I am like totally lost: is it not supposed to be a winning combination?? Where are $$$ then?

That's not good...at all! While it's not much, you should have won the 2 anchor's and the wild....I wonder how many other wins aren't being paid...

The only other thing I could think of is that it's a graphical error. :rolleyes:
 
I agree, missing win amount is peanuts, but I played most of the session on autospin, and with higher bets, too. I wonder how much $$$ went missing before I noticed this and took screenshot? :rolleyes:

Let's be BLUNT.

This is, in effect, CHEATING SOFTWARE. (even though the cheating is through incompetence, it does not alter the fact that players are getting screwed, and Rival are padding the bottom line with money that does not belong to them).

There is an error, one of a long list of errors of this nature with Rival, and the effect, accident or not, is that the game UNDERPAYS with reference to it's RTP - It's not much, but a CONSIDERABLE portion of the RTP of a slot is made up from such small wins.

Rival are clearly not testing the games before launch, and they persist in doing this month upon month. IF this turns out to be a "deliberate policy", Rival may as well shut down. If it happens often enough, it will still LOOK LIKE a deliberate policy, and they will join the likes of Casinova and Oyster as "cheating software", and will then have to haul themselves back to credibility.

The right thing to do would be a FULL AUDIT of ALL PLAYERS to see how big a problem this has been, and the difference between design and actual RTP should be made public, and affected players compensated, This honesty should save Rival from being considered complicit in a deliberate dishonesty, and players will accept incompetence & human error as the cause, which can happen to anybody, although maybe not quite on this scale.

We need to establish if this is a graphical error, or something more serious. Would you spend 10 - 15 minutes to investigate further for us?
This is what you'll need to do:
Log into the casino.
Go to Cashier
Click on Details/History
Click on History
Click on Wagers

Now this is the ball-ache part if you played loads more spins after that incident; you need to go back through the pages (20 results per page) and try to find that exact spin. The time on your screenshot (11:52) should help.
Then click on the ID for the spin & you'll get details as in my shot below.

If you could screenshot that & post it here that would be wonderful!

One of the rival casino reps need to input here before this spirals out of control and rival loses what little credibility they have left. As far as im concerned they are fast losing it in my eyes and im starting to lean towards this as being `software i no longer trust` :mad:
 
I have NEVER EVER EVER EVER HAD 1 cashout from rival. And I've played them since they first came out.
 
i know what you mean upset lol i must be bordering close to the 100 times deposit mark now with rival and only ever had one cash out. must be a sucker for punishment cos im not even sure why i keep going back :what: ill wise up one day lol
 
Well, by looking at the "winning screenshots" thread, it seems to me the latest "hits"were done at a Rival site.. At least that is how it appears to me. The lobby sign is in that circle to the lower left of the screen :)Could be another platform.
So we will see if the huge payments are made and hope the winner will let us know here.
While I am at it.......I enjoy viewing those winning screen shots and notice something I hardly ever see a big win except for the random jackpot from those REAL SERIES SLOT ON rtg platforms. Does one only play these slots for the random jackpot?

Here is another example of not paying attention to your job. Scary Rich has been this way since yesterday. Asked chat about it and was told they would send it to Tech and get back with me.
 
Same for us last night at Lion's. Did not take any screenies but in Winter Wonderland, the red Stockings appeared to land IN the cups of Hot Cocoa and a slew of other strange things.

I also saw no coins or lines register in Scary Rich so you were playing blind and had to use your balance to judge your bet.

The whole casino was lagging something awful.

As I was leaving the casino I dropped a note to chat and they said they were working on the problem. :rolleyes:

Whether its .40 cents or $4K, a mistake is a mistake and when we are spending our money its very important. I have one question for you just incase and PLEASE I have to bring up 3dice because thats where it happened to me, Im sorry it didnt happen elsewhere

I was playing superbucks and got disc for a split second. When it came back it showed a $187.50 win but it wasnt a win, its their default screen for when you disconnect. Did you disconnect even for a second while playing? If your answer is no then they are full of crap!!

Im sorry, I know there are alot of Rival players and I even enjoy them but I cant take the chance or afford the chance for this malfunction to happen. Changing the RNG or whatever its called is one thing but pure not paying on a win is another. Its either incompetance(sp lol , irony) or cheating. Either way, theyve had enough chances
 
I did not post this to bash rival - I like thier games etc. I posted this, 'cause 1) I never seen such 'error' before in any casino 2) 'cause Live Help proved to be of no help ;)
I am not concerned about 40 cents missing, either. (Sorry, KK, I tried to check wagering report as you suggested, but there's so many pages my eyes hurt, so I quitted. If they say I got paid for all spins - fine. I trust it. I have no choice). It might be graphical error, connection issue, anything - I am not awfully concerned... but. There is but. I believe rep's responses and overall attitude were beyond incompetent.... and that's sad.

I know what you mean - it's a real pain in the ass looking through all those logs for the sake of 40c. But the point is that if this was an actual software error you (and others) could be losing way more than just 40c! :eek2:

I signed up at lion slots over 3 weeks ago and worked a free bonus coupon up to over 6,000. I made a deposit of 25 and got down to about 1500. CS said I could cash out at that but I played it and lost it all. Now I'm kicking myself for doing that. :eek: Funny thing is since then I've made a few more small deposits with them and I can't hit anything for nothing on any slots. I thought that was kind of weird considering when I first signed up I played their 25 dollar free chip for almost two weeks hitting the jackpot on 2 of the three real slots and then hitting some good winning combos on various video slots. I've never had that much luck anywhere in my life. A casino you actually win? I thought now this is what it's all about. Now I'm not so sure. Seems fishy to me but then again I don't completely understand how the slots operate once jackpots are hit and things of that nature. :confused:

You know now that I read your post I have to say I just recently as of this week had the same thing happen at This Is Vegas on a few of the video slots I played on. No coins or lines registered in Scary Rich and one other I played. I can't remember what the other one was though but you didn't know how much you were betting. Interesting!!!!!
 
I am being lazy and dont want to start a new thread. Be careful when you claim a promotion in the cashier. Just yesterday, I claimed a 125% slots bonus at Irish Luck but only 100% was awarded. I enquired and was told that what I had actually claimed was the Thanksgiving bonus which is not listed in the cashier now for obvious reasons.

Now I recall that last week I wanted to claim one promo each at Irish Luck and Sloto so I went to the cashier and claimed the promos when I saw them as I have been forgetful and deposited without claiming bonuses first. However, this time I had no money in my ecocard account (damn gowild) and thus I had to let the promos expire. However, this time the promos did not seem to have expired though there was no mention of it still being valid in the cashier or a button to unclaim it. Roughly the same incident happened at sloto but I wont go into details here.

It would seem that there is a technical glitch (yet again at Rival KK) where a claimed promotion lingers on after a date it should have expired. So if you cannot unclaim an expred promo for a new promo unless you contact support. Furthermore, you will again need to ask for the Ts and Cs of the expired promo. I think Rival needs to take a look at this otherwise it will just be too confusing.
 
Just wanted to add that I got a 2nd, much nicer email, from slotocash. At least it looks like they do investigate the issue, and it is good sign. Got a freebie for all my 40 cents' troubles, too :p
