job:thumbsup:

I don't ask you to show me your hand do please don't ask me to show mine. Can I sit at a poker table and tell you I am just curious and want to see your hand? I think not! I will never tell anyone except my WIFE what I play, how I play and how much I play. Can tell you this - still playing so must not be doing too bad! River Belle has been a very GOOD hitting casino for me. Over the long run - years - I am sure I am behind. I don't chase losses. You have your budget and I have mine. Right now I am way ahead. Its like a piggy bank for me. More often than not I at least get my money back in the form of big hits over time. In the long run slots are losers any fool can tell you that! However, I have been very LUCKY with some big hits! Its my outlet to relax from life in general. After these latest issues it will be land based only. Yes I get perks for being a VIP as I am sure you do with poker. I am actually surprised that someone who wins as much as you do would think $500.00 perk is a lot of money!

I dont think its alot of money at all, but i know my mother plays on there and she gets some perks too, and i have friends that play on there as well and spend ALOT of money, maybe thousands a month, and even they never got a 500 dollar complimentary bonus for a mishap on the casinos end. Hey, good for u, turn it into something! So what are your favorite games on there out of curiosity? I have a strategy on there that seems to work very well, i'll put in 50 bucks, and play spring break or thunderstruck and try to make my way to about 150-200 bucks. If i reach that, off to video poker i go, best odds on any online casino with the exception of Craps,blackjack and baccaratt. I once hit 2 royals in 1 nite, for a grand total of 31,500 dollars. How much did i start with that nite? 50 bucks. It was just one of those nights, i got on a hot joker poker run and played a few hands for 10 bucks and wham, royal for $10,000. cashed out 9500 then said screw it ill play 10 a hand on aces and faces,,,,well i got 4 aces then bumped it to 25 dollars a hand,,,,,5 minutes later i got a royal for 20k.

How does this differ from anything they have told us in the past? I too called today and they told me it could be next wednesday till the funds hit. That makes no sense because the processor they are using sent me a check, they dont do ACH. Its a load of BS, they are going to pay no doubt, but they are stalling to give it time before we get our checks in the mail

To close this - my last $10K hit started with $100.00. I play two favorites and get it up! If I can get it over $1,000.00 I then go to my next mutli-line and play .02 to .05 per line and hope for big hits. If I am over $2,000.00 I let it ride with heavy max credits on Dueces and Jokers. I just have to hit big and serveral times in a row to get a roll going. When I play recklessly and don't want the headache of trying to get paid. I play .10 per line which is the most I have ever played.

There is one important difference, if they have "lied", they have done so directly to the Casinomeister, and this puts their accredited status on the line as well as their reputation with US players.
Certainly, the inconsistency is there, they have a new processor and expect funds to hit in 48 hours. That's funny, because last time they said that there had to be a 10-15 day hold for "due dilligence". Clearly both can't be right for the procedure of getting a new processor. However, it will only be a wait till next Wednesday before we all know if this latest promise was true.
 
Trust me this last promise will not be true just like the previous 5 promises. I am surprised casinomeister doesnt know this processor will not send money ACH. All they do is send checks from some german based bank. If u missed it in an earlier thread, i play on ultimate bet and they send me checks all the time and the check i got from riverbelle last week was the same processor that ultimate bet uses, they DONT send money ACH. The checks will start coming, its just a matter of time when they will. Dont count on looking at your bank account online and seeing the money hit, UNLESS they once again switched processors in the last day or 2.

We'll see. Mine is only $2500, so it is small compared to many who are waiting.

I have had good success with having payments from BelleRock made to Click2Pay and then having it wired to my bank acount (must be over $1500, though).
