I am like totally lost: is it not supposed to be a winning combination?? Where are $$$ then?

I agree, missing win amount is peanuts, but I played most of the session on autospin, and with higher bets, too. I wonder how much $$$ went missing before I noticed this and took screenshot?
That's not good...at all! While it's not much, you should have won the 2 anchor's and the wild....I wonder how many other wins aren't being paid...
The only other thing I could think of is that it's a graphical error.

Following up on the live chat you had with us about your winnings not being paid.
We would like to inform you that you won $0.40 for the wager in question (reference
#508960763). You were asking about why the game didn't display the win properly.
There is no evidence of a malfunction in crediting wins to your account. We have
reviewed your account and you were credited properly for this spin and for all other
spins as well. We take this very seriously and you can be sure that you will always
be credited properly.
We are still investigating the problem with the win not being displayed properly.
This is an isolated problem and we have no other examples, making it difficult to
reproduce the problem. However we will track it down.
We feel that we've made our best effort to explain that this problem has not lost you
any money and we hope that you agree. We would appreciate it if, after considering
that no "money went missing", you would post a follow-up to your
CasinoMeister post about this problem.
We put a lot of effort into our customer support and, while people are very quick to
complain, which is understandable, we do not get the same level of positive feedback
(if any at all) when we resolve a problem.

I know what you mean - it's a real pain in the ass looking through all those logs for the sake of 40c. But the point is that if this was an actual software error you (and others) could be losing way more than just 40c!I am not concerned about 40 cents missing, either. (Sorry, KK, I tried to check wagering report as you suggested, but there's so many pages my eyes hurt, so I quitted.
Same for us last night at Lion's. Did not take any screenies but in Winter Wonderland, the red Stockings appeared to land IN the cups of Hot Cocoa and a slew of other strange things.
I also saw no coins or lines register in Scary Rich so you were playing blind and had to use your balance to judge your bet.
The whole casino was lagging something awful.
As I was leaving the casino I dropped a note to chat and they said they were working on the problem.
